The best place to get nails and spa treatments done in casper! They are the sweetest people!

They were open well before the time advertised. I asked if they did eyebrow waxing and they do! I really love them, they look amazing. Will be going back 🥰

I wanted my nails done for prom. I Asked for ombre nails black to Blue. He said he would be able to do that. Then asked me what it meant. I showed him the picture. They came out awful I could have just done them myself. I got a pedicure and the polish is awful

Terrible, don’t come, my nails are crooked and nasty, they didn’t clip my nails or my cuticles and i’m bleeding. also got nail glue and acrylic EVERYWHERE. just go to the mall.

My favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure. The prices are reasonable, the shop is clean and the staff are kind to myself and my 2 little girls.

Pedicure - First time trying here and am very pleased the guy who helped me is wonderful. (My big toe nail was horrible before I came in, from the nail polish I put on prior a while back. It chipped my nail and made it very thin and rough to feel) he fixed it and made it pretty and now you cant even tell it was like that! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The pedicure was amazing !!!

The person who did my wife’s nails did not have a clean work space. Her nails were bleeding and it smudged and started chipping off 3 days after she got it. They told her one price and she was charged for another and scammed her into thinking gel nails was a special and it would be no cost only to charge her for it. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very poor experience here. My nails look awful and I would not recommend. I got a simple manicure and my nails look like they have been sand blasted. The salonists were also rude and disregarded simple requests. The entire environment was uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Wonderful service and so friendly. I highly recommend them.

People are great! Always nice & polite no matter how busy they are. May have to wait a bit sometimes, but for good reason & worth the wait always!

My mom and I have been going here monthly at least twice a month for the last six years. Heidi and Tony are wonderful, never have we had a bad experience. There is a great selection of nail tips, gel and regular nail polish to choose from. The massaging pedicure chairs and nail stations are clean and in good condition. Tony is always improving the facility. Prices are great and you can almost always get in the same day.

Although the technician was nice this was the worst gel nail manicure I have ever had. I had gel up on the cuticle and when she tried to clean up the extra gel she snipped off the gel along with skin. I had sore fingers for days.

The first time I went they were amazing and I loved my nails I mean awesome service nice people. But this last time that is the reason I will never go back. Everything was good tell I went to pay and I tipped the lady who did my nails what I thought was fair and she got very mad and well I was trying to talk to her she kept telling me bye instead of listening to me then when I went back just seconds after walking out the door cause in more light I noticed that my nail color was actually 2 different colors some how. So I went to say something and they refused to fix it. I’ll never go back. You pay good money for good service and I did not receive that at all!!

This place is the best!! I hardly ever get my nails done, but when I do, I only get them done here. Im super OCD about fake nails. This place made sure theyre all the same length and put an hour of work into them. They look amazing. My picky boyfriend loves them too. Theyre prices are fair and theyre all very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

My son gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. My pedicure was relaxing. The lady who did it was friendly. Everything was clean and the price was very affordable. I would definitely go back again. Way to go Pro Nails. =)

I wanted my nails much shorter than the guy had trimmed them but the guy refused to trim them. He told me that I had to keep up with fashion. Ive never returned.

Had my nails done today and my thumb nails are already lifting not a happy camper.

Horrible service will never go back. Very unsanitary they reused the utensils without washing them. Was very rude and cussed after he saw I didnt leave a tip. Stay away from this place!

A guy down in my pedicure put four coats of polish on my toes and they wrinkled before I could even get home
