Fantastic job by Jessica in coloring my dark hair to its original silver/grey!

I made an appointment for 6:30and was there at 6:25 there was another lady already there they took her 1st, understandable. She told me to come back in about 20 minutes and I did. Then Kris and another stylist tells me that Im too late. That she has another appointment schedule. Why the heck did she tell me to wait if she didnt have time to do my hair. Not fair!

Very talented ladies! Susie is my stylist and she lives up to the name of color queen. She works magic! Ive been going to her for about 5 years now. I highly recommend the salon, and susie as well.You wont find anyone better than her in casper guaranteed.

I went in for my appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, I expressed to the lady that I have sensitive skin and I asked if it would be safe on sensitive skin, she seemed in a hurry and told me it hasn’t been bad for anyone else. There didn’t seem to be much concern with what I mentioned about my sensitivity, and when we finished up as soon as I stepped outside and the air hit my face, my skin started getting red bumps everywhere the wax had touched, I called them right away to let them know what happened and they seemed unconcerned and made absolutely no attempt to make it right with me. I will not go back to indulgence for an eyebrow waxing, ever.

I absolutely love this salon. Susie Evenson is my hairdresser and she cant be beat when it comes to color and cuts. I also really love the atmosphere at the salon everyone is super kind and friendly.
