Very friendly staff and easy process.

I went in to get blood drawn. Kelly was awesome, she made it quick and painless.

I have blood drawn regularly and they are always prompt and friendly. I havent had any problems with the billing. They submit to my insurance quickly. When I had a question on the lab order, they contacted my physician while I was waiting to ensure I was getting the correct labs done.

Had to draw blood twice due to mix up on reading orders, then was billed twice for their screw up. Once all that was settled I was sent to collection for non payment, after they cashed my banks bill pay check 60 days prior. The several phone calls made included on hold times of up to 25 minutes. I do not recommend this lab at all!

Labcorp billing SUCKS!! Dont expect smoothe processing to insurance. My order was submitted with a copy of my insurance information. Instead of processing it they ignored and submitted to collections after 30 days. Id say its a fluke but this has been my experience nearly every time I have used them. Buyer beware! Use any other lab if you have the option.
