Worst most irresponsible Agent I have ever dealt with. They have not once in last 2 years personally answered there phone.

I was in an online forum and had some questions about insurance. He was one of the few to answer it online, later for further follow-up, he called me, and was generous with his time and knowledge. Even though I am in VA and he is in WY, he was honest and took the time to go over my questions. He is truly someone you can trust, who will make sure whats better for you rather his own pocket, as I found out in insurance industry agents will sell you policies which are better for there pocket rather in interest of the consumer. Out of 5 stars i would give him 6.

They got right on my claim the day after it happened just because the accident was on a sunday

I have a lot of issues with my insurance getting messed up and things not what I was told. On the other hand they are willing to fix the issues pretty quickly when I can get them to answer the phone.

I am currently insured with this guys for 2 years!! I am loving the service by this people! Very fast and appropriate response, they dont waste time!! Great place, i definitely recommend it to people looking for an insurance agents around Casper!

Ive used them personally and professionally. Ive worked with Brian, Amanda and Brad and they all have been upbeat and helpful. I find their homeowners for newer roofed homes to be especially affordable, too!

I inquired with Brian Helling at Allstate Insurance about coverage for my boats and 4-wheelers. I was surprised that they had better coverage and saved me money over my previous insurance agent who was a friend. I promptly switched my insurance over and started saving money. I would recommend Allstate and Brian Helling as an agent to everyone who wanted to save some money and have better coverage and someone real to talk to which is very important in this day and age. Much better then a faceless someone on the phone who spends a LOT of money on cute commercials on TV.

I love Allstate. They care about you as a person. They make sure you get the right coverage at a price you can afford. I recommend them to everyone one I know. Good job Brain and Amanda!

Called many times to get insurance cancelled, the guy that answered the phone said he was not licensed so he could not cancel it and he would have the manager call me the next morning, the manager never called after three times calling them back, they continued taking payments out of our bank account, last call to them I was told the payments would be refunded, hasnt happened yet.

Moved to Casper this year, need insurance for our new home. After talking with a lot of other companies, we decided on Allstate. JD was awesome to work, he knew his stuff and he quoted us the best price in town. And believe me I check around.

Honestly I am super satisfied to be in good hands. Ill give u a personal example of my experience. There was an accident in my neighborhood this summer. Very unfortunate for the home owners. There was damage to a few of the surrounding homes. My house was fortunate to be a good distance away so no damage to my home. That didnt stop Amanda to call me personally to see if we were ok and if we had anything to report. It was such a wonderful feeling that even though me and mine were ok that my agent to it upon themselves to check and see if we were ok. Such reasonable prices and when I require their assistance I am the most important person to them in that moment. In this corporate world its nice to know that their are people like Amanda and Brian there to work for their customers instead of just demanding my premiums....... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

This agency is sketchy about the way they handle business. We are still waiting for an auto policy to be removed a year after selling vehicle and have heard nothing back nor been reimbursed what weve paid extra. Oh and if they screw up with payments on their behalf, dont expect them to pay your bank fees or pay additional fees for anything they are at fault for. The only reason we are still working with Brian is because their company wont let us switch agents and going with a new insurance altogether is not affordable for us.
