Been trying to work with them for the best rate and at first didn’t seem too bad. However I didn’t need home insurance so I dropped it and they weren’t aware that I was bundled and then we dropped it and my insurance went up $110 a month and then when I call they recommend that I call the insurance directly. So thank you for being lazy and unaware of what your customers have for policies and bundles. Do not recommend and will never be working with them again.

Hand delivered my company insurance policy today along with a small box of chocolates. You dont get that kind of appreciation very often.

Kinda hate the whole counter set up that creates an extremely impersonal atmosphere here... now Im wondering why I bought my insurance here honestly.
