I picked Oil Depot because of the location and its reputation. The service was excellent! They were courteous and fast! They know what they are doing. My vehicle even had an minor issue that they explained to me and fixed. I will definitely recommend a Oil Depot to family and friends!

They did a great job, but couldnt reset the oil life. Found out how to reset and will let them know. They gave me a call and said they would like me to stop by and give it another shot at resetting the oil life. I told them I got it done and explained how. Nice to get a follow up. Excellent!!

Been going there for about 15years. The service and people are great.

Extremely poor customer service by the employee that took my vehicle no greeting no smile no hello just what do you want. He seem like he hated his job, it was a huge warning sign I should of left. On the good side seem like the service was completed in a timely manner about 15 minutes, I was the only vehicle at time. On the bad side they did not have a cashier so I got to wait and wait and wait. As I watch them start to work on another vehicle I was told someone would be with me in just a minute. Just a minute is 20 minutes longer and Unfortunately I had to get frustrated and that got the owners attention. I was hopeful that I would get to talk to him and explain my concerns, but instead I was hand off to the same young man that I started with. Who collect my money and did not even explain what service was completed, I had ask. I stopped here because I’ve had very good visits in the past, however that’s in the past.

Easy in. Easy out. No complaints. Even let me know that I am about due for a transmission flush. Which I already knew cuz I keep up with my maintenance pretty closely. So I know they werent just looking for more money.

This use to be my favorite oil change place in town. But, after today I do not think I will be back. I went in and asked for a standard oil change (10w 30). They changed the oil and proceeded to give me a price 25% higher than what a standard oil change should have costed. Confused, I asked why it was more. To which the employee Eric replied that they did not have the regular 10w 30 oil so he used the high mileage stuff which costs more. My car is not high mileage, nor did he inform me of this before performing the service.UPDATE: Matt the manager called to personally apologize and try to make things right. I really appreciate the follow up.

I typically do all the general maintenance work on my vehicles. Since I am in AZ for the winter it makes it difficult. I called around for oil change locations (including the Ford dealer) and found the Oil Depot staff to be informative and low keyed, not a high pressure sales job/speech on the phone. They even allowed me to bring in my own filter of preference. (OK, yes, I am a bit picky about my vehicles)Their prices were appropriate and the service was quick. They were respectful of my questions and requests and I had good conversation with the gentleman that did the oil change. I did have to stop the guy that was filling the window washer fluid because I will travel north before before the freeze season is over, he was very kind about it.If I need my vehicle serviced again I would return.

Guys here do a great job. Sent three company vehicles to service and detail I was very surprised how the trucks came out. These trucks get abused daily but when we picked them up they looked good. I Highly recommend the oil depot.

Never heard or been to Oil Depot before because normally i get my oil changes from wal mart or jiffy lube each are extremely time consuming. Oil Depot was friendly and super fast with there 3 man system. I was in and out in 6 mins.
