Instead of going for a quick buck they reccommended the best mechanic in town.This prompted me to choose the next day to go with Giddens. This is a repair shop you can trust. Ive being taking my cars here for nearly 20 years. They never try to over sell you on repairs. They never try to snow you with technical talk. They will tell you if a repair is necessary or optional. They will explain all your options and then give a recommendation. And if they make a mistake they own up to it and make good (as in no charge for the repair or work). Im so happy with these guys!

I have had a great experience using Giddens for a number of years, buying at least 3 sets of tires. My recent experience will be my last with them. Four new tires, an alignment (to be safe), and 5000 miles of highway driving got me two utterly destroyed front tires. Back tires still look new. I was told a bad lower control arm bushing changed the camber under load. I dont believe it, but no real relief offered.

Went in for an oil change. Was in and out 30 minutes. Love Dallas and crew!

There isnt much these guys CANT do. Recently had a wheel bearing replaced on my 2002 Maxima and had a rattle in my catalytic converter remedied. Runs perfect again. Ive used Dallas, Brandon and the crew for over ten years. I suggest you give them a shot if you havent already.
