Friendly workers and service confused on ways of pricing because told a set price of $300 then gets changed to $75 lower and when brought it in after setting appointment it was $250. Looks really nice but wish the mini stains on seats were taken care of I thought that would be included with an auto detail

Not super good but I did give them a challenge with vacuuming the dog hair. Surprised the windows still have some stuff on them and dash is dusty/hairy. Our little 9# Pomsky sheds like a husky.

I recently moved to Casa Grande I have a wheel chair lift on my car and had to find a place to wash my car by hand. I just got my car washed and waxed at N&B Hand Car Wash and it was a great experience. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. I will keep coming here to get my car washed. Great Job team. I am very satisfied with attention to detail by everyone.

They did a good job but it isnt worth what it cost, for 85 I was expecting at least my seat to look clean and it didnt. Owner or manager is really nice but the staff is rude and try to convence me that my seat was just wet, but the manager made them clean it again.

I have been coming here for years and have always recommend this place HOWEVER today when I went I paid $40 for a full wash inside and out. The job was done hurriedly with no attention to detail. My interior is all black leather and there are wipe marks and streaks everywhere throughout my back and front seats. After I left I noticed my rear view mirror EXTREMELY loose. I called and spoke to the owner who told me to come back. Once I got there the owner wasn’t there but I had about five women approach me telling me I was wrong because they don’t touch that mirror. The owners daughter told me, “ you can report it but YOU HAVE NO PROOF” what type of business says that to someone ?? I will not be going back nor will I ever refer someone to this place. Such a shame. And I tipped $10 smh

Just came from the car wash. Was approached by guy selling me a car wax also. They seemed mad because I didnt want to pay the $35 wax. I thought dl the guy that the last time I have them the $35 + tip... they did a bad job... and I wanted a regular wash... then was approached by another employee saying Im to picky... and because I didnt get the wax I guess they didnt want my business.... the owner and son are very nice people, but 2 or 3 of their employees are very rude, and do not know how to treat their clients...

I found found the level of service above average. Its a small car wash operation that hand washes your car. Its not a high volume track system with air blowers so some residual water may be left as you drive away, they do uses compression air to blow water out of groves and . They work hard to wash each car and work in groups. Some interior details missed like the cup holders. They did pull out my rubber floor mats and washed they which is a plus. I will be back and do recommend this place.

Excellent and fast service, the whole crew hustles. I got a Polish and wax with a mini detail. Black paint looks great, hard to pull off on black.

Owner with all the makeup and gapped tooth is very rude. Becomes very aggressive and trys to be intimidating. Go elsewhere. Quality of work is not worth the money.

I was quoted over the phone $25.00 when i arrived I was then told $50.00 . When I returned I was told $60.00.The final result was spots missed on the outside places missed on the inside and the floor mats was removed but not washed they hurried to put them back in. I thought this was a little too much for my 2014 compact . I feel this was nothing more than a upsell all the way.I was not given a receipt they just took the money.Use Caution and expect the least and then you will be happy. This Was My First Time And Last Time

Cant give them less than one star but they are. If you take you car there, make sure you take photos before, and note all dents dings and scratches. We left our car to get cleaned came back and the car was scratched all over. When we pointed this out, they told us this happened because our car was dirty. Great place to get your car washed with ROCKS!!!! Oh and watch out for the owner and his cray cray daughter!!

Absolutely ZERO customer service. The only staff I saw were washing cars. There was no one to ask about prices, services, and I could not even locate someone to pay.
