Great car wash! I like that you sign up for a monthly fee (which can vary depending on how fancy a wash you want) and you can go every day if you want. Even if you only go 2X month, it pays for itself over other car washes, which run about 12 bucks a wash. Plus, vacuuming is free. I find the basic car wash does a good enough job, but you can add other services to the basic wash if you want for an additional fee. Doing the initial setup was easy; the Staff help with that and are friendly. Overall, very much worth it!!!

Not bad aT all. Vacuum at the best or Air. But its ok. Drive thru kinda sucks. Dont blow dry your vehicle as good anymore. Tire cleaner and stuff sucks. Not clean or half shiny. Lol I usually say kids work there.

I come here almost everyday fast and convenient. However their cleaning blades dont reach the window on the back of my SUV, at first I thought it was just the way the machine is. But not until I went to another location where their cleaning blades actually cleaned the rear window. I hope they can fix this small discrepancy.

Been using Clean Freak for over 3 years. Went through the wash today and the overhead roller twisted and ripped my rear wiper arm off. I informed an employee there and he said they are not liable but he would get me a manager to speak with. I waited for about 30 minutes and no manager or employee in sight. I bring this particular vehicle in daily to wash and for over 2 years. Never had an issue this this and now I get ignored. I will leave this at a 1 star and will have a negative opinion until this is resolved.

Definitely glad I got the unlimited membership. I can wash my car as many times as I want and always leave without streaks on my vehicle. Their vacuums are strong and for paperless drying you can use their air nozzles to blow all of the access water from EVERY nook and cranny.

Good wash and vacuums. No towels to wipe off your vehicle though.

Clean Freak car is convenient. Doesnt clean the best but its better than a wash at a convenience store or gas station.They do pressure you to buy there monthly wash (upgrades).

I have a basic membership for 2 cars and stop in a couple times a week. Always a quick in and out even when its busy.

Its a good place to go if you like a quick wash and vacuum on your car. However, the wash system has done some damages to my Charger R/T. One case being the pressure on the under wash blew off my lower radiator hose causing my car to almost overheat. Still a good place to go and like every car wash place, just be cautious.

Very friendly people, but you dont always get the add-on that you pay extra for... for example, youll see the tire shine hoses going up and down, but no water coming out of them... the service is inconsistent.

The Florence Blvd in Casa Grande does a better wash than the Ina Rd in Tucson.

Front grill & wheels where still dirty. Something rubbed against my right front bumper & left blue substance. Very difficult to rub off!

Different areas to use from the debugging/ truck bed clean out station, payment terminals, system in the tunnel, and the vacuum/ detailing station are in good condition. This is a newer station altogether but day to day wear and tear seems to be being well maintained here. Staff have always been attentive and kind, the handful of times Ive visited. I am considering buying a membership because of the consistency of service provided each time I have come back. I urge you to bring your vehicle here as well so you may experience a great business to utilize here in town. 🍀

The attendants were on point with a few questions I had, all while helping others as well. No waiting.The bug wash station sinks were full and ready to be used. The vacuum cleaners worked very well.The car wash itself was phenomenal. Minor spot drying but nothing too out of hand.

I love Clean Freaks! Free vacuum, which I LOVE. Space for manual bug cleaning off the front of your car, huge plus. The staff is so nice and helpful, I love washing my car there and plan to keep going here.

Signed up for the special for 30 days. Tried to cancel as per the agreement (online) 10 days early. kept being charged for 90 days. washed Car 2 times. They could see I washed 2 times, and that I had tried to cancel, but said I could not get a refund. But offered me 25.00 in a gift card to wash again. What a joke. I didnt even pick up the gift card as I will never use clean freak ever again.

Id love to give this place a better review but I had a bad experience here bringing my brand new car through this carwash. This was the very first one it had since bringing it home from the dealership. Not only was the rear side of my car virtually untouched even with water sprays (no mud, just dust) but the side spinner left permanent marks on the paint of my rear passenger door. The blowers to dry the car were really ineffective as well as I had to wipe down the car after parking. This was by far the worst carwash experience I have ever had. The only saving grace was, at least the nice young man allowed me to go through a second time. I wish I hadnt gone at all after seeing the scuff marks!!!

Love coming here. They have free vacuums you can use. Make sure if you have dead bugs on your windshield you scrub it down first in their little area they have with sinks filled with water and cleaner to scrub it down. They have these 2 brooms you can use to scrub the car all over to make sure you scrub as much as you can off. Then when you go actually to wash the car it shines at the end....with no dirt anywhere on the vehicle. Its easy and accessible to use.

I have never found this wash to completly clean wash my vehicle in just on wash, to my satisfaction, so I rewash every visit. If my license plates are muddy twice, I hand scrub and rewash third time. As a club member, I live all I want per month for one great price... n free vacums...

Attendant on duty to offer assistance. Assistant is mask compliant during the pandemic- helping keep everyone safe. Wash was not as clean as should be. But, they are the best car wash casa grande has to offer.

Great job on the car wash but no free towels to use. I understand whole heatedly why they dont. I mean in this town, you wouldnt have any towels to lend out cuz everybody would end up stealing them let alone with it being on the Westside of town. Other than that, great customer service and dont forget to bug prep the front grill of your car, side mirrors and windshield before you take your car through the car wash, it makes all the difference and definitely takes all the bugs off. Absolutely horrendous!! Their equipment scratched my Porsche Cayenne and the company denied denied denied it. The body shop says they’re notorious for damaging vehicles and not standing by it.

I went through twice today and it still didnt get my bugs off the truck I think its a waste of money there because if theyre not scrubbing your windshield with a brush or doing some of that like other places do then you dont get your truck cleaned I wasnt going to go through for the third time

The card reader malfunctions half the time. You have to pull up past the machine in order to trigger the gate, then reach back behind you to hit the button. Today the gate wouldnt work at all! And they knew about it! They posted a sign that said something to the effect of sorry for the inconvenience..... but you have to pay. With 5 cars behind us and no way to open the gate without paying (even though we already pay $16 monthly) we had no choice but to pay an additional $7.This car wash is not worth all this hassle. Does not get all the dirt, probably about 60 to 70%, the blowers do not work very well. We take the time to hand dry the car before leaving. This gets the remaining dirt and stops water spots. We do like that there are vacuums available at no extra cost.Since posting this I have tried calling them several times a day at different times of the day. All calls during their supposed business hours. Not once have I been able to get hold of an actual person. I will update if there is any change.

It is good idea for a business like Clean Frwak, but it seems like almost everytime I go there, some of the equipment isnt working.

The washer did not clean the passenger side. When talking with the MOD, she said it has been broken for about a month. She did not offer to give me a new wash and didnt know when the problem would be repaired. A $20.00 wash that wasnt worth $1.00. ☹

I had just gotten my car washed earlier that day in Chandler but a frickin pigeon decided he wanted to end his life by dive bombing into the drivers side window!!!! The splatter was disgusting, the shade of red was almost unreal, and the bits!?? Little pigeon chunks plastered across the recently cleaned glass began to cook almost immediately in the late afternoon Arizona sun.I just so happened to be heading into casa grande at the time of this incident and saw the free car wash special for Clean Freaks grand opening. It had to be providence. I turned in and listened to the spiel about car wash subscriptions and declined because in all honesty, I already had a car wash subscription for a different car wash and I was anxious to get the dead pigeon remains off of my window.The car wash itself was really cool with flashing lights and what-not, not that flashing lights are necessary for a good car wash which it was, but it made it seem all the more exciting. It definitely took care of the pigeon matter on the drivers side window! Im definitely going to make Clean Freak my go-to for car washes from now on.Tl;Dr: the car wash was fun and it did an excellent job of removing baked on bird guts.

Today I went in to get my car washed around 10. I had never used a been to a car wash before and in the front there was a kinda chubby guy, I think his name was Waltor and he was super friendly/helpful and he told me about this special membership they have, Im probably going to get the membership.

I canceled my membership moved out of state and yall still taking money from me can not talk to anyone and I am very upset pls stop taking my money once it has been canceled have not taken money out for 2 months but yall took out this month

Very efficient. Staff is awesome. A piece of my side runners fell off in the car wash. I noticed it when I was vacuuming the inside. The manager on duty reviewed the video repeatedly and found the moment it fell off.He went looking for it. He informed me that it slipped through the grates and went into the underground bay and that he would have to look for it when they closed and cleaned out the bay. Sure enough, they found it. It was buried under all the mud from a full day of vehicles going through the machines. When I went went to pick it up, they had washed it off and had it nice and clean.I wish I caught the employees name, he went beyond whet I expected!

They need to learn how to separate cars going into the wash. Always get told to hold my brakes to reset the separators that push the car forward.. only issue that continues to happen never had this problem happen at any other wash please train correct to avoid this non stop issue. Angela did really well with helping me thanks to her I didn’t cancel memberships to both vehicles.

Quick in and out. Also have vacuums for free and brushes to get bugs off of car. You can do this before you get your carwash. Suggest to get the monthly pass as it pays for itself very quickly.

This location is HORRIBLE. They use Very little soap. There is no TRI-Colir used AT ALL. it leaves Horrible water spots all over my windows and trim. Must completely dry by hand or it looks HORRIBLE. This location needs to be FIXED, to give a car wash, rinse and dry worth having. The other location in town does an AWESOME job!

3 stars for the vacuums, car wash gets 0. Have been hand washing my 1 yr old truck. Used this car wash 2 times, now in sunlight I have swirl marks from the brushes. Maybe ok for a white/silver car. Dark color vehicles beware of you take pride in your vehicles appearance. Also both times i had to get out and dry my truck. Forget getting the tailgate washed, doesnt happen until I get home and do it myself. I wont be back.

Took the express wash, My car still had dust all over after the wash. Not satisfied.
