Kenneth gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. He took his time and did such an excellent job that 7 weeks later my hair is still looking good. Everyone in the shop was very friendly and the ambience was sweet. Need a haircut give the Big House Barbers a try.

So i guess this is only an appointment hair cut saloon because if you just walk in for a simple hair cut they never get you cause they have appointments... And then i realize why because if you just walk in to get a hair cut is like 20$ but with an appointment is 25 + tip is like 30 or 32 dollars...and they change their prices however the f.. They want!!!.... P.S. and if you have an appointment and their behind is ok for you to wait 15 or 20 mins but if you are late 5 mins they dont get you!!

Was able to schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning, this was due to an event my son was attending the very next day. The demand is definitely the issue when you have nothing but boys but we will always travel and come to your shop if and whenever your available. Being flexible is what helps working families, my sons last minute appointment for first thing in the morning definitely let us know you are here for the community. I’ve been here probably 7-8 times but never got a haircut. My schedule is chaotic and I can only come in as a walk in. I’ve come on weekdays, weekends, late, early, mid day and I’ve never gotten a cut because they either have 1 barber in booked with appointments or 5 barbers in booked. Maybe dedicate 1 barber to walk ins? Last time I walked in I thought I actually might get a cut but after waiting close to 30 minutes they told me they were all booked for the day.

You have no complaints against the barbers or the haircuts I have been getting but the prices have been bouncing around from what I have notice from the last few visits I have had. The 1st haircut I got was $18 then the next haircut I had was $21, today haircut was $23. I got the same haircut the last few times. It seems like the Barbers make their own prices, I guess it depends on who cuts your hair.

Walked in at 10:45 and sat patiently until 11:45. Nobody was talking and the only noise was one tv directly above me. Then, all but one barber left for what I can only assume was “lunch” (even though they opened at 10) and the sole barber had been cutting the same head for at least 45 minutes. With 3 people still ahead of me after an hour, I took my business and money elsewhere. I just had a weird vibe in there, almost like nobody wanted to be there.

They have a phone that they never answer I can never just call and get an appointment moreover, if I walk in they say I need an appointment.... yet they refuse to answer the phone so I can set one. Ridiculous, never in my life has it been such a hassle to get a good haircut, they have the best barbers but they are inaccessible I feel like...

You will get a great cut here. However, if you do not have an appointment be prepared to be there for about 3 hours. Maybe the price of being the best shop in town, but that wait time definitely takes away from the experience.

These people are the best in town. They truely are masters of their craft. They may take a while to cut hair but they ensure it is perfect. Their staff is friendly and willing to work with you. Their establishment is always in nice condition. If you havent been, you need to come, they are the best.

Had a great hair cut there. I went back a second time and walked by a sign that said walk ins welcome... I walked into the store and there was no one in the waiting area and a barber that was available. I was told I dont think were taking anymore walk ins. Ah well there is another shop 60ft down the street

I was out of state and needed a haircut. They took a while but it was all worth it. The told me all about corporate cut locations that dont do a good job on hair. Now, I will for sure try local!

Very long wait and a lot of people waiting. A little pricey and they charge more for appointments as well as fees for paying with credit or debit cards. Not convenient or affordable for families with multiple children.

Theyre really good at cutting hair, but if you dont have an appointment, you will have to wait two or three hours. Today 9/14/2019 I waited from 9:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and yes I have tried to make an appointment with the number provided by the barbers, and surprise, everytime I call no one answers the phone.Ive been going to this shop over two years now. I love the barers,but you guys have some issues that need to be addressed for sure . Maybe do away with appointments and do a sign in log or stop taking walk-ins and do appointment only and provide a number that actually works I dont know, seriously tired of it .

Walked in there and there was two barbers and no one waiting I ended up having to wait like 20 minutes to get a cut. Barber in the last chair was pushing so hard with metal guards on top so the haircut was uncomfortable my beard came out uneven and he pushed my hairline back to far he was also on his phone a lot which is fine but I felt like he wasn’t as focused on my cut.

Great place to get your hair cut. Everyones really friendly and they do a great job. Ill be going back there for my next cut.
