I have once again landed right back into the seats of AZ Cuts and man, they never do cease to amaze. This time around, I gave one of the lads the means to do as the pleased as I wanted to be surprised. They definitely have the right idea and the overwhelming confidence to show you what they are capable of, not only that, they make you feel comfortable and joke around with you to help keep the atmosphere adaptable to your patience. Again, coming here will always be worthwhile and will definitely be my go-to from here on out.

First, Ness is amazing. My son really liked him. He was so patient. That being said, my husband was suppose to go in a few days later, the lady at front chair completely ignored him, which is kind of how she treated me. I know she spoke English as she answered the phone in English. But, in person, she acted as if we could not communicate. Little did she know, I spoke Spanish too. I will go back for Ness but if he is not there, I will leave.

Waited 2 hours just to not get a hair cut. They use their Spanish speaking to rip off white people into making them pay more.

My first bad decision was letting a young fellow on 10.9.2020 with a name tag that emphasized the fact that he is a student. The haircut was horrible and the so called barber needs some growing up to do. He has no customer service nor respect whatsoever. At times it may be best just to keep your mouth shut if you have nothing decent to say especially if you want continued business.

The Spanish lady who cut my hair was extremely nice and sincere, but the outcome of this haircut is completly unacceptable. I am infuriated. She managed to shave one of my sides, making one side EXTREMELY uneven in comparison to the other. This is by far the worst haircut I have recieved, and I have recieved MANY horrible ones. Great Service, horrible execution. Would not be coming back and definitely do NOT recommend.

My husband and brother get their hair cut here, they are always on point with their cuts. We accidentally showed up early thinking that was when our appointment was and the guy came in early to accommodate us. I really like the quality of hair cuts and customer service, will definitely continue coming here.

This was my third haircut at this place of business. Was actually referred by a family member as we are new to the town. Both previous hair cuts were good. Today a barber that goes by Kountry cut my hair. Best cut Ive had in years. He took his time, has a passion for what he does for a living. I will be back for sure and book with him.

My haircut came out great exactly how I wanted it

The woman that cut my hair couldnt speak English fluently, but she took the extra time to talk to me and give me the cut that I wanted. I really appreciated the attention and I will say that I have been given terrible haircuts by other barbershops that spoke English as a first language.

Luis is an excellent barber. My son perfers Luis everytime he needs a haircut.

If I can give lower then a 1 star I would!!The new management here is horrible Nancy doesnt have a license or does the other workers. She would get mad and push people out because she speaks Spanish and gets mad when we dont understand her.

The “barber” that cut my hair had seen a picture of what I asked for, and the outcome of that haircut was horrible. I am completely unsatisfied. I’ve gone to three different barbershops in Casa Grande so far and none have met my standards.

Ive been going here for about 3 years now. And they are still the best shop I have found in town. They take their time with you and make sure everything is even and lined up nice. Ive gotten regular cuts, fades, faux hawks, and I have yet to be disappointed. The only bad thing is the wait. It will range from 10 minutes to 2 hours. But its well worth it!!

I read other comments and Im confused how a 2 hour wait can warrant a 5 star rating but obviously competition is fierce in town. Asked for a trim and received a shave... No joke. Take a picture of your desired hair cut so you wont have to rely on English to explain yourself.

I went in and asked for line up and got f***ed up smh. She pushed my hairline back and then tried to say my hair grows wierd and then blamed me when i said it wasnt right. Then she started talking smack in spanish like i didnt understand I now have spots where im missing hair and i even showed her a picture of what i wanted. I will never go back here.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Very unprofessional, I had to ask the lady twice to go back over the top of my head for stragglers and after giving me a razor fade she wiped my head with a paper towel. I left with hair still all over my face and patches of hair that is uneven. I will never go back here.
