These two ladies are absolutely amazing. They were so informative, patient, and kind during filing my taxes. I had an issue with door dash not wanting to send me my earnings for the year and these ladies were very understanding and incredibly helpful.

These ladies were very pleasant when I walked into the door I appreciate it the atmosphere. They were very quick with helping me file my taxes and my W-2s were not printed but even help me with that I cannot be more thankful for such a great team that’s why I come back each year thank you.

Long story short, I was told I would need to wait (at least) 45 minutes after my pre-scheduled appointment time even though I arrived 10 minutes early and I would caution against making an appointment at this office if you are expecting an accountant to be available at your appointment time.Since I have visited this office to have my taxes done last year and the year before, I scheduled to have them filed here again this year. However, I live 30 minutes away and wanted to manage my time by scheduling in advance. When I came to the office for my appointment, I was ten minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork to get started, but there was one client currently in the middle of filing their taxes and another client waiting next in line. I was told the waiting client had scheduled an appointment the same time as mine (even though there is only one accountant filing taxes at that office), and that I would expect to wait about 45 minutes for the accountant to finish with the current client and the waiting clients taxes. Because of my first-hand experience working with this accountant the last few years, I felt it was more likely I would need to wait at least an hour and a half. Regardless, I was told I needed to wait at least 45 minutes after my pre-scheduled appointment to have my taxes filed. When I said I couldnt stay that long, I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I decided not to reschedule because the appointments made in advance do not necessarily mean you will have your taxes filed at that time and would be as reliable as walking in without an appointment. Since I have to make time to drive to the office and have my taxes filed, I opted not to go back to this office knowing I can expect to wait for an unknown amount of time.

Worse place!!!! Run away if you know whats good for you. Spent 10 over hours in there.. 12:30 PM to 10:45 PM. Never again, high fees almost 800 to file taxes..they are full of lies

I made appointment. I been waiting for over hour and a half still waiting to get a service. Doesnt seem very knowledgeable with taxes. Rep is always on the phone. Dont recommended coming here .
