Adams are one of the few honest breeds left for pest control. I have a quarterly spraying and have had no issue with bugs. They also provide the annual terminate inspection and whatever it required. Adams are reasonable and don’t try to sell you on more service. They are more than willing to respond to any specific bug issues.

We love Adam’s Pest Control! Nothing but great service on our end. Anytime we need extra attention, they come right out and fix it. The mosquito treatment had worn off and they came right out and sprayed our yard again. No more skeeters! No extra charge. They want us to be happy customers and it shows. Adams pest solution has come twice now to the rental townhome I’m in and we saw drastically less roaches (almost little to none) just after the first visit. They recommend the proper amount of treatments based on each individual case so we have seen them twice now. I own a small business in Raleigh and was having a awful problem with water bugs, roaches and ants. I contacted 5 different Pest Control companies. What nightmare calling into national call centers, an answering services. Not with Adams Pest Solutions. I spoke to Rebecca who lives here, was super knowledgeable, and friendly. I even received a text appointment confirmation minutes after hanging up 2 of the other companies didnt even show up for the scheduled inspection. Adam was great, not selling more things I didnt need, instead he found the source of entry and treated my business on the spot at a lower price that the other 2 companies. Adams Pest Solutions did a very professional job on our crawlspace. They gave us a lower price than any competitors we explored, and they executed it very well. Its a lot better!In addition, Adam personally is a patient and fair business man. We hired Adam’s Pest Solutions as we had a small issue with house ants. Their one-time service price was the best I could find, scheduling was quick, and the service we received was great! The technician treated the inside and outside throughly. He took great precautions when inside which eased our minds greatly during COVID-19. Most importantly, no ants!

BED BUGS!!! UGH. $2500! Double ugh! Adam to the rescue!I had two quotes to remove the bed bugs and both were over $2000. Then Adam came in and did a thorough inspection, even going into the attic to make sure they were not Bat Bugs. He then offered a quote that was a fraction of the price of the other guys. I had to do a lot to prepare for the treatment (which is needed for any bed bug treatment), but after 2+ weeks, we are bug free. Adam was clearly very smart and understands how these creature think. He was easy to work with and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family for any pest issues. He is that good.

Adam and his team, Joshua and Jim, have removed a squirrel and a flying squirrel from our attic. They are very knowledgeable about animal behavior and persist until the problem is solved. They also repaired squirrel damage to our home at a very reasonable price. They respect and understand wildlife, so they try to remove the animals without harming them, while making sure they cannot re-enter the home. We will call them again should the need arise.

This pest control company is thorough and they handle all areas of pest control: pests, mice, snakes, wildlife, termite, moisture control, bats.They actually look everywhere to see what is going on. They explain what they found so that you are aware of any potential problems that may need to be addressed now or in the future. Their printed reports let you know everything that was addressed that day and where they applied product. Not only do I use their services, but my daughter uses them, my neighbors use them, and a friend of mine that has a restaurant has used them for 5 years. Bottom line, if pest control is a concern of yours..... use Adams Pest Solutions.

As a new homeowner in Springdale Estates, we discovered that we had some unwanted tenants in our home. Adam came highly recommended by our realtor and we were able to schedule an inspection rather quickly. Adam was very thorough and highlighted some problem areas that were previously missed. He even offered suggestions for prevention in other areas as well. He offered reasonable solutions and returned within a matter of days to begin treatment. We have not had a problem since and Adam has been out several times to replace the vents in our crawl space, working diligently on a job that has proved to be more of a challenge than he originally thought. He has been very forthright and kept us updated as to the progress in a very timely manner. He is a consummate professional and very reasonably priced. We had two squirrels invade our attic, so I gave Adams Pest Solutions a call. They were very detailed in their approach. They were very thorough in their examination, put a plan into action and solved our problem very quickly. We liked their follow through, even to the point of sweeping up the attic after they were done. Adams Pest Solutions is a really professional organization that definitely knows what theyre doing. Adam is the best and would highly recommend him to anyone!After buying a house I called Adams for an evaluation to get a monthly spray service. During his pest inspection, he discovered we had some bats nesting deep in the attic. Our home inspector and pest inspector didnt even catch it. Turns out Adam is uniquely certified with NC wildlife and is licensed to handle bats and other wildlife removals.He was very reasonably priced, showed great expertise and knowledge in my situation, and was ultimately able to get the job done, including doing everything we could to prevent they return of our little friends. We were quite satisfied and have been using them for our monthly spray service as well. Good, honest, hard-working people are hard to come by these days.

Adam started out professional and then crossed the line. The situation made me uncomfortable, and I guess he knew he was wrong, so started to send out other technicians. I then wasnt home for a service call, nor was I able to respond to cancel or confirm this appt,sent out his tech anyway, and the next day I was getting phone calls for payment. I felt harassed. And promptly cancelled any future service calls. So happy I did. I would give 0 stars if able .

UPDATE August 2018: When our home was eventually serviced by Adams Pest Solution, it seemed to be effective. We have not had any more issues with ants, and it has been about a month since the treatment. In the future, I would cautiously recommend this company, despite my initially poor experience as described below.I am planning to update this review once our home is actually serviced by this company, but thus far I am thoroughly unimpressed and frustrated by the customer service/scheduling experience. I understand it is the busy season for pest control, but after the initial property inspection on June 27, I waited TEN DAYS for a treatment scheduling call that never came...meanwhile our kitchen is overrun with ants were spending our own money to (unsuccessfully) keep at bay. After I call the company, the scheduler tells me shes been waiting to call us because the schedule is full........ (maybe if shed called sometime before 10 days passed we couldve gotten an earlier appointment!!) Now well be getting serviced July 20 -- almost a month after the initial inspection -- if the ants havent gotten us first. And I will happily update this review at that time.

Came out gave me an issue on my sister house

Halfway through my contract, I changed my phone number, and forgot to update my number with Adams. By the time I remembered, the contract had expired and I had missed the last 2 of 4 quarterly visits/sprays. When I called to inquire about the status of my contract, they informed me that they had tried to contact me, but that the number had changed. No letter. No visit. When I requested one last treatment to make up for the two missed visits, they only offered to write up a new contract, and later agreed to a final treatment. They then ignored a few follow-up calls Id made in response to their offer to make one last visit on the expired contract. Very poor customer service, dishonest, and dishonorable.

Adam helped us by safely removing an owl from our chimney. He was very responsive and fair in pricing.
