We noticed ants were beginning to get into our house one evening and immediately called Massey’s for a consult (we had used them at a previous house which worked out really well). Tyler came out the next day to perform an inspection/sign contract, and then he and his manager, John, came out the following day to service the yard/house!It has been 1 month and we are still any free! Thank You Massey’s & Tyler for your help with my insect problem!!

Russell was prompt, thorough, professional and informative. He explained each step that he was doing and why it was important. He did a complete inspection and sprayed the inside of my condo for silverfish and anything else that might show up. I will definitely use his services again.

Tyler was amazing! He came for a normal termite inspection and found a family of raccoons pinned under our porch. He stayed for over two hours helping us get the four babies and mom raccoon out safely and securely. When we tried to tip him for his exceptional service, Tyler just said he always tries to do the right thing (and asked us to pass it along to someone in need instead).

Tyler came out to our house and did a thorough inspection for us! He arrived promptly, was very nice and professional, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend!

We are very grateful for Sean at Massey. Anytime we have had an issue, he would be at our home within 12 hours and take care of it. We rarely have issues since starting service. Update on past review. That wasnt me. It was my friend messing with my phone. They are a great company, and always quick to answer questions and help with any problem I have ever encountered. Their customer service is THE BEST i have delt with hands down...

Blake has been out to do our quarterly pest treatment numerous times and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He always asks how things have been since the last time he did our treatment and if there are any new problem areas/pests. He goes above & beyond to make sure he solves any of our pest issues.

I live in Raleigh, NC at Ashley Park in Brier Creek. This is the second time in weeks that I have not been seen for my pest issue. I always put my work order in like Im supposed to. The first time, no one knocked. I reached out to the property and let them know no one came to my door I just found traps outside my door when I happen to go outside. I asked specifically about it being sprayed because that is my request. TODAY no one even showed up. What kind of service is this? We are all home due to current circumstances. I dont mind anyone coming in due to heat, pest are popping up everywhere. Put your gloves on and mask up. There is no excuse for them not to come into our apartments especially to do their job when I pay monthly for this service. Horrible and unprofessional of this company.

The tech blew through my yard everytime he came out.

Had scheduled specific time because I had animals I needed to keep inside while they did treatment. They came several hours before scheduled time. They let dog out. I understand they chased the dog all over the neighborhood until she went to a friend’s home who took Her in. The dog was very overheated and neighbors were very concerned about her when they took her in. Massey service person did not even leave note about what had happened or where the dog was. All I knew when I came home was they had been there and the dog was missing! THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAD COME AT A DIFFERENT TIME THAN THE SCHEDULED APPT TIME WINDOW!

Never had any problems with service techs. One in particular, Matt Ashworth, is always courteous. He is never in a hurry and he explains in language you can understand.

During a safer at home order with increasing transmission of infections they still have door to door cold calls being performed.

Wonderful company!!! We had a free inspection completed by Brandon Watkins. He was punctual, professional and informative. He explained his findings and everything that should be done. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment 2 people showed up. The first was Todd Axten, Service Manager and the 2nd was Sean Colton, General Manager. Between the two of them, they were able to complete the work needed. The were both punctual, professional and informative. They explained everything they were doing and why. They made suggestions for future service and explained in detail why. They later sent me an email outlining our discussion. I could not be any happier with the service that was provided. I will certainly be recommending Massey Services, to everyone i know.

My crawlspace, vapor barrier, HVAC, and duct-work is covered in white, powdery insecticide after an apparent improperly executed treatment by Massey. As a result, each time I need to access the crawlspace or have someone perform HVAC or plumbing service, this poisonous powder clings to shoes, clothes, and skin. I was told by an HVAC tech that some of it made its way into to my HVAC unit. Although I was told by Massey that this substance is not harmful to humans, this is of great concern as my wife has health issues and is recovering from lung surgery. Massey sent someone (Estafan) out to evaluate the crawlspace and possibly clean the vapor barrier, but I was told all that could be done was to try to sweep it out which would probably stir up more of this substance which I was afraid would definitely make its way into my house. When asked what I wanted them to do, I told Estafan I wanted a new vapor barrier installed and my duct-work cleaned. I was told someone would call me to discuss this, but that was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing, which is what I expected. I am done with Massey and post this as a warning to others to choose someone else for your pest control.

I appreciate the quick response time, consistency to track and resolve an issue, professionalism, knowledge, customer service that Estefan Hernandez brings as well as the support team from Massey.

Buyer Beware - getting into contract is nightmare - they make promises wont keep just to get a sale. Much happier with Terminix.
