Welcoming and non-intimidating staff. Plenty of machines and small crowd so little to no wait time. Clean. Can’t wait to go through my fitness journey with this club!

Workout Anytime is an awesome gym and very convenient being open 24 hrs a day. Clean bathrooms and well maintained. Rick, the GM is great, always helpful and friendly.

I will outline just a brief synopsis of one of the many issues I’ve experienced throughout my tenure here. A week ago I came in to train, scanned my badge and was not allowed access, after getting incorrect information from multiple employees, owner then apologizes to me and say that they froze the wrong account by accident. After that he proceeded to tell me even though I did not do actually do this I am now responsible for past a past due balance and late fees. This place knows nothing about customer service and I doubt I will ever do business with again at any location

The staff there are okay i guess but when men kept looking at me inappropriately and I reported it, they said just move away.

Accidently damaged an item at the gym and the owner was very rude and threatened to take me to court at the age of 17. Just a warning that any interaction with this company will turn out horrible because the owner practices very scummy business. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE.

Always clean everytime I went. And there’s access to a lot of cleaning supplies to wipe down the machines 👍🏾👍🏾

Rick is a great trainer. I get an awesome, tough workout in 30 minutes. It’s different every time and super challenging. Facility is clean and is not a typical gym meat market. Highly recommend.

Workout Anytime Cary Is genuinely the best gym in the area. Every time I go I feel at home. It’s not because of the well kept, updated equipment, it’s not because of the cleanliness, it’s not because of the services offered which include tanning and water massage, it’s not because of the easy in and out location or the good music they play... It’s because of the people! The quality of people that use this gym is second to none. Just as important, the reason these good people continue to use this location is the caring staff. Rick the manager and others will take you in and work personally and professionally to help you meet your workout needs. Without them this gym wouldn’t be home and I don’t know about you but I think we all need a little more of that going around.

Outside of this gym there is a sign that states “$1 enrollment on any plan today”. I was charged $20 and when I asked for a refund the employee refused and also refused to take down the misleading sign. The employee at the front desk stated that the owner knows there is inaccurate information on the sign and does not want it to be taken down. I cannot support this business especially when the business owner knowingly misleads his customers/members. I definitely do not trust this company to withdraw any money from my account so I cancelled my membership with them. Also false advertising is considered unlawful in N.C.

24/7 gym with ample amenities. Friendly staff. Machines well-maintained. Fitness classes also offered. Non-judgmental environment. Only downside is small public bathrooms with only 1 shower per gender.

Small gym big heart, staff is exceptional and knowledgeable. Equipment clean and up to date. Aqua massage well worth it. Locker rooms clean and no smell. Just an awesome place to workout.

Huge variety of equipment, seriously clean, and very friendly staff... it is everything you would expect in a gym, but to the next level! This gym will not leave you wanting. It covers your basic needs for a good workout, but also has advanced equipment. Nothing feels like rickety old gym equipment and necessities. This is a great place to workout. You will really enjoy yourself while you are there. The staff is super friendly as well. Everyone knows your name, and they make it a point to ask how you are liking the gym. If you ever need anything, you could definitely feel comfortable asking anyone for help. Whether it is how to do a perfect squat or how long you should be on the tanning bed, you will get great advice. No matter what your gym needs are, you will love this gym.

Nice, clean gym with great staff and trainers. The 24 hour access and memberships prices are what sold me initially, and the equipment and atmosphere are what keep going back. The personal trainers are a great asset but if thats not your thing theres no sales pressure like at some of the fitness giants. And the Hydro-massage is the best. Definitely worth a look.

I only had one workout here, but this place is freaking awesome. Rick is a humble big man. He is all about helping you, training, and etc. The one thing about the place is there is no grunts, half dresses women, no smell, etc there. For 15 a month that is not bad. It may be a small place, but it get the job done. Im going to join here in about month or two. Only because I really do feel like Im getting my money worth.

At first I was was hesitant in coming over from Fitness Connection. Wasnt sure if I was going to get everything I needed in here. But this gym has everything you really need and you cant beat that $15/$25 monthly rate.This place has quality machines and weights. The only thing this place lacks are classes. And I say use the money you would be spending on the higher priced gyms and get 1 personal training session a week with Chelsea. Itll be better than any weekly group class you can take.Id recommend this gym to everyone since anyone can easily get their $15 a month out of this gym.PS: The 100lb dumbbells are a nice addition. Now we need to work on putting in that heavy bag!***In response to something a lady wrote on here. I think Chelsea is awesome and a great personal trainer.

Great gym to get in a workout. Never terribly crowded and the equipment is kept in great condition and clean. Nice combination of machine and free weights plus a variety of cardio training machines. The manager, Rick, is very professional and also a great motivator. Ive had some surgeries and Rick has been very helpful with recommending exercises suitable for my circumstance.

Been a member for over a year, and will continue to have a membership. The staff members are incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is clean and modern. The other members are courteous as well. Today, I had an issue with my payments and the staff was very accommodating. Great gym!

My Fiancee and I are from Idaho and we were in Apex visiting family. The manager (or owner?) gave us a good price for a 3 day pass and the gym was great! Youve got a good thing, Cary!

Easy quick enrollment and matched the online price. Non intimidating place. Super nice easy to use treadmills and equipment. Nice clean bathrooms and lots of locker space. Wished the stretching room was carpeted and a tad bigger and he didnt offer a tour really but nice tanning bed and suuper soothing hydro massage.

Today I had to cancel my membership due to my job and home being too far away. I had been a member for around 3 years. I loved this gym. Staff is SUPER friendly and encouraging. If you are looking for a gym I highly suggest this one. They really are a great gym. Thank you staff for youre services! You guys rock!

Workout Anytime is a great place to knock out a workout. The facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is always very friendly and approachable. Have been working out here for a month now and have no complaints at all!

First off all this gym has nothing but positives. Keith and his staff are phenomenal in customer service and always take care of a problem if one occurs. Tucker is a great trainer as well who knows how to successfully train clients to perfection (as that is what he did with me). The gym is always being cleaned and you are always greeted with a smile. This is certainly by far the best in the area being 24 hours, tanning and superb customer service. Thanks Keith and staff for everything!!!!

One of the best gyms that I have ever joined! I dont feel rushed to get to the gym before they close and if I make it in time before the staff leaves, they are always friendly and helpful. The equipment is brand new and they have all the best machines available. Though the gym is on the smaller side, I have never had a problem getting on a machine no matter what time in the day I workout. Very friendly environment including other members at the gym as well!I will definitely be staying at this gym.

This gym has a wide variety of equipment! Very clean and safe environment. I do recommend it to those who have irregular schedules as they have the option of going at any hour of the day. They staff was very helpful with getting signed up and were helpful with getting you squared away if you are leaving, though the process for leaving. I recommend this place if you are in the nearby area and in search of a good gym.

This is a great facility. Has everything you need to get a great workout in. Its open 24/7, which makes it very convenient. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. The owner always remembered me by name. I would highly recommend this gym!

I chose this gym because of the proximity to my house and the price. I would probably pay more for my membership because of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. You are always greeted by name with a warm welcome. They keep the cleaning solution and towels fully stocked. The members are awesome as well. They help keep the place clean and organized unlike a lot of other gyms. It also does NOT smell! Thank god!I havent used their trainers because I do my own workout but a lot of members use them so they have to be pretty good.If you are looking for a clean, friendly, low pressure gym then this is the place to join.Overall, cant beat it!

I joined this club a month ago. So far so good. Everyone has been very helpful thus far. I look forward to a long term relationship with this club. I am a night owl so I appreciate the ability to be able to work out anytime. The gym is clean and each time, I am there, it is not crowded. For $25.00 a month, a guest can join me, as long as I am working out too. Not bad at all!

This gym is very nice and convenient. The staff is very professional and the owners are very nice and try to get to know members that come into their establishment. The gym is not very big which is great since it is never overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this gym to others. Chelsea (if I spelled her name correctly) is the type of staff member/trainer that any gym should have. This establishment is very fortunate to have her on board.

I have been a member of Workout Anytime, Cary for two and a half years. This is my first experience going to a gym (except for Curves, which is not in the same category), and it has been excellent. Since the gym has been under now ownership, new equipment has been added and the gym is cleaner than before. The equipment is in good repair, and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.

I absolutely love Workout Anytime in Cary. The staff is so very friendly and helpful (although I rarely see them, because I can go to the gym ANYTIME I want, which is fantastic!). Getting in shape is tough, but I am determined, and going to Workout Anytime really makes me feel comfortable with what I am trying to do, and the pace in which I need to do it. I dont feel judged - I just feel welcome, and that is why Workout Anytime is (and will remain) my gym of choice! Join! You wont regret it!

Cant complain for 15 bucks a month. Great staff. I workout early, so my only complaint would be the showers, theyre a little musty and the hot water doesnt get very hot. But again, for 15 bucks, lots of equipment, convenient, great staff.

Great place. Owner and staff always makes sure to greet and smile when walking by. Clean and modern equipment. The prices are more than fair.If I were to pick the negatives.. during peak hours (4p-6p), it doesnt take much for it to be crowded with how small the gym is. Also, if you dont like cages to do your squats in, youll have to improvise because thats all they have.

This is a great gym! My husband and I joined about a month ago and we really like it. Chelsea is a fantastic employee and personal trainer. The equipment is in good condition and the gym is clean. The re-act machine is a bonus!

This has been my gym for the last 3 years and I love it. Never really crowded and has all the equipment I need for weight lifting. And it’s 24 hours in case I ever need to come at some strange time. Oh, and Habiba is legit the coolest person ever, she works the front desk. 😉

This gym is smaller but has some of the best equipment Ive used! Excellent staff, love Keith, the manager. I moved further away from this gym but still kept my membership, its that good a gym and a great price!

The owners of Workout Anytime, Mr. and Mrs. Fenn, made me feel at home during my time here. It just felt like I was at a gym owned by a friend. They have excellent facilities for a quality workout and they have helped me reach significant goals in my competitive running career. I left because of relocation, but I would recommend this gym to anyone. Truly one of the hidden gems of Cary.

I have been a member for about 5 months. It is a great atmosphere for all types of fitness. The staffing is very nice, informational and helpful. Also, the other customers or gym goers are very friendly.I asked Keith and his team to get a certain piece of equipment for their cable machine and shortly after it showed up. The staff listens to what you need or would like.The price is amazing whether your in college, just graduated college like me or if you just want a gym that has all you need.Come out and join!!!

Even though its smaller than all of those other huge gyms like O2 and lifetime it has everything you could need for any type of workout. The people both behind the desk and the other members are fabulous, friendly and relatable. After only a short time being a member I find myself coming in more and more to workout but also for the company that seems like a second family. I feel completely comfortable coming in alone day and night and would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

I have been using the Club since it opened a couple of years ago and I like it a lot.Owner Keith Fenn personally supervises every detail and it shows. I like dealing with businesses where the owner is accessible, and Keith is. He and the staff have been accommodating to me. I think he has made a better trade-off than some other clubs in areas such as the loudness of the music. At some clubs, it is obnoxiously loud, to the extent of making it impossible to fully enjoy ones own music through headphones.I like going at night, but the Club is not overcrowded in the daytime either.The Club has emphasized security and proper behavior, and I think that, along with the location, is paying off as I notice a lot of women using the Club even at night.I do not see the broken equipment that one sees at some other clubs.I have had no payment issues.

Great facility. Need to work out in the early AM and 24 hour availability is awesome. I had a billing issue this month and this was handled swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend!

You really cant beat the price either! $25 a month for a premium membership! Basically, they removed the negative things associated with gyms (restricted hours, high cost, year long contracts) and made it accessible and awesome for the average person. Check it out!

Joined about a month ago and am really pleased. It a clean and bright gym with plenty of equipment, and lots of TVs.. Ive never had to wait for a cardio machine. Price is a real bargain, and staff and members are extremely nice. The round-the-clock access is a real plus because I can rarely fit in a workout during normal business hours.

Ive been going to this gym for almost a year now. Its clean, they have all the proper free-weights and machines you need to do any workout. They are friendly and the staff is professional. For the price, they are definitely the best Gym in the Neighborhood.

This is a beautiful gym. The equipment is clean and up to date. The negative about this gym is the guys. They stalk me in the gym. I was in the gym on Friday morning at around 6am and this adult male was not working out at all walked over to the cable picked up a handle and threw it in the direction I was in. He did not use the cable at all. He just just stood still staring like he had never seen a black woman before. When I moved he moved. There are cameras and this can be confirmed. Another incident I walked over to pick up weights this guy jumped up and walked along with me just stared at me as I picked up the weights he stood still facing me, not the weights. When I walked away he followed. Incidents like this happens daily. Beautiful gym but stalkers make it ugly.

I joined this gym little over a year. Great Gym, Good for late night workouts, Boot Camps, constant workout programs, Reasonable monthly membership, Very Clean, Eye Candy, and a solid staff. (I go to Frank for everything.) Overall a great gym!!!

Really enjoyed my experience with Workout Anytime and I definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the Cary area. It was always very clean and never smelled (huge plus). Loved the HydroMassage bed!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Workout Anytime. They have way better deals then any other gym Ive ever been to, and they have a wide variety of equipment for whatever youd like to work on. All of the staff is very friendly and gets to know their members. I was very sad to leave due to moving to a different area in Raleigh!

If I have to pay $10 for a day pass I would like to see a bigger gym with a better variety of equipment. Suggestion: you are a small gym, lower your day pass rate to $5. That, or let a first time guest try the place for free.

Ive been a member here for about six months. The staff are very professional and helpful, the interior is immaculate with great amenities, and there are terrific perks for just a few dollars more each month. I have always found each and every person that works here to be approachable, reasonable, and more than willing to accommodate whenever possible. Keith, the owner, is attentive and considerate and members respect him. Chelsea Torres (Assistant Manager and Fitness Trainer) I see often and ask for help when I need it. She is eager to assist and efficiently addresses the needs of clients. Ive been to dirty gyms in the past and it was an awful experience. Even with a fitness center in the community where we live, I still joined Workout Anytime - because they have just what I want - there are no hassles, there are always machines available, it does not try to be a social club, and it is everything it advertises itself to be.

Just wanted an inexpensive, clean place to work out 4-5 times per month with showers and lockers. For $15, it is as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

I was assured by Ashley and an email that I was finally able to quit. Until the credit card bill comes back clean after a month, I have to leave this at three stars. Quitting was a nightmare from far away. People should be able to go online and quit the gym at ANYTIME. It is 2016.

I love getting up in the morning to workout with my friend at Workout Anytime in Cary. The facility is clean, the machines are new, and at 7am, you never have to wait to use the equipment.The staff is really great too, especially Keith.

A lack of a professional and appropriate response to a health concern forced me to cancel my membership at Workout Anytime on Maynard Road in Cary today. I have been a member since June 12th of this year, and up until today, have enjoyed my daily workouts, in a location only a block from my home.While working out around noon today, I noticed a young man in his mid-twenties (?), with large, rash-like, open wounds that covered the upper cheeks on both sides of his face. At first, I thought it was some kind of strange makeup due to it being so red. He was doing quick, single sets of exercise on most of the resistance machines. When he sat down at a machine next to mine, I could see ooze from both wounds that appeared to have blood in it, that was running from the wound areas, down his face and halfway down his neck.Totally freaked out and concerned, I approached Rick, the Manager, who had been standing at the computer located at the front entrance. I told Rick about the fellows condition, the fact that he had been on most of the equipment and had not wiped any of it down with the provided disinfectant and paper towels. I also told Rick that if the young man had any type of communicable disease, it would quite likely be spread to other members.Rick told me that he would speak with the person, and believing that he would, I went back to my equipment to finish my sets. Five to six minutes later, after finishing my sets, I checked and saw that Rick was still at the computer. I changed over to some equipment that I did not see the young man using. After several more minutes, and Rick still standing at the computer, I became upset enough to go to him and say that if he was not going to remedy this potentially hazardous situation, then to go ahead and cancel my Membership, effective immediately!Well, that inspired Rick to finally act. Rick approached the young man, and I have no idea what was said, but the fellow went into the Mens Room. He came out in a few minutes and resumed his exercises.Allowing this fellow with seeping wounds to remain in the facility and potentially place other members in serious risk was too much for me. I gathered my belongings, went up to Rick at the front desk and told him to cancel my Membership. Rick told me that the guy told him that He was a Physician, and gave him some name for His condition. My response was How do you know he was telling you the truth? What if he did not tell you the Truth? It may be a chance that he was telling you a lie, but that chance could place your other members health in jeopardy!I added that he could have, and should have, politely asked the young man to leave the facility and return when he was healed, the wounds properly covered, or could provide proper documentation that indicated that he posed no threat of a communicable disease. Im pretty sure that no reasonable person would find that request to be offensive.So, in the end; either Rick did not have the gonads to approach the Gentleman and do the right thing, or just did not care about Member Health and Safety. As of today, I am no longer a Member of Workout Anytime, and if you are considering a Membership... you should ask them about their current policy when it comes to people using the facility with open and oozing wounds!This situation, in and upon itself, earns the One-Star Review.

The keys to success for any gym: Variety of exercise equipment, cleanliness and a friendly staff....WOA has all three!! The cost is also amazing! I would recommend this gym to anyone!!

Ive been a member of many gyms and this place was hands down the worst.I joined because it was close to my house and cheap. Big mistake.The small locker room smelled TERRIBLE on a regular basis.When I joined on a month-to-month basis, I was told there was no penalty for canceling the membership. But then, when I cancelled, I was charged a $35 cancellation fee. When I complained, I was told its policy. I was also charged $20 for not returning the cheap, thin piece of plastic members scan to sign in (the type public libraries, grocery stores, and many other places give out for free). When I complained, I was told to read the fine print.There was one nice staff member. The others (including the manager) seemed arrogant and rude.They often vacuum during peak hours, which is loud and annoying.It was often un-staffed during business hours. So, if theres a problem with the equipment, good luck, youre on your own.In case youre wondering...No towelsNo locksNo racquetball courtNo basketball courtNo group fitnessNo saunaNo steam roomThis place isnt even worth the relatively low rates. Save your money. And if you do join, read the fine print very very carefully because theyll nickel and dime you.

My husband and I joined here last year for a mere 4 months... The gym is very clean and the flexibility of the schedule is nice. The price is right. The core area is extremely cramped and small with enough room for about 2 people comfortably max, but hey they have a big room for a tanning bed and massage machine! We had a bad experience with billing, however. When we joined we had the signup fee and the monthly fee explained to us. I asked if those were the ONLY fees very specifically, because gyms do typically have hidden fees of some sort and I wanted to BE SURE before signing on the dotted line. The front desk employee looked me in the eyes and assured me no. We then signed our contract on a credit card type pad and did not get to look it over or see a printed copy beforehand. It was emailed to us later that night, so it was out of sight and out of mind.We then about a month or two later had an extra charge in our account and called to ask about it. Oh, the owner said, that is our rate guarantee fee. It assures that you will lock in your rate and is charged once a year. Ok, so first of all I specifically was told there were no other fees and was told no (he said I surely must have been mistaken). Second of all, if it is charged once a year to guarantee a rate it should be charged a the year mark. You know, to ACTUALLY guarantee the rate for the next year. The owner would not refund the menial fee to us, basically ended our positive relationship right then and there. We left the gym that month.On an ending note, the owner is nice, but gave me very uncomfortable vibes when he came up to me 4-5 times on separate occasions and corrected my form while lifting without being asked. He didnt seem to do it to other people, which made me annoyed and uneasy. He even once said You can go harder than that! while I was in the core area trying my very best and actually working out hard- not cool. I stopped coming during hours he was typically there after that because I dont really enjoy confrontation. So I just started avoided the gym altogether.I see that many people have had a wonderful experience here and it actually is a nice place to work out. We just had a bad time and it was probably just unfortunate circumstance. Just be aware of the things I outlined above and you should be just fine. :)

Very clean and spacious gym, and the fact that it is one of the only 24hr gyms in the area is a huge plus. 15$ a month for the basic package is a great deal as well.

Yet another fitness rip off! Advertises $15 per month, no contract yet to cancel your membership it cost more than twice the monthly dues. Lets not forget the annual dues to help with keeping the facility and equipment clean (should that not be basic business practice that I should not have to pay for). Finally the staff, ask questions and their response will include: Im not sure but..., I think..., Maybe.. and I guess.... The 2 stars represent the clean appearance that the members pay for with their annual dues. The idea is convenient but truly they are no different than any other gym...its all about money they use the same smoke and mirrors. Yet they get high ratings.

Ive been going to Workout Anytime for over two years now, and Ive had nothing but good experiences. The price is extremely reasonable, in fact I dont understand how they stay in business at $15/month. The place is nothing fancy, no sauna, no pool or any of those other amenities that you never use anyway, so if all you need is a fully equipped gym with cardio machines and weights, then this is for you. They do have a tanning bed and a water massage table that is included in the higher tier membership, so if youre into those things I dont imagine youll find a less costly package solution that allows you 24/7 access and unlimited use. The best parts, for me, are that they play 96 Rock when Im working out during lunch, so I dont have to wear headphones to avoid that nerve-grinding gym music you usually get at these places, and that the place never seem to be crowded, so theres no line at the machines. As a bonus, you also dont get a lot of grunting gym rats, score! Keith and his crew are always friendly and helpful with any questions, and the place feels more like a small family. Cant recommend this highly enough.

Very reasonably priced for a 24 gym in Cary NC. Had a problem with the keycard opening the door after hours (as in, it didnt work at all for several days after signing up). Management was able to fix the issue in a timely and courteous manner, though. Also, having to return the keycard (small plastic card, think grocery store club card) or pay $20 fine is a little ridiculous.That aside, clean/working equipment, clean bathrooms, good atmosphere. If I ever move back to the area, Ill join again without question.

I decided to have my dad enroll to the gym so that he could workout with me. I was told by the owner that there would be no termination fee if my dad decided not to stay and the enrollment fee would be refunded. That was a total lie and we didnt get any of the enrollment fee back because we had already paid it. It was somewhat of a struggle just to get the termination fee waived. Their dishonesty is part of the reason I too canceled my membership and went to Fitness Connection which charges the same but gives you more equipment and access to classes. All in all, this gym is definetly a good place to workout in. Just make sure you read the terms fully before signing anything.

Extremely overpriced and rude. Very hard to take a guest with you unless its within office hours, even if you are only free in the morning.Other reviews state that they will overcharge you even after you cancel your memebership, I didnt believe it at first, but I do now. They accumulated $79 dollars of charges in two days on my account, when I called to resolve the issue, the owner wouldnt even talk to me, completely ignored me when I went to visit. Save yourself the time and money, just go to planet fitness.

I have been a member ever since they opened. I have been a member of numerous gyms, and I am fairly serious about lifting. I dont often write reviews, however, in the case of Workout Anytime, it is warranted.If your looking to swim, play racquetball or mill around the gym eating bagels and hanging out (as Ive witnessed all too many times at other gyms), then go somewhere else, please. However, if youre a budget-minded individual who enjoys a good variety of cardio, machines and free weights (among other things like tanning and a massage machine), then this is the place for you.Since day one (actually 8/13), the staff has been nothing but accommodating and courteous. I speak from a lot of encounters. For the sake of brevity, I shall provide two examples of said encounters. First, prior to having a major shoulder surgery, the owner, Keith, worked with me in what I consider to be above-and-beyond in holding my membership. He worked with me so that I could freeze my account and not incur a monthly charge while recovering. This allowed me to start back up without incurring a new startup fee.Second, upon joining the gym, I took stock of several pieces of equipment that I felt could make my experience at the gym more enjoyable ( i.e. 100 lb dumbbells, parallel bars, waist chain and flat bench. Keith was very receptive, and in less than a month, all the items had been purchased. I was pretty impressed at this point.Lastly, you cant beat $15 or $25 a month for what youre getting. When I joined I was working nights, and needed a place I could workout on my off days after normal hours. Naturally, this gym fit the bill. Also, dont be fooled by what may appear to be a small gym. I have been a member of gyms that were much larger, and had felt more cramped than I ever have here. They utilized the space perfectly, and I very rarely have ever had to wait for a piece of equipment. Even during peak times, the gym never feels too crowded.Keith and staff, thank you for making my past three years both enjoyable and accommodating. I look forward to being a member as long as I am in the area. Keep up the good work!!

Great staff, cozy setting....Loved the hydro-message bed! very responsive leadership.

This place is a real value. For 15 bucks a month you have 24 hour access to aeorbic equipment, free weights, showers, etc. Everything you really need. Did I use my membership....well......at first a whole bunch and then later not so much, but I never felt bad about it since it was only costing me 15 bucks a month. I think you can suspend it if you want but because it was so inexpenisve I just kept it and went whenever it struck my fancy.I will also say that I never had to wait for equipment and now that I am moving they did not hit me with a bunch of fees which I really appreciated.The way the math broke down for me is like this. You can get an ok treadmill for 300 bucks on amazon if you do not want to run outdoors. Membership for a year is still less than that and I did not have to claim a bunch of space for free weights and a treadmill in my house.

Gym is alright, staff is friendly but the moment I had to cancel my membership because of an out of town move, I was charged all sorts of money. The day I signed up, it was clearly said to me that they wouldnt charge for any cancellation fees. This was not honored and instead, they blamed an employee who no longer works here for that. Im not sure why I have to pay for previous staff mistakes, but somehow I did. After that, they charged $20 for not returning my little barcode keychain piece of plastic that people usually give away for free. Again, yet another terrible business practice. What Im trying to say is, if you want to work out in this area, consider other options, and dont trust the staffs information. They obviously dont care if the employee gave out wrong information, because, hey, its up to me to find out in the future...surprise!!!

My thumbs hit a 1 star on this place and I certainly didn’t mean to do that, I was extremely impressed with the facilities and although I didn’t sign up for a membership after my friend showed me around and it was really nice. I had given about 5 reviews that day to various businesses and was floating in and out of service on my phone. So sorry! You guys are certainly 5⭐️!!

Dont have to worry about it being over run by kids. Just people that want to work out.

WORST GYM EXPERIENCE!!! Chelsea who works there was very unprofessional. She criticize my husband and I regarding where we decided to sign up. She nasty, sarcastic she was not helpful and very dismissive.We were on the fence regarding staying with workout anytime, but her attitude and the way she dealt with us pushed us to cancel our membership after signing up 1 day and go sign up with another gym.At first my husband was going to keep his membership even though we signed up elsewhere, but the way she spoke with me and the gyms mediocre equipment made him cancel!I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

Reasonable monthly price, not too crowded, clean and new equipment. Staff is friendly as well
