I love this place. My wife and I both use this gym and I have to say it is the best gym Ive been a member of. It is always clean and the equipment is all in excellent to like-new condition. The bathrooms/changing rooms are clean and nice as well. But the most important part of any organization is its people. Eric, Brittany, and Mike are the best. All three know our names and treat us more like family than customers. Mike is a great trainer and goes out of his way to ask about how Im doing and offers advice and guidance even when Im not there specifically for a training session. Eric and Brittany are the same as well. Another nice thing is anyone can feel comfortable coming here. The members span the age and experience spectrum. Thanks to the Anytime Cary team for a great place to work out.

The facility is very clean and the location owner is very involved in maintaining an effective and welcoming environment for working out.Although the cost is higher than other gyms, this comes with the benefit of less traffic and more equipment availability. There are enough cardio machines and free weight racks such that I have consistently been able to complete my workout routine without having to wait or adjust around equipment availability. The 24 hour access is also great for maintaining a consistent fitness routine without having to adjust around holiday hours.

If I had more stars to give, Id give them gladly. The gym is clean and organized, the equipment is in great shape, and the atmosphere is always motivational and positive. Eric, Brittney, and Mike are by far the most cordial and attentive team of people Ive met in any gym. If you are looking for a place to train and get healthy, with people who are genuinely interested in helping you meet your fitness goals, look no further👍🏼💪🏼

Eric and Brittney run a great gym. Both are always around and are willing to answer any questions you may have or to just chat. Never gets too crowded and is always kept very clean.

I really like this gym. Its welcoming which I like but what I love is that the atmosphere is all about working out, getting stronger and fit. Its very motivating without pressure. Eric, the owner, and his staff are professional and very nice.

Eric and his team run a great gym. If you are looking for somewhere that is accessible 24/7, is clean and has a team of people with great attitudes this is a perfect choice. Its not the big flash workout place, it has the weights, machines and cardio to get the job done and a reasonable price.

Anytime is a great little gym. The dumbbells go up to 100 lbs and 3 power racks! There are large gyms that dont offer 3 power racks! The leg press machine is one of the best Ive ever used. This gym may look small on the outside but its big on personality and great equipment! Great verity of cardio machines to burn your weekend calories. Ive never done any of the classes but Ive seen Eric run them with enthusiasm and a touch of humor. Looks like the classes are a great workout. Give this place a try, youll be pleasantly surprised.

THE ATMOSPHERE IS SMALLER AND TO THE POINT. THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS WORKING OUT WITH MEMBERS. TO ME ITS A FAST PACE, SANITIZED AND JUDGEMENT FREE ENVIRONMENT. I LOVE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN COME ANYTIME. THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN AS WELL. THIS GYM IS MORE PERSONAL, TIGHTER SPACE BUT EVERYTHING IS THERE . THE MEMBERS ARE FRIENDLY BUT EVERYONE IS FOCUSED, FROM THE STAFF TO THE MEMBERS. I LOVE THE WIPES THEY PROVIDE TO KEEP THE EQUIPMENT GERM FREE. DEFINITELY FOR THE ON THE GO ADULT, THE FITNESS BUFF OR THE AVERAGE PERSON LOOKING FOR A WORK OUT SPACE THATS PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN.

Solid gym with 24/7 access. Its not a big box gym which I appreciate. It has never been too crowded when I go in the mid afternoon. They have just the right amount of equipment to get a great workout and it is all high quality. Ill be sticking with this gym for the foreseeable future. Thanks Eric!

What a great atmosphere! Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. The owner Eric is very personable and genuinely cares about all of his members. Ask about the “team workouts” that are provided online & in person for a kick butt workout ! You’ll burn a ton of calories along with building muscle/ learning how to strength train. 10/10 recommend this place!

Anytime fitness in Cary is awesome! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every-time I am there, I see someone consistently cleaning the facility. They also have a large open area to do free weights and some of the best machines. I also love that this gym is 24-7 and you have a key fob to enter anytime!

Having a new business is a big enough challenge, but keeping it going during a public shutdown is even harder. Eric (the owner/operator) has done a wonderful job converting to virtual coaching, and always staying upbeat and encouraging. As things begin to open up, I hope to see the gym populated by clients that show the same dedication and enthusiasm that he brings to his clients!

Was thinking about joining. Went in and looked around. Staff was friendly and the gym has pretty much everything you need. Only one problem with it....they have signs all over the place about masks but not a single person had one on. For my own safety and safety of others, gonna pass on the membership lol.....Update: Came to this location with my gf, her information was recorded. Had made up my mind after seeing the mask situation here......

Really nice new club with plenty of equipment. 3 power racks, including one with a nice deadlift area. Plenty of free weights, machines and treadmills. Everything you would possibly need. Eric, the owner, is a good communicator and always quick to reply to any questions you may have.

I came here while I was on vacation and was really impressed! The place was CLEAN and had plenty of equipment and space. They have all the stuff you need for a great workout. The staff was friendly and helpful (and funny). Good music on too. Would recommend!

Anytime Fitness in Cary is AWESOME! Brand new equipment that the staff and gym members make sure to take care of and clean thoroughly. Not an overly busy gym so it makes workouts convenient. Use to have planet fitness but the small price difference in gym memberships is well worth going to Anytime Fitness. Better equipment, better staff, better cleanliness, and better environment! When you go ask for Nick or Eric, they will both drop everything theyre doing to talk/help you (only staff members I have met so far Im sure they are all that friendly). Long story short Anytime Fitness in Cary is the best place to get a workout in!!!

Had an incredible workout in this very new, well managed and most of all virus conscious and clean facilities. It caters to all styles of fitness approaches and packs a lot of variety into its medium sized footprint. Eric was a real pleasure to speak to and just talk Fitness with. Favorite gym!The owner & staff and are super helpful and the equipment is updated + kept clean. It also offers a good variety of machines, and nice areas for aerobic exercise, cardio, and weight training so there’s something for everyone.It’s a really convenient location without the overwhelming feel of some larger gyms in the nearby area. Doesn’t have a pretentious vibe so easy for any level to come and feel comfortable working out.Highly recommend!

Anytime fitness at1207 Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary, NC 27511 deserves more than 5 stars. Location is excellent. Equipment and facilities are of high quality and kept in tip top shape. This gym provides a safe atmosphere for athletes of all levels and ages. For beginners to advance levels. The staff are well competent and knowledgeable and easily approachable. The staff makes the gym feel like you are at home.

Amazing Workout facility. Equipment is top notch and well placed. First class. Gives you great space for functional training and traditional weight lifting. I couldn’t be happier with it. For the money, I don’t think I could find a better place in the triangle to workout. The staff is knowledgeable and available.

I loved the space, equipments, music, enjoyed working out on my legs using equipment other branches didn’t have. Cable machine for chest was great to work with. Hospitable and friendly manager as well. Recommend everyone to start with $44 a month only, pretty great deal. I’m sure coaches are available upon your request.

Great place to go and put some work in. The owner (Eric) was a super nice guy, took us right in (with no membership), treated us just like family that had been coming there since day 1. I would highly recommend checking this gym out. I was in town for a job interview and will definitely look into making it my home gym if/when we relocate. One of the best Anytime Fitness gyms I have been to! They have every piece of equipment you would need for any kind of training for any level of working out. They also have a platform for Olympic lifts and deadlifts with Olympic plates for it as well, which is a great touch! The staff and owners are very friendly, always introducing themselves to everyone, great energy all around! I prefer this gym to the close by Fitness Connection any day because I used to belong there and could never get a full workout because there were so many people flooding every piece of equipment at all times. Give these guys a try, you won’t regret it!

Traveling for work and couldn’t have been happier to find this new location. Owner was extremely friendly and welcoming & the facility was great!! Super clean, lots of equipment & plenty of purple turf! If you’re in the area, you should definitely check it out.

My first workout here I first noticed how clean the gym was. All the equipment looks brand new. It has all the industry standard machines and weights that anyone would need. The agility ladders, battle ropes and power lifting racks are a bonus to all the other machines they have. You can tell the owners really care about this place. 5 stars

Love this location! My home gym is the Morrisville AF, but this location has many more upgrades making it worth the extra few minutes drive every so often. Met with the owner my first night there after watching him lead a fitness class and was very impressed. This location is pretty new, but definitely worth checking out! Clean, up-to-date, and great environment.

Love working out here! This gym is the CLEANEST gym in Cary. (The owner was here at 9pm on a Friday cleaning!) Everything is brand new and they have everything you’d need to get a great workout without the crowds. Thankful they came to Cary!

Slightly off the beaten path, this gem of a gym is a fantastic place to workout. When you walk in the door, you’ll be impressed with both the quality of the equipment and the spacious layout. This gym has everything that you need, regardless of your age, goals, or current state of fitness. I’m proud to be a member of this gym, and although it took me a bit of searching the area to find a place, it was definitely worth the weight (pun intended). State-of-the-art equipment, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, 24/7 access, and affordable, Anytime Fitness on Kildaire is definitely my recommendation for a gym in Cary.

The equipment is all clean and well taken care of. Management is super friendly and very personable. They have a lot of great equipment that some other places do not, like a butty builder! It is a great environment to workout in that has a comfortable feel!

Today is officially my first day back at it. This facility is not only the cleanest but the friendliest. Eric introduced himself, took time out to build some rapport and welcomed me as a new member. I recommend this location to anyone.

Great family owned business! Equipment is clean and well cared for. Fellow members are always kind, and recognize the need for space due to Covid. Hand sanitizer is always available, and there are signs posted to keep 6 ft apart. Highly recommend!

I visited this location as the guest of a member. We came early in the morning so it was almost empty. The equipment was organized well, the facility was well kept, and I was able to do everything I needed to.The manager arrived during the workout and was very welcoming.

This isn’t our home anytime fitness, but this is definitely one of our favorites. The space between equipment is great and it doesn’t feel crowded. Equipment is brand new and they have everything you need, plus a turf area. One of our favorite anytime fitness’ we have been to since starting our membership with anytime fitness a year ago, will definitely be back.

I love this place! I made the switch from the gym up the road and havent looked back. Much less crowded, much friendlier staff, clean, and they have all the equipment I need for pushing some weights or getting my cardio in. If your in the hunt for a gym check them out as the staff is knowledgeable and it has a great positive atmosphere.

Never have I been greeted by the owner of a gym when I walk in with such enthusiasm that I am there. I am treated like family. Eric and his team truly care about my well being and want to ensure that I am using the equipment safely so that I don’t hurt myself. They really care about me and it shows. We are from out of town and work out at this Anytime Fitness when we are visiting my parents. This is an awesome Anytime Fitness! It has all of the workout equipment you could ever want. It is clean and the staff are great! I really enjoyed visiting.

First time ever stepping into an AnyTime Fitness the facility is clean with updated equipment. The environment is friendly and welcoming with an atmosphere of positive vibes. The section that stands out the most is the purple turf, there’s various equipment and tools to help with stretching, functional and mobility work, which are what I needed the most. Highly recommend to those who need a gym access 24/7, which highly productive work schedules, to get away and get a workout in.

Travel a lot for work so, I stop into a lot of anytime fitness locations. This one was quite a delight everything was brand new and super smooth. Everything was clean as well and you can tell the owner takes pride in his location. Hope I get assigned up here soon so, I can utilize this location more!

This is a fantastic gym! It has a mix of everything for just about any kind of workout. Free Weights: Check, Treadmills: Check, Aerobic Area: Check, Awesomely Friendly Knowledgeable Staff: Check! All of the equipment is new, and gym is empirically clean.

The gym facility is very clean and well managed. While not a particularly large gym, the equipment that is there is excellent. Very convenient it being 24 hours, and there’s a 2 week membership that’s incredibly helpful for those visiting on break but still want to hit the gym consistently.

I’ve been to Anytime Fitness’s all over the country. California & North Carolina primarily. First off, the owner is super friendly and takes time out of his day to greet you when you walk in the door. All the equipment is new and in great working order, most gyms have 3-4 broken items at the best. Gym is sparkling clean and the trainers are pressure free. This is by far the best Anytime Fitness location in the RTP area and I’ve tried out 4. Come here and stop wasting your time.

I am very impressed with the location, cleanliness, staff professionalism, and the fact that they have the most updated top of the line strength equipment in the Triangle. They gym is also open 24 hours to meet the needs of all members, regardless of their work or family schedule. Anytime Fitness welcomes and meets the needs of all members, from those looking to improve their general health and fitness, to those of us who are athletes and compete in strength sports. There is even an olympic platform that can be used for members who train Deadlifts, Hang Cleans, and all the Olympic Lifts used in Olympic Weightlifting and athletic strength and conditioning. The owner, Eric Jones, is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about the members and works hard to meet their needs, which ensures customer satisfaction. I would recommend anyone to go in and talk to Eric and check it out. I think youll be impressed.

Clean, spacious, and convenient. Follows regulations and management is very cool.

New equipment; weight racks, weights, treadmills, stairclimbers, bands, foam rollers, stretching matts, etc... ALL NEW! Never had to wait for a weight (get it?), or machine. I recommend over more high volume clubs where there are too many people, so there is always a wait or you have skip an exercise and do something else. Also, everything is very clean and management is exceptionally friendly.

I was searching for a gym to go to while visiting Cary and this place popped up- brand new and had everything I needed- particularly squat racks! Everything was clean and they even have a hip thruster machine! There’s a good amount of cardio machines if that’s your thing and then there’s a space for CrossFit type workouts if That’s your thing. The best part was they were so flexible and allowed my husband and I to purchase a week pass and they gave us a key fob to use while there everything is very secure there. Nick and the owner Eric were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 will be back anytime I visit !

This is the most complete Anytime Fitness gym I’ve worked out in. It has equipment and space for virtually any type of program you’re on- Crossfit, cardio, functional fitness, machines, weightlifting. Most importantly to me this place is strength training/power lifting/ bodybuilding friendly. 3 separate power racks with a deadlift platform. Dumbbells that weigh north of 100lbs. This area is slightly segregated from the rest of the gym so rest easy cardio folks. Plenty of room. Very lucky to have this gym in Cary.
