This started off great and was the support I needed during a rough patch in my life. However, I started noticing that there was a communication issue with both my therapist and the practice. The first incident, my therapist texted me 5 mins before our appointment and cancelled because she forgot to tell me last week. The second and third time, she just simply no-showed for our virtual appointments. When I asked about it to both the therapist and the practice, they blamed each other. But yet never was there an actual explanation for what was going on or an apology. I reached out to the practice seeking assistance but always had to call back to check on the status of my situation. Finally, after having to get loud the owner called me back explaining that shes overwhelmed and has a hard time returning phone calls. It was heartfelt, however there are many things wrong with this entire experience. 1) No business should just no-show on appointments but a mental health practice? Big red flag. 2) No business should blame each other vs actually own up to the issue. It took a month for me to get an apology from the owner. I never received one from my actual therapist. 3) We are in a time where grace needs to be given. People make mistakes. But this is a clear case of lack of professionalism. Ive never had to write a bad review in my life, however mental health is extremely important to me. You dont just not show up for your clients when they are counting on you. If you are reading this, please do your homework and make sure you are finding a practice who will take it seriously and professionally. Unfortunately, this isnt the place.

Jen Taylor helped me to set up a plan, answered my questions when I had problems, guided me what to do for the next step. She is the 3rd metal health therapist that I have been seen. I only meet her twice, and I had already made a big progress. Highly recommend Jen Taylor.

After some counseling sessions with Patty Robertson, I realized she stopped reaching and following up on her next steps. I tried emailing and calling her, but she didnt respond. I asked her to close with what her conclusions were. She didnt follow. When I said I was disappointed she lied, accused and blamed me for everything in email. Very disappointed!

Had a good experiences so far with Reflections Counseling. I do not see eye to eye with the Therapist but that is ok. I am happy to learn new things that can help me deal with life. I would recommend trying this service.

Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional and lack of follow up with parents post session. Stay away and find someone more qualified. Had to email therapist several times, leave voicemails and messages with front desk. Nothing.
