I have been to Raleigh Family Solutions for a little over a year and a half. The atmosphere of this Therapy office is comforting and inviting, neat and tidy, which I love! My therapist, Erin Healy is one of a kind. I look at therapy like trying on a pair of shoes, sometimes you have to try on more than one pair before you find the perfect fit. I have found my perfect fit. Erin Healy has learned to speak my language. She is hands down one of the best therapists I have ever had. I am truly a lucky person to have found someone who not only speaks my language but can always meet me right where I am at, she has excellent intuition. She has truly found her calling.On another note during this pandemic this office has offered teletherapy and has given everyone the opportunity to still continue with Therapy. Which is so wonderful during such a difficult year.I also became aware that Erin Ballard was doing videos on the Facebook page during this past year during this pandemic. She held a session about meditation that helped me a lot during a very lonely time. I also listened in on the FB page to her Q&A about the different questions clients were having during this pandemic. I felt like not only has this office been a very safe space for me to unravel and work on myself it has been a great tool for me to find comfort in knowing that I am not alone in this world. I am thankful that Erin B. held these sessions where we could connect on the FB page.Thank you so much to Erin Healy for her continuous support during this journey in life. Ms. Ballard wasted the first half of our video call explaining her paperwork which could have been covered in an email. She was condescending & showed ZERO compassion. I was upset with the lies my husband was stating, and she nodded her head to everything he said! I found her RUDE! She’s NOT a good therapist. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have gone here on and off for a little over year. I would say I have to learn to cut people off even a therapist, Erin Ballard has treated me more as if we are friends or business coach instead of her being a therapist, which to me is a boundary issue. I would not recommend.

Erin is a very intelligent counselor and has really helped me understand the science behind habitual thinking. She has shown me actions I can take to re-program my brain! My sense of red flags and fight or flight mode has really mellowed out because I have had the proper explanations and tools I can use to work on it! My life as a whole has changed! Thanks Erin!
