Tom Irwin has refused to honor my warranty on my generator, and will not give me a part number so I can get it myself. Yelled and cussed at me, I explained that I depend on this to stay cool during the heat, had no compassion

HORRIBLE customer service, they shipped to wrong address then delivered broken and not so much as a sorry for the over month wait and by the way we dont have a replacement too bad for you attitude. 1 star only because they picked up the phone.

Reps are very professional and shipping is fast part for my Generator was very reasonable priced.The only over priced thing was the carb Gasket which was $7-$8 which I didnt get.hope I can save old Gasket.
