On 14 July 2021, I took my 2019 Toyota Highlander to Car Wash Lodge for a detail. I was in desperate need of a thorough wash, wax, etc, primarily due to a long road trip from Texas and some scratches. So, Charlie Lopez assisted me in every way! He not only gave me a fantastic deal, but he personally cleaned and detailed not only my car, but my car seat covers and my child’s safety seat. He made my vehicle look “ brand new”. I was so proud and moved by the courtesy, meticulous care, concern and professionalism he exemplified. Considering the prior condition of my vehicle, Charlie took his time and ensured I was completely satisfied with his work and he told me, “ If you see anything that I missed, please return the vehicle and I’ll fix what needs to be fixed. Second time I went to this business with my new car. First time no issues. Today I went again and was assured by the girl at the front who processed the transaction that my car wouldnt be scratched and they have a very professional staff. When I pulled my car in to start the wash the employee who was working the starting section didnt communicate clearly at all as my car pulled onto the track system. Immediately it was bumpy and the employee didnt seem to care at all about getting customers cars onto the track with care. His attention was elsewhere. It was also very bumpy as my car was leaving the car wash tracks at the end of the wash. I ended up having my new cars front bumper scratched 6 times due to negligence or lack of proper equipment/care. Im not happy.When I went back to file a claim the manager suggested I take my car through the wash again to see if I got more scratches on my front bumper. Did he want my car to get damaged again or prove a point? Either way I would not recommend this place at all and suggest looking elsewhere. I ended up paying to have damage done to my new car.

Good, but they more than doubled the price of the inside cleaning of my car.Im a disabled vet. Now I dont know what Im going to do. Oh yeah we are package member and just added a fourth car in our fleet. Great reward right. And for years Ive telling a lot of people about the great service and prices, at this car wash lodge. The team at The Car Wash Lodge were stellar today! My car needed an overall detailing. And there was a nice, black streak on the side of my car from my little boy’s bike handlebars. 🥴 Christian & Matt were thorough but quick with the service. They asked me to be sure everything met my expectations - & it did. They got the mark off the side of my car, did a great job, met my expectations & were kind & courteous. I’ll be back for my next service!

Cordero H. did an amazing job cleaning my vehicle. I had just recently returned from a road trip and my passenger commented on the condition of my car. It was a little embarrassing because I have a dog who sheds and rides with me quite often. It had been several months since my car was washed or vacummed. When he was done I could not believe it - I did not see a single fur baby hair. Thank you Cordero!

$60 car wash with an additional $20 tip. And, here’re some of the results. On of the guys was texting and talking on his cellphone throughout his “derail” work, clearly distracted & disinterested. Spoke with the manager on duty and told him, “these folks are accountable not only to the customer but also to you. Hold them to a higher standard, and they will meet that standard.”

This was my first time at the car wash lodge in Cary located by the Harris teeter. I purchased a $60 full service. I experienced the absolute best customer service and most genuine kind personality by a young lady named Tatum. She helped me through the whole process and the guys who did my car also did a awesome job! These employees deserve more credit working in this heat, and keeping a positive attitude.

I always visit this car wash when near as the customer service is always good and its nice to see a smiling face when you arrive. Today Darrell the wash loader took the time to scrub my dirty dirty and was extremely pleasant. Thank you for your kindness!

They did a great job cleaning the family SUV. I asked for extra vacuuming on the inside from having to haul kids around to sports events etc. They cleaned the inside & out like it was new again. The guys cleaning worked very hard plus the temperature was in the mid 90s + no shade. I made sure to leave a good tip in the tip box on the way out.

I have been going to Car Wash Lodge for a few years. I do feel like it is the right balance of time vs cost vs quality.Today, my mind was blown. Anthony B and Simmie did an impeccable job! My car looks brand new. We got a puppy a few months ago, and there is so much dog hair and dirt and snot marks on the windows...all gone now. I cant thank you enough. Expensive to get your car done inside and out but they do a very good job. I purchased the BUCK monthly plan but didnt realize that it doesnt include any inside work. Had to pay an extra $12 to have the inside done. They do have vacuums so you can do it yourself.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Conveniently located and reasonably priced. The detailers missed vacuuming under the drivers seat, but got on it and I was on my way.

Just purchased a package about two weeks ago, transferring from my former car wash location. Very efficient and clean, and closer to my home. Well, it so happened that the vacuum system was not being cooperative, but these young men had my car looking showroom fine!!! And they did it with much cheerfulness - using individual vacuums, there was not a spot in or on my vehicle. I highly recommend this business. Also, I never hesitate to greet these young people because they put their all in their work.

Their basic wash was well worth the cost. You can do more with the vacuum and cloths. Just pick a cool day or plan to be sun baked.

Some of the rollers/beaters did not make contact with the car during the wash and the person who was at the entrance of the wash tunnel did not apply the prewash evenly around the exterior of the car. The result was a wash that would have cost half as much if done with a couple of towels at a self serve car wash. When I mentioned that the rollers did not engage with the vehicle, I was told that a lightning strike (yes, a lightning strike) had damaged some of the rollers motors and they are waiting for repairs. And that if I wanted to, I could drive thru again. I wish I had been told they where having mechanical issues BEFORE I went into the tunnel and that I was provided other options for a better cleaning aside from offering to go back thru a ineffective wash tunnel. The $24 spent could be put to better use elsewhere.

They detailed a car I am trying to sell. It looks beautiful as I was interested in the details of how it shows. Door openings looked great, wax job was excellent and they even offered a loaner car, if needed!! Well worth the price.

I moved to the Cary area two years ago and decided to stay local to have my car detailed, which I have done every year and a half. I was already a satisfied monthly member of this car wash. I had my 2017 Buick Regal detailed, inside and outside) at the Car Wash Lodge in Cary on Crescent Commons Drive by Charlie Lopez. I was very impressed with the professionalism of setting up the appointment with dialog as to what I wanted done. I must say this is the very best Detail Work that I have ever had done. I did not find one spot that they missed. I was given a loaner to drive while they were working on my car and my car was ready when they said it would be done. Normally, I would give these guys a 5-star rating... in the past, they have been stellar and love their multuple level of services, including basic detailing, even on the inside.We purposely have prioritized this place for car washesa and basic detailing, even though its a 20-minute drive for us.However, last night my husband went to get his car done at 6:40pm (they close at 7), and wanted the Fox service, which is the lowest level that includes interior cleaning. The guy refused him because it was so close to closing. They could have easily done the job by 7, but instead turned him away. So, he went back over there this morning - wanting to get it done before rain this afternoon and before a 10:45am commitment we have today - and they told him it would be at least a 45-minute wait until theyd even be able to get to him!Needless to say, hes given up on them doing the detailing work (which is great.. when theyll actually do it for you), because hes now blown more than an hour of his time just in going back and forth to try and get it done, so hes going to do the outside wash and do the interior himself. So they lose our money for that service (which is a bit more than the wash).If a business is going to offer a service with CONDITIONS attached, it would be nice to have them clearly outlined... even if you have to make an appointment.Otherwise, great set-up.

Impressive! I usually wash my own car, but decided to try an automated car wash. I was amazed at how well they cleaned everything inside and out. Cost around $21 for unlimited washes for 30 days. If I need the inside cleaned they only charge $5. You cant beat the price. I am a picky car owner and I trust these guys with my ride. Thanks for doing a great job!

Unimpressed. I still had pollen on my vehicle $40 later. To make matters worse, as a first time customer, upon entry, a tall white man with a clipboard was in the drive up and BARELY parted his mouth to speak when I said good morning. This set the tone of the visit. He was not busy and nothing else had his attention. Customer service is everything when people shop local nowadays. The inside of my car was fairly better than beforehand but the point was to get the pollen dust off my car and I still saw it in the sunlight. I wont be back.

JOEL WAS AMAZING! I took my car in for a basic exterior/interior clean recently and Joel truly went the extra mile on my car! I had driven through a construction site and had white paint all over the front of my car. I thought it was hopeless, but Joel put some extra work in, and got it all off! He was so kind and professional, I will definitely be going back again!!

Great deal on the monthly pass and their detail packages are great! Pleased with how thoroughly they clean the car with the Boar package. And if you have a monthly pass they give a discount on some of the other services! We’ve moved but still drive to this car wash as it’s superior to others in the area.

We paid for the most expensive wash. There was a long wait. We had to go through the carwash twice because it didnt get our vehicle clean. We skipped the hand dry because it took so long.

I got the Lion Package that was $80 for the exterior and interior clean with the hand wax. Overall satisfied however they did not clean the wheel wells very well, cleaner was left on the tires which developed a white color on the tires, and the frame of the trunk was not cleaned of leaves and other material. To be fair, my trunk was full so I did not expect them to take everything out but the frame was still available if they had opened the trunk. In addition, I vacuumed the vehicle beforehand to help out and there was still some hair and sand left after the cleaning. Customer service was awesome.

I received a gift card for this place so I went to try them out before I used the card, which had a decent amount on it. I got just a simple wash but in the end it was no better than if I had just hosed down the vehicle with water. Especially since nothing actually got cleaned but just wet. Dont expect to get much of anything here. I tried their other location in Morrisville and it was no better. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to have your car cleaned.

Called and asked about there prices on interior cleaning, because the inside of my vehicle was long overdue for a clean. Booked me last minute and i was definitely shocked by how great my vehicle came out. I have a golden retriever who tends to shed lots of his hair and once it touches my rugs in the inside of my car, its practically impossible to vacuum it out. After getting it detailed, the inside of my car looks brand new and i am so happy that i brought it here. You guys are awesome. Wish i could have gotten the name of the guy that cleaned my vehicle. Hes the one that does the premium interior cleaning.

WOW! I cannot write enough positive words about the service I received yesterday from Josue and Kris. They were OUTSTANDING!!! My little Honda was filthy......super dirty. They worked incredibly hard to clean it and now it sparkles!! They even used a special stone to remove black dog hair (on grey fabric) from where my dog sits on the back floor. I brought my car in towards the end of the day when Im sure people are worn out and ready to go home, but you would never know that by how hard they worked. I felt as important as a Ferrari owner :) Please take great care of Josue and Chris (HINT: holiday bonus) like they did my car. They so deserve it. They reflect extremely well on your business and will be the reason I return. Thank you so much guys. You probably couldnt see the smile behind my mask......but it was there!!! :) :)

I explicitly asked what to get to try to get rid of most of the bugs on my windshield and front grill. I was told any of them would work. When I left, the only thing the car wash had done is remove some of the general road dirt, and not even all of that. Rims still grimy. Most of the bugs are still there. Go somewhere else.

I got an exterior wash yesterday. I even purchased the higher package. The car wash did not clean the outside of my car well. It left “tiger stripes” all over the car where the brushes didn’t make contact with the car. It also left soap all over the car. I took pictures in the parking lot. I had to hand wash my car at home. Not worth the $20.

I took my car here to get a simple outside and inside cleaning done because I was told by friends that it was good quality. I came back after they had finished my car to find my interior all dusty and practically uncleaned. There were brand new scratches along my radio and it looked as if they just left it there for 30 minutes and didn’t actually clean the thing. I’m disappointed I spent $30 just for my car to barely be cleaned and to have some new and very noticeable scratches. Terrible quality. Will never go back again.

I gave it one star because you can not give it a zero star. I paid $80 for a hand wax - car wash and it was the worst car wash I have ever had. The kids they had working spent more time talking than cleaning my truck. The rims, bumper as well as the truck were left filthy. Go to any place but here!!!!!

I had never been here before, but after this experience I wont be back. I was charged $30 to drive my car through the exterior car wash. When I finished with that, I encountered chaos outside where the cars were being finished off and cleaned inside. There was no organization for how the job would be completed, and after 10 minutes of waiting I had no choice but to leave since it was apparent no one would be able to get to me for a long time. Getting your car washed shouldnt be such an ordeal--if the wait times to complete a basic exterior wash and interior vacuum are unreasonable, then you should be informed up front or the car wash should begin taking appointments. It cost me $30 to drive away with a car that was still dirty.

I came here for a $30 inside and outside wash. The interior was fairly clean, but the windows were left extremely streaky to the point I had to fix it at home. I wasn’t expecting the cleanest car ever, but I think that basic window cleaning should leave it stream free. I was also very disappointed with the lack of COVID-19 protocols. I had two people in my car with the masks under their nose and mouth. I get that it might get hot outside, but there are folks who wear it 12 hours straight with no break. I probably will never come back just because of the lack of concern with COVID-19 most of all.

Was so impressed and satisfied with the work Treston and Pavan did to my car a couple weeks ago! I loved it. Made my car look and smell brand new. Will definitely be returning and requesting these two to clean my car again. Thanks for doing such a good job!

I brought in 2 cars in the last 2 weeks. Both cars had the wheels cleaned poorly, the top of the spoke is clean but the bottoms are still dirty, and clearly were not touched. Ive been using The Car Wash Lodge since they opened. My car always looks fantastic when I leave. Their equipment is first rate and as a result not only is the car clean, but there has not been any degradation to its finish. More importantly they manage to hire and retain really great people. Theyre friendly and care about the result they deliver. They work hard and easily earn 5 stars. By the way, the monthly service turns out to be a great value.

I really dislike leaving a poor review, because everyone here seems awesome and hard working, but the tunnel wash left sticky residue and marks all over my car. Fortunately they seem able to be removed with a cleaner wax I have in my garage, but having to clean my entire car by hand after paying for a car wash just bugs me. I’m sure their detailing is great, but steer clear of the tunnel.

Pulled in from Florida after driving 10 hours. Car was covered with the normal road dust. Pulled in and decided on the $17 treatment. Was to be towel dried.Because of the trip the car was too packed to have the interior service.After the wash and semi towel service drove straight to the house. When I opened the trunk to unpack the entire back of the car was still dirty from the trip. I even tipped the fellow $5. Just terrible real a terrible job. Especially being a white BMW. No excuse for this.My bad!!!

When I first moved here I had a great experience. I took my daughters Toyota Camry and my car got stuck at the entrance to the start of the car wash. Apparently they need to fix something but the owner will not listen as I was told by an employee. Not cool, since we held up the line and the wash had to be turned off. We finally made it through. Then I went inside since we got the Fox wash and waited. I realized I purchased the wrong one and should’ve purchased the Wolf wash. They wouldn’t let me add it on. Then I look at my car and they could’ve cleaned the wheels better. For 25.00 I expect cleaner!!!!

I waited for a while but the service by Trey and Tristyn was awesome. I love the whole sanitizer inside before they begin. My truck was cleaned from the front to the back and I only got The Wolf. Great Service

Ive been a regular customer of The Cary Wash for several years. Both my wife and I have our vehicles washed on a regular basis using their monthly prepaid programs. Early on they offered great service, the staff were friendly and efficient and the quality of the wash was always good. Then a lot of people left the Car Wash and the replacements left something to be desired.They were slow, smoke breaks were more important than the customer, and the quality and friendliness was gone too. I complained to management and imagine other regular customers did too and brought my concerns to them. Apparently they listened because Ive seen a big positive change. A lot of new faces, very friendly, talk with the customer yet efficient. They do a quality job for the price and are usually fast in moving the vehicles through. Ive been very satisfied for the past few months.

The wash is very efficient and very fast. Everyone is very nice and professional. I got the $55 wash. My only complaints is I am very particular about using a non greasy armor all and I asked them and they said it wasnt greasy at all, but it was. Also my wheel wells werent cleaned. I guess that isnt included in the $55? I didnt read the entire description so that may be my fault. On a truck it is pretty bad if you dont clean the wheel wells. All in all it is a great value.

I got the lion $75. I saw some residue on the exterior and had to ask them to clean. The floors looked clean so I left. As I was driving, I saw some missed spots and chip crumbs. It was clear they did not vacuum and condition my back seats and the sides of my front seats. I drove back and had them vacuum my seats and trunk. I asked them to blow out my car seat originally (they have done this in the past for me) but they did not even take the car seats out even though I unhooked them. They explained that they do not touch carseats. I was satisfied with the explanation and thought it was a just misunderstanding. After I got home, I noticed white streaks of sunblock on the side and back of my headrest and dust in the middle console vent. They clearly did not wipe them down. I never had to do a detailed inspection in the past. Service really has good down as it was mentioned in other reviews. I had to spend an extra 10 mins cleaning and conditioning my interior. I will probably come back for exterior cleaning only.

I brought my absolutely filthy SUV in today. I had taken it on a camping trip a couple of weeks ago and also had just gotten rid of an ant infestation. I paid for the $75 Lion cleaning knowing that there was a lot of work to do to clean out the camping filth and all of the pesticide spray. The work that was done was fantastic. Trey and Chase really cleaned and polished it up nice. My car looked practically brand new. I dont know whether certain personnel can be requested but I will certainly try the next time I go there to get my car washed.

Brought my Car in for some interior detailing after a messy trip. Carl & Chase did an awesome job inside and out. Carl was super polite and was able to insure I was taken care of.A little on the pricey side but the job is well done so I think its worth the money.

I’ve given this place a try 3 or 4 times over the past 6 months and the attendants are always unprofessional. They have little to no supervision and are usually talking with one another instead of working hard for tips. Although this is very close to my house, I will not be coming back.

Decided to get my headlights restored at the Cary Wash Lodge during a special. It worked on one car, but the other we couldn’t get the lights to bright up because the impurities were on the inside. They washed my car and put their best foot forward. Great car wash otherwise.

Okay at best, unfortunately. My line of work is cleaning rental cars, which is comparable to what youd expect from a car wash. Quick, efficient service. I paid $35+ for an exterior and interior quick detail and the interior job left much more to be desired. Dust was left untouched, the cupholders were sticky, etc.

Great place for a quick wash or a detailed car interiors. Really good and courteous staff. Also, I like that they provide cleaning towels along with the free vacuum.The only downside is that their free vacuum is not that powerful. So occasionally I visit other car wash when I need stronger vacuum.

I just went to the Car Wash Lodge, I will be back! I bought the $75 lion package where they washed, waxed, and cleaned the inside of my car. Travis did a fantastic job at cleaning my car. My car was gross, I have toddlers, there were Cheerios and granola bars and stickers all over my car. Somehow Travis manage to clean all of that out of my car and made the inside of my car look like the day I bought it and the outside of my car looked spectacular as well. That was by far worth the $75 that I paid for it. Thank you so much!

Very thorough brushing and cleaning of my car by the young lady at the start of the car wash. I would say the most thorough job done since I’ve been coming here.

I went to this business yesterday for a full service car wash. I selected the $25 option. I was then told I had to pay a mandatory Covid sanitation fee of $5.36. I told the attendant I did not think that was fair and could he waive the fee. He said no, the owner said it was mandatory for full service car washes. I have been to other car washes in the area and have not paid a mandatory Covid sanitation fee. While this mandatory add-on fee may not be illegal, it is definitely not good consumer public policy during a pandemic. I could not locate any information on their web site about this mandatory “sanitation fee”. I filed a complaint with the NC SOSs Consumer Protection Office.

I am giving a 5 star rating, even though my first real visit didnt go as expected.I wasnt overly enthusiastic about the cleaning that was done for the $35 price. However, I simply called and spoke to someone and was invited back to make things right. I have since been back and was extremely happy with the service, the experience and the price. I am now a happy member of the car wash monthly plan. Thanks so much

FANTASTIC experience today! My little Civic never felt so loved. Because my car isnt super fancy nor is my budget, I generally purchase the least expensive interior clean service. At other places, I have left with dirty door jambs, debris in the trunk and just a so so job. I truly thought thats all I could afford. I would then bring my car home and finish what wasnt complete. Well, it turns out life does get better for your car.....just go to this place :) They spent A LOT of time performing the Fox service today. They even ran it through the washer twice and let me know they were doing it because they didnt think they got everything the first time....how nice is that!!! I got into the car and the door jambs sparkled....yay!! What a wonderful deal for just $25. I am a true customer who rarely writes reviews, but had to commend this local business. They really care about their customers & cars......and I left there feeling great. Wish I could have left a $100 tip (they so deserved it), but I left much more than I usually do. Thank you so much guys. This customer will definitely be returning :)

I have relied on keeping my car looking great since the Car Wash Lodge opened! I live only a 1.5 miles away and I always shop at Harris Teeter for all my groceries! I recommend this business to all my friends!

Mr. Carl Young is wonderful! I came during my lunch hour last week, and it was very crowded. I didnt have time to stay, so he said he would be able to provide me with excellent service, if I came back by after work. I got there after work, and they did an awesome job, provided me with coupons, and great customer service. Also, Adriene did a great job assisting me during my lunch hour with the refund that had to take place. Will be back!

They left my car looking brand new inside and out. It was about $30 for the service I got, but well worth it!

Brought my *very messy * minivan in to be detailed. Carl, Evander and Mark did an excellent job! The even vacuumed out my kids car seats and car seat cupboard. I greatly appreciate their hard work! Price is reasonable V and waiting room is quite comfortable.

Best car wash spot in The Triangle. They fake care of their equipment and treat customers very well. I’ve had everything from the $5 quick was (with free self vacuum) to the headlight restoration. All great experiences. They have good deals weekly and a good waiting room with snacks and a bathroom if you get a longer Services . I am picky about car washes knowing some never clean their brushes or fix broken jets.

The car wash lodge is the only place I go to get my truck cleaned. I’ve been working out of town, so my service was long overdue! Rashid & Howard could not have performed any better, they had quite a task ahead of them, and they were flawless in their performance. They also were very engaging while cleaning my vehicle.Anyone in the vicinity, should stop by and have your vehicle shine by professionals.
