Never again! Bad place to go to. I paid for a service inside and out and i left with my car still dirty. definitely not coming back.

Had interior detailing done on my car. Cant be happier with the excellent work they did. All dog hair gone. I recommend this place and will come back for other services such as regular car wash.

I always buy my gas here. I find them friendly, fast and efficient. I always get in and out quickly.

I got inside/outside cleaning with tire gloss. The outside of my car was still dirty, which I understand because if the auto-wash doesnt clean it, then it just doesnt get cleaned. Windows were still dirty and streaked. They left off the tire gloss. I had to go back to have it done....and they still missed half the tire.

Horrible service. Very rude staff. (based on the varied reviews I dont know what they base giving good vs bad service on. Status?) They treat you like youre beneath them. They did a HORRIBLE job on my car. It was STILL DIRTY after they finished. When I asked for cash back to leave a tip, the cashier gave me the money from the register and literally turned her back and leaned against the counter before the transaction was even complete. The rest of the staff stood there with menacing looks like they just hated me for no reason. It was so UNCOMFORTABLE!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Great service for an old fashioned car wash.

I got into the lane to place my order. Not knowing exactly where to stop, I stopped my car 15 ft away from a desk with a computer. There was a young woman leaning against the desk. She looked at me, smiled but did not move an inch. I assumed she was a customer waiting. I waited for 10 minutes, me in the car the woman leaning against the desk. I finally drove up to her and asked if there was an attendant. She said she was the attendant. When I asked her why did she not come to my car, she told me that I hadn’t stopped at the right place. No apology or anything. Rude and unprofessional.

I payed 21$ for a basic exterior/interior car wash, my car was barely vacuumed, dust and stains everywhereWhen I mentioned, one of the workers there offered to do it again.. but who has time to waist?Will not be going back, that’s for sure.

Dont ever go here for detailing, i gave my car for interior detailing which costed me around $125, I felt like I could have done a better cleaning on my own. First they did not show me the vehicle before asking for payment, I had to ask to show the cleaning work. When I checked the vehicle it was a totally unprofessional job . The underneath of the front seats were not even vacumed and I could see dried leaves underneath, the door sides were untouched, my kid had left some cellophane tapes on windows which were not even removed . When I showed them all these they gave me lame excuse that it was cleaned by a new person and they did not check it . One positive aspect is that they cleaned the outside of vehicle very well which I did not expect .Total waste of money and time .

The car wasn’t washed to my liking. It turned out that there was tree pitch (?) on the roof that I didn’t see and they didn’t point out. We had a disagreement about what to do.In the end the manager did the right thing and rewashed the car. Cleaned the roof. I’m very happy with the response.😊😎😷

Took the car for a wash and inside vacuum. The crew did not vacuum the cup holders and nooks and crannies on the door panels. The doors were not cleaned inside the frame where dirty water came up from the outside. Not worth going there except for an outside wash.

I dont typically write Google Reviews, but I thought Bennie and his team deserved some recognition so here we go.Originally this car wash was out of impulse this morning when I saw how much dirt, water spots, and other grime had built up on the body, wheels, trim, and interior. I was a little bit hesitant about going to Bunkeys instead of doing it myself because its an older car and there was recent manual transmission work.I get to the entrance of the wash and the salesman there was very friendly and patient. One thing I would like to touch on though is that social distancing was not maintained well at the wash entrance. Of course, I know that it can be difficult to communicate through masks.I watch the car as the salesman at the entrance sprays what I think is a bug prep on the windshield, hood, headlights, bumper, and even the wheels. He pressure washed it off carefully and I was very surprised to see him pay attention to the wheels. A lot of people forget the wheels. If your bumper isnt quite as strong as it used to be, your car is wide, or low to the ground the rail on the undercarriage detailer mop may leave scratches. It did not leave any visible scratches on my car, but it did seem a bit rough on the bumper.I pay and the female cashier is quiet, but nice and polite. Decent price for a quality wash.After paying, I exit the building and sit on a bench while the car is finished passing through the wash. An associate moves to the car with a sense of urgency and tries to start and move it. No dice! Granted it is an older car and its a manual. Another associate runs over to try and help and Bennie, the supervisor, tells them that hell take care of it. He knows its very special to me.Bennie gently drives the car to the bay and as soon as he gets out his team IMMEDIATELY gets to work on it. Hand drying and vacuuming everywhere with clean towels really stood out to me. There are some spots that just cant get cleaned with a hand towel and spray (thats a job for a clay bar at a later time), but it looks a lot better than it did prior to the wash. I was surprised that they did notice that they did not open the trunk to get water and dirt out of the jams and seals. I asked if they could touch up that spot and they gladly did it.While my car did not have any existing odors, the new car air freshener spray was uncomfortably strong and did not smell like a new car. When I got home, I took out the rubber floor mats to be cleaned thoroughly and I put a box fan in the car with the windows down to air it out.Overall, it was a good 4 star experience. Bennies crew seems to enjoy their jobs greatly as they were smiling and high fiving each other as I drove away. Bennie seems to be an understanding and caring boss and even helped them out to get me back in my car fast. I did notice the floor mats and pedals were very slick. I was wearing tennis shoes. I slipped a couple times on the way back, but the pedals are dry now. I would make sure the pedals are dry before you drive off as it can be dangerous to drive around like that.Its always good to know that you are supporting a local business who has a great team and boss who work great, pay attention to detail, and have fun! Bunkeys on High House Rd, you will see me again soon.

I had a wonderful experience today that I’ve never before had at a car wash! Hadn’t been washed since my grandkids car seats went in!!I had an interior care detailing! Super detailing was done and they even found a gold necklace that had fallen in the driver’s seat!! Don’t know how I lost it, but since they found that, what more could I ask for??!!??!! Everything was awesome!!

Just visited today paid $30 for cleaning whole car including floor cleaning, but at the end couldnt believe they didnt even vacuum, left paper napkins, coffee and chocolate Marks all over the seat and cup holder, also they claimed to clean rim on wheels but it was so dirty that I had to turn around and go back. But they refused to even acknowledge that mistakes were done. Please dont visit and waste your money if you are cleaning car from inside.

Just visit yesterday paid $30 for cleaning the whole car including flood cleaning but at the end they did a good job on the outside. But inside they guys did a poor job. The inside windows wasn’t clean they did a poor job vacuum the back second and third row. Very disappointed don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Just came back from a snowy weekend in the mountains. The car was covered in road salt spray. Thank you Bunkeys for taking care of my car, now all clean and shiny, inside and out.

Bunch of kids cleaning up the car. I thought it was self driven tunnel auto wash but wasn’t the case. I was pushed to take Full service and later learned that it doesn’t include Wheels. $19 for just one wash, not worthy at all.

The Manager and team produced fast, friendly and great service! When they finished with my car, you would have thought they were advertising and marketing for the Chrysler dealership! My 2017 Chrysler 200, shined like a well polished black onyx. Bunkeys team put TLC into what they were doing. Representing their business with pride and skill, like it were their own vehicle. Paid $35 for a wash as I had little pieces of tar on the side of my jeep from road construction all over the triangle. They said they would get it off. They didnt and said I needed a detail. Theyre always in a hurry and I had to remind them of my 4 mats that I paid to get cleaned. Maybe just a off day for the employees however not a way to run a business.

I am not sure these other reviewers have gone to the same place I go to. I have been going to Bunkeys once a week for over a year and a half and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The fellows that wash my car are very detail oriented and the staff is courteous, which is why I continue to go here. I am now in Raleigh, and drive the extra distance to come to this Bunkeys specifically! I have been very pleased with the service I have received here and the way in which my car has been washed, inside and out. Keep up the great job!

Originally they missed the front of my car - still had bug guts all over it, spots on windows still, and not dry on passenger window. Not a terrible job but could be better. Manager was very courteous and helpful when I asked to touch up spots.

Bunkeys at Stone Creek is a fine operation. Shannon really knows what he is doing, and has a fine staff. Highly recommend.

The $4 wash with fuel purchase is a great deal

Damaged the side view mirror of my car. Their manager, Bennie Sowell wanted me to put super glue on my Mercedes side view mirror. He was very rude, the quality of wash was poor, rims were not properly cleaned. Bennie would share their insurance or owners contact info. Please be aware that this place can damage your property either in their old car wash system or employee.

ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. HORRIBLE JOB. came in for the first time to get my car washed by your company today September 21, 2014 and I decided to go with the diamond wash. The guy that checked me in said it would take 30 minutes, however my car was ready in 15 minutes. I get inside my car and it was not cleaned properly. I had to come home and clean my dash boards and the inside of my car because no one cleaned it right. My carpet was still dirty, still had grass strips on them. They clearly did not take each carpet out to vacuum them. My windows were still dirty and had water stains.I am extremely disappointed to have paid $36 and I could have done a much better job. How can it be acceptable for anyone to pay that much for a car wash and get less than expected. I most certainly will not be returning.

The manager was extremely helpful and did a great job making sure that my car was cleaned to my level of satisfaction. He worked shoulder to shoulder with his staff overseeing every detail.

The last three times I have been to this location I have had poor service out of the cleaning guys. Its been so bad I had to ask to borrow the vacuum and vacuum it myself before I left. I am not a complainer or a unrealistic person. But when you forget to vacuum the passenger seats, floors and forget the Armor All even when I paid for it additionally I start to question things. The postive side is the manager is nice as he can be and he always comes out to fix the issue the best he can.

I used the BP fuel this time. They offer a variety of washes, including a ✋ wax

Friendly staff, did a good job vacuuming and drying my car. Even took special care to tape my rear windshield wiper down. You can also get a discount on gas with every wash!

Horrible car wash. Not worth the money. Over charge and under deliver. I paid for full service package for exterior and interior. They didn’t even wipe the mud off the doors on the interior. Because the inside of the door is not part of the interior. They were so rude to me when I asked why the inside of the door had not been wiped. Never going back again. Neither should anyone else.

I got a full service done here (express wash, dusting, vacuum, and window clean) and as much as I want to give it 4 stars, a missed window, and parts of the dash not dusted means I can only give it 3 stars. Its certainly better than some of the other reviewers are giving it credit for, but not greatly better. Id get it done again but only on Tuesday (SUVs are cheaper)

Place has gone down hill. Ive had to ask them to touch certain spots multiple times as they didnt do it themselves. Also there were feet marks on INSIDE my door, and they told me they dont wipe them... its interior!!! Used to take them 4-5 minutes and got quality job. Now its 1.5 - 2 minutes and I dont feel I get my monies worth. Last time I pay $26 to these people.

Got the Diamond service, windows still dirty, missed spots in the cup holders, still trash in the door. Trash under the drivers seat. If I would have known this the kind of work they do, I would have done it myself and it would have been done right.

The worst quality compared to other car washes I used before. Not thorough, promised to vacuum the trunk and did not do it. I had to clean interior again by myself. Instead of providing air freshener that can be removed, they sprayed weird smelling liquid. So I was stuck with the smell for some time.

Didn’t clean the dashboard, missed a back window with dog nose marks, didn’t wipe the door panels. Paid $26 + tip and got a dust buster job instead.....

I filled my tank, paying at the pump, before pulling around to the car wash. While I was filling my tank, I emptied the trash out of my car so I wasnt really paying attention to how much I pumped and I never get a receipt since I just end up throwing them away. I pulled around and the gentleman who took my car was very helpful. When I went in to pay and wait, the man behind the counter tried to charge me $20 for gas. I told him I had paid at the pump and was here to pay for my car wash. He refused to back down, demanded to see a receipt and was becoming very belligerent. He was leaning over the counter at me and was EXTREMELY intimidating. Fortunately, the 2nd man behind the counter asked me if I had the card Id used. I produced it and man #2 recommended man #1 look it up in the computer to check my story. The charge was there so he couldnt demand the $20 any more but then he started yelling at me for not coming in to pay since I could have saved 15 cents/gallon. He was berating me because Its posted right there on the pump! I didnt notice it, I honestly didnt even notice the price of the gas, again, busy with the trash thing. Man #2 said something about man #1 having lost some money from a pump. I didnt listen as it certainly wasnt my fault. I walked away and sat down to wait for my car. I looked up and saw it was being dried so I sat back down. A few minutes later, I looked up again and noticed it had been moved into a parking spot. I asked man #2 if my car was done to which he replied, Yeah. They honked the horn when they were finished. No one had told me to listen for a horn. Every other place Ive ever had my car washed, the people come tell me when its done. I muttered something under my breath about not being told to listen for a horn while I was thinking to myself, are we trained animals?!?! But I really just wanted to get out of there at that point. I got in and drove 1.5 miles home. When I got out, I noticed several spots still on my car. I can say STILL because they were the spots Id noticed BEFORE getting my car washed which was the impetus for me getting it done to begin with! I wiped them off but theres no way the people who had hand dried my car could have missed them. They were very obvious. I am giving them 2 stars only because of the gentleman with whom I initially interacted. He was very good. Too bad everything else about this interaction was so terrible. I will never go back, even for gas.

Went online to look at hours and pricing for the Kildaire/Cary pkwy store. It said they were open on Saturday and since it was raining, I thought today would be a good time to buy their $100 interior detail. When I got there they were closed but there were two guys working with the rollup doors open. I asked them why they were closed. One of them told me it was because they didnt do too much business in weather like this and that the $100 detail required an appointment. Their web site does not say they are closed when its raining nor does it say to make an appointment for any items. Not how I would run my business.

My boss paid for all of our cars to have the diamond service and my car legit had trash strewn around in the back like nobody even opened the back of my car. The outside was clean but obviously you guys just phone this in and move a few things around in the car to make it look like you cleaned. Way to just steal money from your customers. Never coming back here again and well be sure to let our friends and family in the area know this Bunkys is a total rip off. Very disappointed.

Great service time after time!

Ive been to this Bunkeys quite a few times. Both with my Rogue and my brand new Acura. I was nervous about bringing in the Acura because there is a weird process to follow for putting it in neutral, but they followed the instructions and everything was fine. I typically dont get the pricier (you get what you pay for) of the carwashes because to me, a carwash is a carwash, and cars dont stay clean long anyways, but I dont have any real complaints!! A little more attention could be payed to vacuuming under the mats, but everything else is just fine! Ill continue to use this Bunkeys for as long as I live here!

They damaged my car. I asked the manager to come out and he was actually rude about it and blew me off. He said it was my fault and he refused to do anything about it. Dont expect a clean car, expect a damaged one.

Everytime I come here for car wash they never clean inside, I pay $30 for car wash and they just wipe the water off and then vacuum but wont wipe my dash board and door panel.

Left the dashboard extremely dirty. Ask about cleaning the leather seats, and told me that it was going to cost $60. I just got the poor $14.95 wash job instead.
