Wasnt happy with their service. Brought car in for diagnosis. 8:15 appt. Didnt even call until 3:00pm to let me know. Disable my brake lights so couldnt drive vehicle. Had to order part. Took 5 days to fix. Had to rent a vehicle for that long only for a few hours to fix. Part was a day late and they fix the problem in a few hours. Service person Christian was the only person that seemed to be helpful. Certainty not the service manager Dory she is not a customer service person at all. Had to call the corporate number to get some answers. They seem to do more up sales than try and fix the problem that you came there for. I like Kias products, but this experience may change my mind. Will not be going back to the Cary location for service or sales.
Needed warranty work done and needed it done on a weekend. They were able to accommodate our schedule and get the work done on time.
