The 4 star is for agent services and their organized office, prompt attention and response. I did not have any claim experience so I can not comment on that. However I find state farms insurance quotes a bit high

You want to stay away from this state farm agent, they shared my PHI to another state farm agent (different state), the agent from FL state keep calling and left the voicemail multiple times. I reported them to the state farm headquarter, then Sally called me, try to sweet talk me.Then when I tried to cancel my auto policy, they purposely added another day, so they can rip you off. It is not about the money, its about the courtesy of doing business.I will give ZERO stars if I can.

Have had State Farm for over 13 years, and have been with Sally Cox State Farm the whole time. Once I got married I added life insurance, and personal property insurance to my coverage and they walked me through the process from start to finish and were really helpful. Recently my wife and I purchased a home and worked with April from their office and she was super helpful and friendly. She provided the necessary quotes, and gave us constant feedback throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

I have life,auto, and rental through Sally. She and her son Nathan have been extremely helpful in ensuring that we got the best price and appropriate coverage spending lots of time with us. Sally has been with my family as an insurance agent for 30+ years now without a complaint

April Faircloth with Sally Cox State Farm Insurance is a wonderful agent to work with. She is kind, patient and quick to respond and help however she is needed. I went years without an agent and wish I had Sally Cox and her team years ago.

My wife and I have been State Farm customers for more than thirty years. Weve been with Sally Cox most of that time. We have both home and auto insurance with them.Sure weve had issues (such as their computer systems assuming my wife was at fault after she was hit by an driver who provided false insurance information). The police noted the other driver caused the accident. We were not happy with the fiasco.But thats the difference that a personal relationship with the insurance agent can make. Sally Cox went to bat for us and got things corrected. She also worked with us to be certain that our coverage is what we wanted and needed. The result was a SUBSTANTIAL drop in the cost of our premiums.We highly recommend State Farm and Sally Cox and her staff.

Have been a Sally Cox customer for a hand-full of years and have always felt as though the team had my best interests at heart. I am now looking to take my insurance business elsewhere. I have clearly just become another number to the team and Im sure Sally is completely unaware of just how bad the service has become.

Reliable insurance agent that always takes care of my request

I was a loyal State Farm customer for 13 years. After how I was treated by Patty who works in Sally Coxs office, I am happy to say that I have switched to Progressive. I was never with State Farm because it was the cheapest (its not); I stayed with State Farm for so long because of the great customer service that I had gotten in the past.I was called a bad driver and Patty insinuated that I was lying about my driving record (Ive been stopped three times ever!). Long story short: State Farm raised my rates by over $30 per month because I made a claim when my car was hit (while legally parked).STATE FARM: You have lost my business because you chose to employ a rude office worker, I was told that I was not allowed to speak with my agent (THANKS FOR NOTHING, SALLY COX), and you raised my rates after 13 years of coverage for making a claim. You guys are worthless.

Had insurance from this place for 1 year... 2 years later they keep filing that my insurance has lapsed when I have insurance with another company...soo if your reading this and thinking of buying... think hard.. do you really want to have to go to the dmv 3+ times if you switch off them.
