Highly recommend! This facility is clean, bright, and professional. My therapist was great and took care of all of my concerns. The front desk receptionist cared about my needs and offered me a membership so I could come in for more relief. Definitely will be coming back!
The front desk person was fine. Stephen--the therapist was professional and knowledgeable--He did a fantastic job. However, I received a chemical burn from the face cradle. After the appointment, my face was red and burning and the area below my right eyebrow swelled up. It turns out that there should have been a cover over the face cradle, but there wasnt. After a couple of phone calls to the manager, she told me they use Lucas-cide to disinfect their equipment.The district manager was then supposed to get in touch with me, but it took several emails, texts, and phone calls over 3 weeks before she would speak with me. They told me they would refund that session, but would not reimburse me for the 13 sessions I paid for in advance with my membership. She told me they do not use Lucas-cide and that they always put a cover over their equipment. Therefore, they are not liable for what happened to me.The lack of customer service in this situation is appalling to me. I implore everyone to think twice before receiving services at a place that obviously cares much more about money than basic human decency.
When paying in full for a one year membership, we were given four $50 gift cards to use for services. They failed to explain that the cards had expiration dates on these cards. They were only valid for three months and we’re not able to use them, even by upgrading to 90 minute massages. They gave no other option but these gift cards when paying in full. They did not apologize for the lack of communication and completely voided my gift cards.
I saw Mariah for a facial. She was gentle but effective. I loved my facial. Ot was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Thank you for a relaxing time Mariah!
I had a scheduled appointment for a facial at 10am this morning. This appointment was verified with a text yesterday. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was at 11 not 10, so I showed the person at the desk my text verification with 10am on the text! I couldn’t do 11 but could I do 2 - no I don’t think so. Very annoying and I made this appointment a month ago how does it suddenly change from 10 to 11 when my verification text came YESTERDAY?!?
1st massage ever with Leslie. Medium pressure, 60 minutes. Leslie was wonderful! Very attentive, good conversation, great massage. I loved it!
The service was great but good luck cancelling without a massive hassle. You cant just call to cancel at the end of your contract. Why does it need to be this hard?

This isnt my primary location but I come here more to get my massages from Leslie who is really understanding of me and my speech impediment. Someone like her is hard to find so I am so glad I found someone who understands my disability (high functioning ASD). Please keep Leslie on the team and tell her that she does a great job. Hope to come here once every 2 months for massages.
For being a part of a large massage organization, this location does a great job. The front desk team is all very friendly, quick to greet, and communicates professionally (even on the phone). The massage rooms are comfortable and clean and the heated beds work. Jeff listened well and got to work getting out some major knots that give me migraines. Its day two and I still feel the relief and no migraines! Im not sore either, even though I expected to be. Jeff was very courteous, clear, and focused. Every employee smiled and the whole place is kept up with well.
Had a good first time experience. The front desk associate was very friendly and transparent. The MT was effective at helping relieve my knots and back pain. I never had a massage before this and Im definitely open to getting another one done (:
I scheduled a 90 minute massage and got there right on time, ready to go. I was not informed either on the website or through any other means that I would need to get there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get a tutorial on the massage.Because of this they suggested just doing an hour long massage. Even though I wanted as long a massage as possible, I agreed since I did not want to pay extra for less of a massage because of their oversight in not informing me I needed to be there early.Well, even an hour long massage was not an hour. After only 50 minutes the masseuse got up and left the room, and I came out asking why she had stopped early. They said that, even though online it says 60 minutes, and even though they had been calling it an hour long massage the whole time that I was there, that it was actually only 50 minutes!! The only reason I got a massage here is because it says online that it was a full either 90 or 60 minute massage, when all of the other website said they only lasted 50 or 120 minutes!Why would they advertise 60 or 90 minutes when they are only 50 or 120 minutes?! This also meant that there wouldnt have been a reason for me to be there early since the extra 10 minutes was actually for the paperwork and explanation on the massage.After this I politely asked to speak to the manager, who ended up being as rude as possible and said that the website says it is only 50 minutes. I pulled up the website on my phone and showed him that nowhere on the site did it say 50 minutes, and nowhere did it say there was a 10 minute paperwork/explanation period, nor did it say anything about getting there early. He scoffed at me for even mentioning the oversight and suggesting that they update their policies to conform with the website.I asked for a discount and he became even more rude and tried to tell me it was my fault for not getting there early. Again I showed him that nothing on the website nor in the confirmation email said anything about getting there early, and pointed out that according to him the massage was only 50 minutes anyways. He grudgingly gave me a 5% discount in an extremely sour and unprofessional manner. I pointed out that I only received 5/6 of a massage so I was only going to pay 5/6 of the advertised price, which he reluctantly and finally agreed to after 10 minutes of arguing. Talk about customer service!After all of this, the massage was terrible! Never going to massage envy again!

I have had 3 different massage therapists here and each one was fantastic. Stafgus nice, facility is clean. Excellent all around.
Signed a contract, was unable to receive services due to a medical reason, canceled membership, now Cary Kildaire Massage Envy refuses to reimburse me for the services I didn’t utilize and could not provide a reason other than “that’s not how contracts work.” This is how reviews work. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT sign a contract with them. I wouldn’t even recommend to go here for a non-contract service.
Don’t bother. Making an appointment was an ordeal in itself and when I finally arrived, I didn’t even have an appointment because the app malfunctioned? Staff greeted me like I didn’t belong because I guess they weren’t expecting me, but a “Hi, how can we help you?” is probably better than the *what are you doing here?!* deer in headlights greeting :-)They apologized and offered to re-book me.
I always find their service to be top notch. In the last 4 years, I have ALWAYS had a great experience here! Three members of my family all go to the same massage therapist because we love her so much!
Spend your money elsewhere. The therapists are all probably just as good as mine was but then they charge you twice for the same thing and never have a manger available to correct the situation. The front desk staff are all either absolute idiots and havent a clue or they are simply lying about how things work. I will now go somewhere with better service and semi educated staff.
This location has poor customer service, but my experience with the therapist was good. I had a couples massage and the therapists were friendly and made us feel comfortable. I left feeling better and they were knowledgeable. I called back and left a voicemail to set another appointment and two business days later.. still no call. I called and explained this to them and they never even apologized and now they have no availability. I find this lack of caring unprofessional.

Great location and they always seem to have a massage slot open when I need one. The only improvement I can think of is the addition of one of their massage chairs in the tranquility room.
I am one of the founder members of this establishment and hence had the privilege of being locked into that initial promotional pricing model. However late in 2016 the owners decided to increase everyones monthly prices including my wife and I. Its the same owner whose people were taught to sell memberships by saying prices will never change. But now that same owner refuses to keep their promise even after I brought this issue to their attention.
The massage therapists are excellent but the front desk person named Holly has been rude to myself and other customers. Dealing with such an unpleasant person after a relaxing massage cancels out the experience. If not for the therapists, I would not go back to this location.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH Paying a membership. It is a hoax and the front desk people use double talk to convince you it is a great deal to be had, whereas, youre most likely paying more and for nothing!

Terrible. TerribleThese people who are massaging you are right out of school. Immediately knew this wasnt going to be relaxing. First she had me flipping over many times not evenly massaging the body parts. May massage one arm but not the other. Maybe one foot but not the other. Giving another chance second time ask for full body deep tissue and because I told him I had a soreness in my shoulder her rubbed that shoulder for 50 mins of the massage. He askd hows that? I said what about the rest of my body? He barely stroked each leg. Most of the time with no lotion or oil. He had on a TV shirt flip flops with un manicured feet and snorted like he could hardly get through the RUB, not a massage.. wanted to cancel future massage, but wouldnt let you because you sign a contract. Only way to get out of it is to cancel entire card on file or they will continue to charge you wether you come or not. Ill try another location if I dont cancel card.

Ive been to this location at least four times and always requested a two hour prenatal and received that. Tonight 3/2/17 at 7:20 pm I called to schedule another and the receptionist was VERY rude and condescending saying their prenatal therapists dont offer that. She kept cutting me off and wouldnt even try to schedule anything!!!! I hung up on her and refuse to EVER go back! This location needs to hire people who are professional and friendly, this is why youre losing business. I am taking my business to the apex location instead, they had no problem scheduling what I requested and were very friendly.
My sister last year bought me two Messages at there special gift price $55.00the first one I used at tbe reduced price. They try to get you to join them at a yearly fee then a reduce price monthly at $65.00 dollars instead of $95.00. I declined the offer when I went in to use the second gift card they said I owed an additional $ 40.00 to make up the difference in the $95.00 price. I felt I was ripped of.
