Very Proffesional and even gave their heater to my family while they installed the furnace . I paid about $2350 for a 80kBTU due to no credit while Four Seasons charged me something like 5,700 for an unnecessary 80BTU with a warranty no where in comparison to Magic Hvac 10year. His install team was excellent as well -- really friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough and meticulous about the installation. We are very happy and the furnaces is quiet and super  price!
