If you come here at 8 am or wait in line before they even open you will be fine but after that it gets too crowded it will take them hours to get you loaded . been here 50+ times .. and make sure your paperwork has carrier name on it and that all charges are taken care of, to avoid even longer wait times..

Its FCFS facility its better you there early morning otherwise there are long lines i was lucky went there @8am & lady took 40mins for paperwork but luckily get loaded in 30mins

I have been contacting these people over 3 weeks to get my trailer to its proper place and no one seems to help now i am getting charged for storage fees and they are very rude they hang up in your face and everything

Wish I could avoid this place. Simple drop n hook takes forever. You wait at the window for a long time even though theyre sitting right in front of you.

Literally the WORST customer service, just stay away from these people. I wish I didnt have to talk with them, they are useless. I assume my vendor used them simply based on cost and now I am stuck with them.

Wont be bad if the people know all the information and they dont have to make a phonecall at the window, and hold up the line. After checking in got loaded in a hour.

Your items can be stolen, they can hold the items with taking initiative. You can not connect with anyone to solve the problems. Be very careful with the company and if it is possible, go and work with another company.

This place is not bad. There are several companies in here & that includes NACA! When you go in to check in, make sure you bring all your paperwork in & that also includes DL, Registration & Insurance.

I wish I can give them a zero star. A terrible place to go. They make truckers wait forever. A simple pickup will take 2 hours plus. Very hard to find truckers to go there if you have ocean LCL shipments.

Total lack of communication. No customer service. Took my freight longer to get from NJ to Charleston, SC than the entire ocean trip from China. Advised my company in China to find another U.S. forwarder ASAP.

This place is very slow when you check-in wait time is two hours the easiest way to check in at this place take a copy of your registration of your truck and a copy of your license and delivery manifest send it to your dispatcher or broker. Have them email it to them with a cover page from the Company you work for or the Broker you are picking from. Because they cannot read it at the window when you hand it to them.

Poor communication, phone systems dont work. Seems like they have a problem paying their phone bills.

There kool make sure you have all proper documentation to pick up your loads. Cause they are very serious about discharging loads. Or else they wont release anything !!!

We need to edit our D/O and BOL just for their Baltimore IT warehouse, while theyre fine to use for CFS like Vanguard itself or STG. Whenever we have an IT shipment to Baltimore we will not co-load with Vanguard.

Terribly slow, 2 hours to check in. 1 hour in line with 3 people in front of me. 1 hour to tell me the broker didn’t pay storage, which I was here yesterday and didn’t tell me about this at all, just really slow, waisting two days here now, for 1 pallet, problem after problem, stay away!!!

Terrible! No information, not helpful. Do not use! Had a delivery they handled asked multiple times for delivery dates with no useful information. Even the day of I ask and they said, They are waiting to hear back from their trucking company. Then of course while I am out a truck tries to deliver. Terrible experience, unorganized. No clue what they are doing.

So slow impossible. Please guys bring all the paperwork. Especially your paperwork pikcup and a letter release with your name on it mentioning that you are the driver authorized. If you dont have that they Will put you on hold. Or you can brin anything related with your company you work for such as insurance or job id
