They never even bother calling you back. You give them your personal information because you need a job buy they never give you a simple call to confirm you are in their list. Im done with them.

So far so good, I dont get all the negative reviews concerning the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff... The girl I spoke with was courteous, helpful, and got my application done fast. I went Thurs. at opening,(9:00 A) I was one of only two who filled out apps, two or three were doing something else, but it seemed that all got their needs met.(?) I am happy with my experience so far, and would recommend Horizon to anyone needing help finding a job.🚀

Horrible service, workers are extremely rude. I’ve never felt someone discriminate against me because of my race until now. I really can’t believe this like people shouldn’t be like this it’s 2020

Good. These girls get me jobs fast every time I disappear and come back needing more. Other agencies take at least a day or a week. I thank God for these helpful beautiful angels

First time trying an agency and horrible experience I was calling them over and over finally got a job and she told me the wrong hours but I worked three days till I got a call to interview for this other job that I got on my own then when I went to pick up my check they didn’t pay me the three days only one and then the girl said they will investacated and look at the cameras but nothing yet... no call back and when I do call oh Gabie is not available... it’s all BS never again will I go to an agency and will not recommend them...

Why do you have a job posting that has different applying times than actual applying times? There was no specification about when applications are not being accepted which ultimatley resulted in the deniance of my application. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. Why try to go through an agency that cannot get time and attendance correct? Customer service is horrible as well. I contacted a supervisor and she was very rude about the whole situation in regards to correct times. I had even asked her why the times she gave me were not in accordance with the job posting via ZipRecuiter. Horrible agency. Will never go back and try to re apply.

No call backs, No professionalism, and defitnetly no jobs. Ive been on the so called waiting list and have always been promised jobs but its always last minute when everything suddenly dissapears. Joke of an agency!
