I have worked specifically with the staff of this branch and was thrilled by the amount of attention that they gave to everything I was saying. I felt like they valued my time and the importance of what needed to happen.Each person was courteous and pleasant to interact with. They answered all my questions and were super involved in our meeting.10/10 would work with again.

I was homeless for 4 months. Slept in front of building, slept in fields, and by shopping centers. If it wasnt for people ready Carrollton, life wouldve been even harder. Having been working with People Ready for over 10 years this should be a testimony in itself. However I feel compelled to express my particular fondess with regards to the Carrollton branch. My experience with people ready branch 1195 has been a blessing to me, the staff that they have are so professional. Joanna, Mary, Fenix, an Calley. Those 4 Ladys are wonderful, an they always in the mode of helping people fine work. So I will always recommend anybody who looking for work, apply for peopleready, branch 1195 in carrollton tx. AVOID THIS PEOPLE READY AT ALL COST.NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.I can see why they always have security there because they don’t conduct themselves as a business.as you can see they are now located in Addison and the website says Carrollton.hell they sent me to their “Carrollton branch” that no longer existed for a job one time because they didn’t set the address up right.said they would pay me 2 hrs for the inconvenience and I was never paid.Also wasn’t notified that a ticket I had to work the convention center was first come first serve.the convention center is downtown.there’s no telling how many people could’ve just been waiting downtown because of the opportunity to work.then the lady got an attitude because I said hey gave me a ticket that wasn’t a sure job.All in all if you go to people ready in north Texas skip the “Carrollton” aka Addison one.

Mary JoAnne and Phoenix are incompetent to say the least. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a payment. All they can say is we’re trying to contact such and such. Please get people that want to do their job. We do ours and expect payment just like you. Dumb broads.

Ive completed several jobs through the job stack app and Ive worked with this Carrollton branch and others. Ive had zero issues regarding work, payment, or communication between me and the company. Handle your business as promised and they will take care of you.

Labor Ready is awesome!! Direct deposit daily, staff that is friendly and laughing. Fred is a great manager. Casual atmosphere and mostly clean, cool jobs $9 an hour and up. Branches in every state. They set the standard in the daily staffing industry.

Mary has to be the most dedicated employee Ive every met. I almost didnt apply but her inspiring and motivating vibe changed my mind. I made it all the way to the car and came back in. I had cash that day and a ticket for the next day. I can control my hours and I can always reach out to Mary for any help. If it wasnt for these ladies I was going to move for work. My kids have been so upset but knowing I can control my hours. I can see my pay or hours and select the jobs I want is awesome. Thanks ladies

The people here are very unprofessional and unorganized. Anyone looking to seek work I would highly recommend going to the Dallas or Plano branches instead of this one. The ladies are rude and tend to be unpleasant. They answer the phone like they hate their job. Please don’t waste your time here people the other branches are a lot more professional than this dump.

Quick and easy way to make cash. Must be prepared to do dirty work, such as lifting, digging, General Labor, Construction Clean up, Car Auctions etc. Good if you enjoy manual labor.Come and see; Shelby, Melondy, Veronica and my self (Susie) are here to put you to WORK!

Have to agree with D Jones on this branch they slack in payment. If you worked the assignment they should pay but instead they act as though that assignment didnt come off their jobstack site. Chasing your money after youve worked for the company is not respecting your employees. Why arent yall paying daily assignments on the day of which was worked. Then to come up with they have 24 hrs to pay u since when did this occur day pay means the pay should be sent the day I worked not begging for it. And then told to wait or hung up or talked over until your point to is no longer valid and then they like to take access to jobstack away when your begging for your own worked monies. Im reaching out to the better business bureau Im tired

Fred and Susie always seem to have an assignment ready for me when I arrive unlike other offices Ive went through for tickets. No appearant FAVOURITISM unlike OTHER branches that Ill leave nameless. Now the Mesquite office is good but Blanca and Jennifer can only do so much with only TWO hands.

I’ve always had consistent assignments with this office. Never been without work with the Carrollton office.

Love it. The new staff is always super eager to help unite workers with employers, and very helpful and courteous. Barbara is there in the PM and extremely fast at getting workers paid at days end and Susie always has great assignments for anyone thats ready!

They are ok for the most part but my one complaint is that I lost my pay card and the lady wanted me to drive.to fort worth to get a new one because thats where the assignment was out of despite the carrollton office is the office I typically worked out of. They dont pay much at all. Most jobs are between 8-10 an hour. There are better jobs out there with different staffing agencies with more pay.

This is rhe worst location ive ever worked for. They dont pay you on time and dont care about when or what you need to do financially. My kids missed a meal fuxking with these folks and im done with them all the way around. The only person i respect there is crystal and i thank you for trying.

I have dealt with four branches in this company and honestly Carrollton has the best staff around. Everyone has been great that I have spoke to or done jobs for here. However, Mary Delecruz is a Gem. She was needing me to update my TABC and Food Handler Card for a 3 day job I was about to do...I got halfway through and my computer was acting crazy which was making it impossible to finish. I called Mary and she saved my life when suppose to be going home. She took time to be my computer. LolShe asked me the questions and I gave her the answers allowing me to finally finish getting up.She could have just not answered and gone home or not helped from her end. That was so awesome of her. Since then she still is always there to help.Not many around like that today. I am greatful.Carrollton changed my PeopleReady experience for the better. Thanks again to all of you.

Horrible!!! I dont see how this place is still operating!! Fred(Manager), has an attitude almost any time you talk to him. I give 1 star because Suzzy is an awesome person, however this is definitely not a place of profession.

Labor Readys positions have always been terrible. I think they also get government grants to stay in operation because I dont see how they can survive off of one or two contracts only. Contracts that may need five people apiece making minimum wage. Its easy to see they dont care about pulling more business.

Its a long way to travel early in the morning, with the expectation to go to work, time to get there is at 6 a.m.

Very unprofessional. The women who work here are very rude and they have really bad attitudes. Most importantly, they constantly try to pay me below the advertised amount of compensation. Very terrible place of business, I suggest another office.
