Absolutely terrible company. Unprofessional, slow, nonresponsive, and rude. Allows other coworkers to mistreat the coworkers who are on time and work hard. Supports laziness and unprofessionalism. Continues to take interviews with new people while they have people waiting for jobs. Hangs up on people when they are addressing problems. Treats people like they are worthless and unimportant. They also make money off you and scream in your face that they are your boss when they are a temp agency. You are sent to different job site where you work under many different bosses. They do not communicate with these other companies or bosses well and will take out issues on you if things get mixed up or confused between the bosses and the co workers. I do not reccomend going to this business if you are looking for a reliable, professional, and organized place to work. I also would not go here if you dont enjoy being talked down on and mistreated when you try to address mistreatment/issues in the workplace. They allow harassment/discrimination in the workplace!!!!

Chelsea and the staff were great with me. After a little confusion with the assignment, (mostly on the Clients end), things started moving rather quickly. They even called me to get my hours, because of the holiday week, payroll was going in early, that was AWESOME, I had my check promptly. I had no issues with a drug test and or taking it, this is standard practices now-a-days. I personally had a great experience.

I came in to Express Employment two years ago looking for employment, I was amazed at how personable everyone was. I was offered a position working internally as a staffing consultant. It has been the best career decision I ever made! All of our consultants have been other the other side and know what it is like looking for employment. We love what we do and helping others.

I will say that the people are nice. They don’t let you know that you basically waiting to be placed. I’ve been to different staffing agencies where they play you right after you’re done with the initial process. But this place said call me Monday and when I did I was sent a message to my phone asking if I could takeThis job and I responded that I could and then I didn’t hear anything back. And then I sent the lady a email and she said it’s already been taken but they will keep me posted. And I had just received the message Turn my phone so I don’t understand how someone got the job just like that if it was just sent to my messages. And it still keeps happening where they send you messages to your phone to let you know about a job and then you text back that you can do it and then you don’t hear anything back from them. I think it’s just a waste of time.

The very next day, Tuesday, I received a phone call from Ms. Moody, informing me that she had located full-time employment for me, beginning the following morning. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to looking for a job, they act 5 star when they are barely even the tip of one star. I went in for an “interview“ which is basically them updating your job history and personal information which could have been done over the phone instead of me getting all dressed up, then the lady says she’ll put all my info in the computer and call me in two days.. which never happened, so if you don’t have the necessary skills that they are looking for at the moment then they will lie to your face and tell you you don’t have any skills at all and that’s what I was just told on the phone.

Giving the place 2-2.5 stars for the very friendly staff otherwise I can not recommend them to anyone unless you are looking for low-paying industrial warehouse work. In other words if you need a job in anything else but warehouse, industrial I would highly advise you to go to another temp agency or location that is A LOT more busy where you can find other types of jobs besides low-paying skill specific labor. The agency is very small, cramped, and not very modern looking at all. It is a business casual environment which makes you comfortable upon walking into the business. Do not bother to wear professional attire to your interview at all if you go there. I saw people interviewing in street clothes. You fill out lots of paperwork and get an odd questionnaire or test to fill out that is not a good assessment of any type of skill set. I have little to no hope of getting a job from them, hoping to go to other agencies and just continue to look for a job before my money runs out and I have to become a burden onto the tax payer as I have no other means to live! Sad that you have to jump through yet 1000s of hoops these days to even find a job! Im not surprised so many have given up even looking for work these days. Something has to break somewhere as many people still want a hand up and not a hand out!

He has tried ti tall to her and can never get her he has called today with no answer at all. Thos company is BS and I will be letting people know not to use them.

Responded to an advertisement for a .Graphic Designer/ Web Developer which appeared to be in-house. I arrived for my “interview” with my portfolio only to be told the “client wasn’t ready to hire, but I should stay for their job fair. I stood outside in the rain, along with 5 other people for 15 minutes only tocome back inside to sign my name to a piece of paper. That was it.They lead me along for a few weeks saying they had a developer job I was a good match for before I came back in for an interview only to get the same line as before. Nothing about this agency is “professional”

I have never taken a drug test for a job, they test you when you walk in for appointment, was told not to flush toilet so I figured not to pee in toilet but only cup, then I was told i had no temp. And no pee in toilet so failed, wow
