I just received a call from credit central about someone elses business with them. When I tried to explain that we just had a death in our family, in OUR HOME, the lady rudely interrupted me to say THATS FINE but I still need him to call me. I will be sure to relay the message. To say the lack of respect credit central has for the deceased and the family of the deceased is upsetting and appalling is an understatement.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! They lie and try to cheat you out of your money. Horrible business practices and rude customer service. They deserve to go out of business.
If you want to have People call your family and friends on a routine basis to humiliate you, this is the Company for you! Heres an Example: On the day your Payment is due, they try to call and Remind you. If you are, I dont know, WORKING when they call, and cant answer, BAM! They call one of your References, like you are some kind of Crackhead that skipped Town. Heres another Example: Your Payment is due on a Monday, and you need to pay on Thursday when you get paid. So, you Call and tell them, and they say, Sure, we will make a note of that. The next day, BAM! They call your Reference like youre some Crackhead who skipped Town! It almost seems like they WANT to humiliate you. Years of being a Good Customer seems to mean nothing to them. Believe me, I complained several times, because Humiliating me in front of my Family and Friends makes me Angry. They dont care. Some of the people who work there seem nice enough, and I apologize for this negative Review for their sake, because it probably isnt their fault. But these are not the Practices of a Company that cares about their Customers. Paying them off was a huge Relief for me. I will never do Business with them again. I suggest you dont either.
Bad Customer Service, Said they would call me back in 30 minutes, never heard from them again. I am okay with being denied but at least treat me as a human and call and tell me I have been denied!
Took 6Hrs to call me back?? Nobody in the office unless you have perfect Credit!!!
Unfortunately, my husband and I have had a terrible time financially over the past few years and I havent been able to find a job. Though Ive requested not to be contacted since my husband is in control of when bills get payed, i get back to back phone calls every month and have even been called a liar by a staff member. I barely answer my phone because of this and have shut my voice-mail off too. Sad when you cant work through these issues before they get to this point. I do wish I could just make the payment on time for us every month but since were juggling bills to just get by, I cannot make those decisions. How I wish this were different because I hand suffered much stress, arguments with my husband and been embarrassed by the conversations with them and with them and my own husband. Ill NEVER have any business with this company again. Sorry, but the truth is still truth.
I filed my taxes with this guys never again..i am going to pay them there money and never look back
