15 years doing business here. Done! Your new dude the young kid. Yeah he cant even look up and say Ill be with you shortly. The manager here had always been great maybe its changed management. All I need was simple quick grab. 15 minutes standing around while he is perplexed with some customer. I get that but damn dude you could have acknowledged a person at least. Or better yet tried to multi task. I guess amazon will be my go to its almost as fast as with this guy.

Very helpful staff that takes the time to walk through your situation, even when the store is busy. Wish they had more employees, but they make due with what they have.

Always helpful when I visit

I have been using this location since I moved to Carrollton 9 years ago. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Was in today with my Polaris pool cleaner and the Assistant manager Josh was extremely helpful in helping me get it working again. I will continue to come to this location because of the staff.

I purchased 160 dollars worth of chemicals. I went to Leslies thinking they could help me. Feeling like I just been robbed, I tried to return the chemicals 20 minutes later. I was told they will not return the chemicals because I could have contaminated them in the ride we took across Carrollton. The manager said it is their policy because if contaminated, the returned chemicals could blow up the store. Online it says they have a 14 day return policy. Hmmmm.....

I have been buying my spa chemicals and equipment at the Carrollton location on Josey Ln for 17 yrs. I purchased a defective skimmer net that did not even last 30 days. I just asked for an exchange and the manager declined, saying he has a 2 week return policy. I would not recommend a place that would not even do an exchange on a defective product. Not going back again and will notify their corporate office

Helpful staff. Gave me advice that caused me not to buy a $200 dollar replacement part that I did not need that they could have sold me and made a profit on... Very helpful. Prices on chemicals are typical chain prices but are in line with other suppliers. Hours are reasonable but sometimes a bit short in the evenings. Check to make sure on closing times. Sometimes busy on weekends getting water checks which are free. Nice to have it nearby.

Bought chlorine tabs from this store, sales associate failed to mention that the tabs are not edible, i am in the ER with my 14 year old because he ate them.
