James was on time and professional. He was ordered in on a warranty call and after hearing my issues and diagnosis said i did not need to waste my money on having him come out to review. He was kind enough to come out anyway, and agreed with my observations and did not charge me. He then referred me to another company for the issues I was having. Great service! Thanks James!
