Brian and his team have repaired several of my small engine yard tools, including my pressure washer, lawn mower, and mosquito mister. They also tuned up my old John Deere lawnmower, put fresh blades on, and got her running in top shape. Each time they performed work, the pricing was very fair and the job was done well. They carry the entire Stihl line as well as other top brands such as eXmark. I would recommend them to anyone who needs lawn equipment repair or is looking to get something new (they take trade-ins!). Thanks for providing great service, Lake Carroll Lawn Equipment!
Only place I’ve ever, and will ever, go for work in my STIHL equipment. Brian, Brad, and team do a top notch job. Alway polite, kind, and do the best they can to help you even during the super busy spring and early summer season! Thanks LCLE!
Great place and a real nice church in the same plaza.
Very good service love my mower
Very helpful! Theres always a difference when dealing with a locally owned small business.
Great people to work with!
Terrible service. I have used Brian since he first opened and his business gets bigger and bigger and worse and worse. Took the mower 2 weeks ago and they said 2 weeks. Now, 1 to 2 more weeks. Had maybe 30 mowers and guy only works 3 days a week. He does not have enough help for the business he has. I am very disappointed in him and not a satisfied customer. Brian is back and service is better. Had quick service the last time I took my blower in.
Two weeks ago I took my 20 year old chainsaw to trade in on a new Stihl. Mr. Tim took time from his lunch to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and concerns. After about 20 minutes of pros and cons of the different models I selected the MS261. Tim gave me a great deal, very satisfied. Great saw, already made 100 cuts without a problem.I recommend this business as I’ve always had a positive experience with each visit.
Great place to get parts for my Ex mark
Ever time I go into this store, everyone in here is very helpful and nice. Very professional folks and they go out of their way to help me with any questions I have regarding equipment and what products would work best for my yard. Love this place and these guys. Highly recommended.
These folks have earned my business. I have enjoyed doing all my Exmark business with these friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. They always seem to have all the correct parts when needed. They always offer advice that best suits my needs rather than push to sell a product that benefits their profits. I appreciate their business approach.
I went to lake Carroll lawn equipment to look at a new zero turn mower. I had been to other places near by and no other dealer took time to talk to me or to discuss my options. So I was going right by lake Carroll and stopped In the owner Brian was finishing up with a previous customer and when they got done he came over and asked me what could he help me with. I was looking at a commerical mower on the beginning side for residential use not intending to buy that day but with his knowledge and respect we started talking business and we worked out a great deal and he had it delivered to me for no additional cost. They care about there customers and they do all they can to make you a happy and returning customer. I give Brian and his lake Carroll lawn mower shop a 5+.Ill go to them for all my outdoor equipment needs and I recommend you do the same.
No problems, I shop there probably 50 times.
I took my chainsaw to them and it was repaired the very next day! Love this place! Very professional and courteous. Lake Carroll Lawn Equipment will get all of my small engine repair/parts business! ☆☆☆☆☆
They could care less about you or your needs. But thats not the impression they give. They are always polite. And always make you feel good while youre there. But once you leave, outta site outta mind. After waiting 2 weeks for something I was told would be 1.5 weeks I called. Owner Brian put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on and said were pushing it in now. Drove there 3 days later. It was still outside. Gonna start dealing with Peeks in Palmetto again. I only spent around $2000 at Lake Carroll and only cause it was closer to whitesburg. Peeks can have my money again. Lake Carroll sure doesnt want it.
They received my business, because it was the only repair shop I knew at the time. I called on a Tuesday to check on pricing and availability of parts etc. The call went well and the store manager seemed to be a good guy. The next day (Wednesday or Thursday) I took in the mower to have it serviced. All they needed to do was change the spark plug, sharpen the blade, and put a new belt on. I had already changed the filter on it and provided them with a brand new Honda belt. They promised it would be done by the following Tuesday. Instead of explaining that it was busy season and that the repair could take a while. They decided to keep pushing back the date on multiple occasions. After I gave them a hard deadline, I received poor quality work to get my mower out the door. My blade was not correctly sharpened. The new belt I supplied was not installed. They even tried to hide it out of sight when I picked up the mower. They left the old one on there. - Edited from 3 years ago
Prompt service, friendly and fairly priced.
This place is horrible !! They do not pay attention to their customers!! My husband went into their store on Saturday April 21, 2018 10:00 a.m. to purchase a weed eater. They didnt acknowledge him at all !! He looked around while noticing people coming in the door getting help. He then left the store. He went to another dealer and spent $300.00. I called the store to tell them they lost a sell and they said sorry and hung up on me. They were not worried about it guess they dont need to sell anything .....
Ty went out of the way to exchange a part for me. He didn’t have to do and I would have understood. Very pleasant experience.
Fast and friendly and always seem to have what I am looking for. They keep my business going especially today. Thanks Guys
I had my craftsman lawn mower sent to Carrollton Lawn equipment because my lawnmower was not moving and it kept throwing belts and chewing them up, they kept it for a week, charged me 250 for a few belts and a battery and said that was what was wrong with it. I had it home less than an hour and it threw a belt. I called them to get it repaired. I called them up the next day believing it was going to be repaired. They say they could not get to it and maybe middle of the next week. They could get to it. I will never recommend them nor use them again.
I hate to leave negative reviews, but when a business doesnt respect my time, I feel I should. I called on a Tuesday to see if they could repair my mower deck, and if they offered pickups. They said yes and scheduled a pickup for the next day, saying they would call before they came. After not hearing anything through the day, I called the store and was told the delivery driver had to go to Atlanta and couldnt come on that day, would it be alright to come the next day, on Thursday. This was a little annoying, because they should have called and let me know that. But mistakes happen, so I said that would be fine. But of course Thursday came and went with no pickup, and no call. I had to adjust my time and my days because I was expecting them to come. If you say you are coming, then either call if you cant make it or come and get it.All I wanted to do was give someone money to fix my mower, and they apparently didnt want it.
For a place that specializes in lawnmower repair, you would think they could at least sell the correct parts. Purchased a spindle, wrong pulley size. Took it back, given the wrong pulley size agian. Thing is, we brought the whole spindle assembly with pulley, all they had to do is match it up. Looking back, I should have noticed it myself. But I dont own a lawnmower repair shop. I will not use them agian.Used them one before to adjust the carb on a chainsaw, did not fix correctly, had to pull choke out 1/4 inch to keep running.
Ive been there a few times there ok but lacking in information who ever answers the phone cant tell you if you need one belt or two Ive worked on lawnmowers for 20 years now it costs you more to get your lawnmower fixed than your car I just try to help the older people out its not always about Money
Took a husqvarna push mower to them. The only thing that needed done was the carburetor needed to be cleaned. After a month they finally had it ready. The mower ran for twice and then I continued to have issues. If I knew it was going to take that long and not get the proper work done, I would have went elsewhere. Not worth the time nor money for such poor service.
Excellent service on all lawn equipment . Friendly staff .
Very very good make sure they get your parts very polite
They have fixed several of my chainsaws. Always fast and friendly.
Great service Brian
Overall unsatisfied. Poor communication. No one called to tell price for repair or tell the mower was ready. Then I have battery problems on the lot. Frustrating
Carry all the necessities needed to take care of your projects at hand
They dont do the work they say they do over charge my lawn mower and weedeater was all messed up my rim was bent where I saw the guy drive it out with a flat tire and drove it all the way to the shop and aired it up now my mower is blowing black smoke
Actually I give it a minus—⭐️⭐️ Lack of communication with customers and lies.
Had to call 3 times for updates on replacement of an oil funnel. No initiative to serve/contact the customer.
Great folks!
Rip off and took my new blade off my lawnmower and swapped it out with some old spray painted garbage i would have noticed sooner but i had a bunch of health issues right after we picked it up from
Rude and terrible customer service
