From the beginning, Selery has provided us with top customer service and professionalism, but most importantly, they do what they say they will do. They dont hide behind hidden fees, when they say something will get done, it does, so you really can just sell, and they fulfill.Our product launch went super smooth thanks to this fantastic team.Their logistics are impressive and they are extremely accurate. In the rare event that something does not go as planned, they do everything to make it right, even when it isnt their responsibility to do so. I cannot recommend them enough.

We spent months trying to find a new fulfillment partner. There are a lot of great companies out there, but after meeting with Traci and Rory via phone and in person, something about Selery Fulfillment just seemed right.Its been nine months since we made the switch and Traci and Rory are still very responsive. They also put us in contact with Eva, who is our daily go-to person. She is amazing! Eva, DJ, and the rest of their team are always super helpful. We meet with them frequently to ensure things run smoothly.Selery Fulfillment is more than a fulfillment partner. They are an extension of our company and their team is part of our team.

Our company has been with Selery for about 2 years and over the course of this time, we have had a great experience. We have nothing but positive feedback for the team, the response time, the accuracy, and the overall partnership. We have worked with about 5 different 3PL companies across the country with our two brands and I can say hands down, Selery has been the easiest and most pleasant to work with. Selery is AWESOME! We have been working with them since March of this year, and I cant recommend them enough.It was a huge step for us to take after 14 years of doing our own fulfillment -- as you might imagine, I was a nervous wreck during the transition.HOWEVER, it turns out those nerves were over nothing, as Selery has exceeded my expectations in every way.They are incredibly flexible. We have very specific procedural requirements, a unique business model, and our product line requires a high degree of attention to detail, and theyve been tremendously accommodating.Their pricing structure is very transparent, which makes the whole thing feasible and predictable - Ive never had an unpleasant surprise in opening an invoice.Most importantly, theyre fantastic to work with. When issues needed to be addressed, or mistakes were made (were all human, right?), they stepped up to the plate and made it right. Their level of care and concern absolutely exceeds what I would have ever hoped for, and this shows in everything they do. Selery has done a fantastic job for my company. I waited to write this review until I had been with them for a full year but have nothing but positive things to say. We shipped all of our own orders for years and I thought we did a great job but Selery has actually been more accurate, saved us money on shipping and supplies and can handle order volume spikes that we never could.

We had been with our old fulfillment company for several years. Things were fine early on but as we grew we needed a company that could handle our increased volume. We knew after talking with them and touring the warehouse that Selery could easily handle our volume. What weve been more surprised with is; our errors have been almost entirely eliminated. We had grown accustomed to 98-99% accuracy and just accepted it as normal, now with Selery its virtually 100%.

Been using Selery for almost a year. Theyve been pretty good for the most part but dropped the ball in December for our promos and early 2020 on customer orders that were incomplete....meaning customers did not receive all their items that were ordered but were available in Selerys inventory. Weve had about 12 orders that were messed up, all within the last few months. We have to deal with upset customers, not them and it is starting to affect our business. We have asked to have a call with someone in charge to discuss why this is happening but it falls in deaf ears. We get an email response - our bad will take care of it. I get people and companies arent perfect and expect a hiccup or two along the way but 12 in the last 2 months is unacceptable. Mark Cuban if you are reading this get your hands dirty, take out the trash!

Selery has been a HUGE help for my business. I moved my inventory from another fulfillment company in March to Selery. The other fulfillment company had my inventory in complete shambles and honestly it came to Selery as a complete mess. Most other fulfillment companies probably would have kicked us out but they worked with us and meticulously checked in and organized our product and got everything bin located. It took a few days but I am still surprised at how quickly we were up and running given the state everything came in. Since then we have literally not had a single shipping error since they scan everything at the point of shipment. I couldnt be happier.

Shipped about $500 worth of products to Selery Fulfillment, UPS tracking showed as delivered at reception. First they said they could not find it and after a week of hearing nothing back they said the tracking info was wrong and it was never delivered. Offered no reimbursement or help. Avoid like the plague. Im extremely sceptical of their 5 star reviews also. They are all brand new accounts posting 5 stars and half of them dont make sense.

Worst experience ever with a fulfillment center. Had 4 of my businesses here and half of my inventory was lost in the warehouse. Once employee helped me solve this quickly and was fired hours later for assisting me! Cost my business over $70,000 then called the cops when I moved my hinge out with no communications whatsoever

The employees seemed to be more interested in having fun and playing with each other than helping me. They were practically ignoring me as they played games and joked around. 6 guys doing nothing productive at all. Maybe its because Im a girl.

I came to Selery about 3 months ago when my former 3PL went out of business and gave me 48 hours to move. The guys from Selery including the CEO actually went to the old fulfillment company to help find my old product that was left there. It was a terrible situation and I feared for my business but everything went as smooth as possible and Selery really did go above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible.

I will follow up with another review in 6 months or so but have been with Selery now for about 3 months. I was terrified to make the transition from our existing facility where we did everything ourselves to Selery...the unknown factor...but it has been absolutely perfect. I read on some reviews that Selery doesnt have a dedicated customer service rep??? I dont know what these people are talking about as the customer service team of Brittany, Rory, Beth, etc are and continue to be amazing, They sent me very clear instructions including how-to videos that they created to show me how to use their WMS system, followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was clear. They scheduled the freight from my warehouse to theirs. A day after the product was picked up from my warehouse...totally my fault...I forgot to put the purchase order in...my sales rep called to tell me she noticed there was no PO in the system and asked if I needed help entering my first PO. It had to be within minutes of my product arriving at Selery I received an email from Brittany (customer service lead) telling me that my product had arrived and should be checked in that day and if there were any issues she would follow up. I received another email from a guy named Jeremy that I had not previously spoken to telling me my product was received and ready to ship. Lastly...and the reason I am writing this review which I never do is because I received an email this week telling me they had found a less expensive shipping option for me that was going to save me a couple thousand dollars a month with the same delivery times and just wanted to make sure that was ok with me. This stunned me. This isnt their money but I feel like they treated it like it was. They genuinely seemed excited to be saving me money.

If you are considering using Selery for fulfillment I advise you to think otherwise. First and foremost they have no dedicated customer service. Imagine needing to talk to someone about crucial information regarding shipments and not being able to reach anyone for days. Luckily I live 30 minutes from the warehouse but if youre not in the DFW you will have a hard time communicating with someone. They have no onboarding or training for their fulfillment software so you basically have to just learn on the fly. Also, their salesperson slash support personnel slash manager NT is a joke. Whoever is in charge of putting him in charge should take a serious look at that. He doesnt respond to messages, he blatantly tells lies, etc. Theres been times where Ive e-mailed him all day and then drove right to the warehouse to see him literally doing nothing. He honestly seems like a guy with a cushy job thanks to a friend or family member who isnt being held accountable based on performance. I could go on for days but save yourself time. Explore other options.

We have been with Selery for 2.5 years. They have helped us grow and we are really grateful for their staff. No matter what warehouse you choose, it will not be 100% perfect and human error will occur. However, we are really happy with Selery and would them to anyone looking for a warehouse or 3PL.

Purchased a company through flippa. The company used selery so I followed suit. First I wanted to know the basics of how to use their services. Like a poster previously mentioned there is little customer support. I talked to two employees through email correspondence. The first one brushed me off to the dedicated customer service guy who seemed to know very little about the operation. I placed an order to receive some inventory for photos. A month passed after the order was placed. Finally I called the number given on the site. I reached a lady who seemed to me like she was doing her absolute best in a chaotic environment. When I asked her about my order she said some of my inventory was misplaced and or missing. It was an honest answer.She dug alittle deeper and found out the guy before me stopped paying storage fees a couple months ago. So, I said ok what’s the damage. Mind you the store I purchased has very little inventory. Some of the invoices for a month of service were 700$ to 400$. I told them no thanks that’s more than my mortgage for a little storage space and poor service.

I have waited 11 months to write this review as I wanted to give an hounest and realistic review on what I think.I moved from the United Kingdom and required a warehouse to take delivery of my container and also fullfill my orders.Justin was excellent from the start and I felt so comfortable making a plan with him that I ordered my container whilst in the U.K. To delivery to Dallas.Once I arrived my container was offloaded and we built a quality working relationship over the last several months.I have the luxury of living in the subarbs and having the infrastructure and network to fullfill orders all over the USA and worldwide. I pop over time to time to work from the office.I like to surround myself with professionals and businesses that are excelling and this place has really transformed since I arrived.For me making a massive move from the uk to the USA And me having total confidence and trust in Selery Fullfillment enabling me to sell on wayfair and amazon and e commerce via a Fullfillment network was crucial towards my move and my business plans.Now I can focus on growing my business and not worry about day to day logistics. Orders come in and Justin the co founder helps in making sure these orders go out.Cant expect anymore and will be doing business in years to come :-)
