My sister called various times & nobody answered. She ordered the bed in Garland but had to drive an hour away to this place to pick up. We pulled up & nobody came to assist us. My sister had to go up the ramp and let them know she came yo pick up & that she called to let them know we were there when we arrived like told to, but nobody answered, & we were early for her pick up time too. Then we the 2 guys finally came out they seemed a bit clueless. Wasted 20 mis when couldve been faster. It was her 1st time to order from there. I know I never will.

Warehouse manager was very disrespectful treated me like I was trash and told me my Id card was fake they need proper training on Identification cards worst experience ever wont spent my money here again

Staff is really helpful and location was really easy to find.
