Our Service Works has been a great addition to Change Toothpastes order process. We were able to cut shipping times down from 25+ days to 8 days. Jessica, Cynthia, Jerry and the team are amazing and so easy to work with. They were able to integrate easily into our order system and I dont have to worry about our customers receiving their products.

We worked with ShipBob for nearly a year before switching to OSW, and even a few months in, its clear that was the right decision. I worked with the professionals at OSWs for years and cant say enough about the quality of their work. They managed my customer service calls flawlessly and actually built out the response library for customer calls that exceeded our goals and saved us money. I visited their facility on more than a few occasions and was impressed - they knew the people handling my product by name, my inventory reports were organized to easily show me what I needed to know in running my business and my manufacturing and their monthly billing was clear and fair. This company is a complete joke and their services are atrocious! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. Todd Williamson was in charge of my order that was returned back to the sender because nobody was contact in regards to import fees. When I finally found a way to contact this company, I was told that they have NO contact information and they have not contacted the shipping company. So beware and avoid!
