The lady with dark blonde hair was super helpful and even saved a product for me that was low stock, even though I didn’t end up getting it. Wish they were in stock for the barbicide wipes.

This store only for Cosmotology licensees shopping. Good products and good deals coming by mail monthly. It’s great to shop there.

I have been to several armstrong stores in several different states and town this is by far the worst customer service and the inside was dirty and looked like a second hand flea market. Not to mention they had junk down the hallways so you cant even use the restroom if you wanted they also would not let you use your professional cards there that you have from there corporate stores

I purchased a Walh 5-star senior clipper at this store and soon realized that the same clipper is $30 cheaper on Amazon. I tried to return the UNUSED clipper, and the owner said that he can only give me 75% STORE CREDIT for what I paid. Obviously, I decided to keep the clipper because I have no use for their store credit. I will never return to this store again.

I Love the customer service in this place! Jessie has been one of the wraps that I have been working with. Susie is great and everybody at the store are friendly.

I called to see if they had an item I wanted to buy. I was told I could only purchase things at that store if I was a certain person (they gave two names). Those two individuals are franchisees of mine. I own the salon company, which is a franchise, and I also personally own 6 salons myself. I am dumbfounded as to why a company who sells to salons would not allow me to purchase from them, when I am CEO and co-founder of a salon company that has 24 salons in DFW. Very confusing. I called RDA Promart and the person there is going to round up what I need from several stores and have it all waiting for me at a location convenient to me by tomorrow at noon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Im real big on customer service and this place doesnt have it!! Rude and inconsiderate are the nicest words I can use. So I walked into the store with my fellow class mates most of us had big purses, I get called out from across the store to leave because my bag was to big. I had all my stuff I was purchasing in my hands ready to walk to the counter. They saw me walk in the door with my purse so instead of asking me then to go put it my car they waited till I was almost done shopping. I threw all my stuff on the counter and left. They WONT be getting any business from me! DONT shop here.. not worth it!

Professional only beauty supplier. You must have a cosmetology or equivalent license. The store is large and have several employee. I usually ask Rosa about product recommendations and she is great with providing me a unbiased review of a product or what is the newest must have product.They carry OPI, Paul Mitchell, Rusk, TIGI, Matrix, American crew, Big Sexy, Aquage, and other name brands. They carry salon equipment (hair dryer, curling irons, and other salon supplies)You can pre order or back order items. They are really good at notifying you when your items arrive

This location is terrible. This was my first visit after moving to a salon in Carrollton and I will not be back. I asked an associate “excuse me miss can you tell me if these are apart of the one day...” she YELLS from her end of the isle noooooooooo before I could finish in a joking way but was unprofessional. While checking out I asked the girl if she could get me a olaplex kit and she never gave it to me during the check out so I’m like ok never mind I guess I’ll buy it at another location. I asked if they had any samples after spending over $100 and she said no we are saving them for the people at the one day sale. I did not have a pleasant shopping experience and will not spend another dollar at this location. Allen sets the bar high in customer service and this location is literally a one star location.

ZERO stars! I couldnt exchange nor refund because it was after the first 24 HOURS after I received the product! When talking to them, the staff was rude and even laughed at me! The product was WRONG and because I couldnt get it back to them within 24 hours, they stuck me with it- and the customer service person was smiling the whole time. So demeaning. Avoid this terrible company.

Store is tiny and the staff is very rude. They always seem extremely annoyed to be bothered with questions and would much rather stand around laughing with each other. Ive been treated terribly and have been very embarrassed every time Ive gone in. Only once have I spoken to an employee who was actually happy to help me. Unfortunately I didnt get the mans name. Other than him, the staff is just terrible.
