Very honest and knowledgeable, will not charge you for BS that doesnt exist if there no problem you get charged the base fee and he lets you know it was simple fix.He also builds and sells PC and laptops at reasonable prices. I have not purchased one but maybe in the very near future.

I went to Allteck this past week after my brand new Lenovo Legion Y545 had started a cycle of perpetual blue screen and reboot/repair. Jason immediately started working on it and stayed in contact throughout the process. The problem was a manufacturing issue and he talked me through the nuances to understand exactly what was going on so I wouldnt be talking ignorantly to the manufacturer requesting my refund without any idea of what was happening.

Nobody would work on my surface book or even really give me any good suggestions. I was in and out of here in 10 minutes with a fix. Thanks, Jason!

I called to check on the price to repair a Samsung Note 8 screen for my Granddaughter. I had checked with quite a few other places but this place was by far the most honest. It would be so expensive that he said & I quote “ I don’t work on those b/c it is so expensive to repair & if I repaired it for you & you found out that you could buy another cheaper than what it cost to pay me, then you would be mad at me. “. Not many people that are independently owned or even a“ chain store “ are this honest. Most want to sell/ fix whatever you need done regardless so they can make money. If they are this honest over the phone I’m sure they are honest in person with whatever your needs might be. I WILL DEFINITELY call them in the future for any other electronic needs that may arise.

They couldnt reboot my laptop after a week and two days, was a 15 minute fix. Theyre a rip-off or dont know what theyre ing. I was told at one time that streaming laptop was a throwaway and there were others on the shelf for $350.00. I did consider leaving laptop there, but, my wife said to bring it back and let her guy look at it. So, thats when I found out it was a 15 minute fix.Make sure to note that I was told that it COULD NOT be fixed before I had to leave for home, back to CA.I am now being harassed to change my review. Guess thats how he had a 5 star for so long. Knows how to change star ratings! Careful going here.

After my son and I tried to build a gaming computer, Allteck was a life saver for us. He rebuilt the computer for us, fine tuned the graphics, and installed Windows 10 and monitoring software for the CPU and Graphics. Very helpful and informative.

I had done a custom PC build and took it in hoping like hell that this place would be able to fix it. I dropped it off at 9 am, worried, and he had the problem figured out by 12, and fixed by 1. The guy that works there was absolutely awesome, and I cannot recommend this shop enough! He took time to explain what happened to me, and we then talked for a bit about computers. He even warned me about potential problems with my PSU and installed some software I could use to keep track of it, which may have saved me a trip back in the long run. Do keep in mind that there is a charge for troubleshooting custom builds where there isnt with store bought PCs, but its small and 100% worth it. This shop will be my go-to from now on.

I cracked my iPhone 5s screen and had only the afternoon before leaving town for a week. They kept the store open a little longer for me to have it repaired. The new part had some problems, so they replaced it again the next morning before I left. On the new part, my earphone speaker didnt work. On my return, they replaced even more parts and it now works perfectly. The work was guaranteed, so there was no extra charge for the faulty parts/extra labor. These guys stand behind their work and I cant recommend them any more than five stars. GREAT COMPANY!
