Took an iPad in for a repair today that Apple and Best Buy both quoted me at practically half the price of the device to fix. Within 5 mins I was out of MacDaddy’s with a perfectly working iPad. So thankful for the young gentleman who took a few seconds to do what Apple wouldn’t. Very welcoming place 10/10 stars

Besides the quaint location in a historic bank building in Carrollton, these guys offer a much needed choice for Refurbished Apple products.I prefer to buy used for many reasons and the iPhone I wanted was there and it was operating when I walked out 10 minutes later. They were friendly and helpful and cared I was there, which, unfortunately is rare now.

My 2011 Mac Book Pro was shutting down during start up. Since 2018 Ive been trying to get it fixed because until this issue it worked perfectly. I took it to Apple & they were absolutely no help. I tried Micro Center & they charged me several hundred dollars & didnt fix the issue.I had almost given up on it when, by chance, I drove by MacDaddys and decided to bring it to them since I had nothing to lose. They told me it was the logic board and replaced it. However, when they got the logic board replaced they realized it was not the logic board and my RAM had gone bad.They replaced the RAM & put the original logic board back in. The logic board would have been $490 and the RAM was only $50. The MacBook Pro runs like its new. They didnt have to tell me it was only the RAM but they did.In addition to their level of expertise & product knowledge they are honest, courteous and helpful. I wont take any of my Apple products anywhere else.

I needed to get my MacBook battery replaced to study for the biggest test of my life a week out. Apple said it would take 2 weeks and $350. These guys did it in 20 minutes and charged me a fraction of that. There is a brewery, pizza place, candy store, and great coffee shops to visit while you wait for your repair. 10/10.

I cannot say enough about Macdaddys! I will NEVER go to an Apple Store again. Capn Kirk and his team not only have what I want when I want it (no lines!) but they make sure that I leave with all my documents and settings in perfect shape. I bought my Mac there a year ago and brought it in to address an issue, thinking maybe it was time to buy a new one. Instead of trying to sell me a new Mac, they suggested other possible fixes. The next day it was like new. They took the time needed to re-adjust all my files back the way I like them. Who does that? BTW, their watch collection is awesome. Its my new Mac toy store. Found Macdaddys driving around the square of downtown Carrollton. I happened to have my apple watch in my purse. My watch would not sync since Apple replaced the shattered face months ago and Apple and AT&T were no help. Kirk greeted me and immediately started working on the watch. It was not an easy task and Kirk had several opportunities to give up but, he did not. He kept working until he fixed it. He was friendly, patient and did a great job. It now works great. They fixed my watch, replaced my screen cover on my iPhone and I purchased an amazing charging cable and phone case in a short time and for an amazing price.There were no hard sales here. While I was waiting I noticed they had posted reseller so I went back and bought my son a apple home desk top.Very professional and helpful and most important knowledgeable. I came in to Macdaddy today to get a MacBook repaired and had a great experience. Kirk is a nice guy and immediately started working on the computer, no “come back next week” service here. The fix was fast and much cheaper than I expected. All the products in the store are great quality and prices are beyond reasonable. Kirk is knowledgeable and genuine. Going back to film school, I was on a major time crunch in finding an iMac that was within student budget and wasnt going to take a month to get in my hands from Apple shipping direct. I found MacDaddys via Facebook and Google and took a chance on visiting their shop with the intent to window shop and price. I walked out within 20 minutes with an amazing deal on a wonderful iMac and had a great time chatting with the staff and customers. The atmosphere in the store is very inviting and fun to explore.
