They can be trusted as they actually tell you that you can wait til later to see if a repair/change is really needed on your vehicle parts. Feels less like dealing with sales reps, and more like getting a good customer service. Highly recommend.

Arrived at noon today. No one in lobby. Michael was at the front desk. Never acknowledged us. 3 minutes go by, a black gentleman comes up front and helps us. State we need a tire pressure check, oil change, state inspection and check engine diagnostic. They state 30-45 minutes. We could have gone home and waited as we brought two cars as they could have called us when done. Black gentleman assures us 45 minutes. We wait. And wait. And wait. One hour 15 minutes go by. Nothing. We ask what the hold up is to Michael. Michael states they to went to AutoZone to get an oil filter. Thanks for not checking or notifying us. Sit and wait an additional hour. 2 hrs 15 minutes total. Leave, realizing that the check engine light is still on. Look at the bill, dont see a line for the diagnostic. Call them. Come to find out they never did it, and it will take a few hours if I want to drop it off on Monday as they wont have time today as it took 2hrs and 15 minutes to do an oil change, state inspection and tire pressure check. Very poor customer service skills. No follow through, not transparent, no apologies whatsoever until the very end on the phone asking when I can bring it in. To do us justice, the diagnostic charge should be on the house, a $120 additional cost.
Every time I go here, I am blown away. I have never worked with a car service place like this. All service desk staff are accommodating, honest, do NOT overcharge, are very nice and thorough, and fast. I won’t go anywhere else, not even to the dealership of my car if I don’t have to.

I went in with a issue in my vehicle. Got charged 120$ for the diagnostic. Their services totaled to 3k for a 1k job (I called 9 shops to confirm the price). After picking up my car without the repair service. I come to find they ruined the electrical to my dashboard and my AC no longer blows cold air. On the end I paid 120$ to leave their shop with more issues than when I went in.

Okay this is by far the best auto shop I have been to and here is the reason: I showed up 40 minutes before close, need 2 rims fitted with 2 tire that I had for years. Three of the guys spent a good 40 minutes helping me. But then realized the tire are over 5 years old with zero stretch. By the end they were able to get one tire fitted(not the other only because the tire is too old) and they didn’t charge me at all and even apologize for the other tire!! I live in Celina, Texas, but this is the place I will bring all my cars for service from now on.
Caliber Auto Care has awesome technicians. They were able to diagnose my engine issue when the dealer could not. They took the time to make sure I understood the issue and was comfortable with the plan for repair. I have never had such an amazing repair experience before. I have taken both of my cars to Caliber on different occasions. One thing I very much like is that they do not try to upsell me on things I might not need. They provide photos of the car and what needs to be repaired. They are a step above the other repairs shops I have used in this area. I plan to to use them on all future auto repair or maintenance needs.

Do not schedule an appointment here as they do not honor them. I scheduled an oil change two days in advance for the afternoon and when I arrived on the scheduled day I was met with it will be 1-1.5 hours wait. On the phone I was told if I scheduled an appointment Id wait 30 minutes. When I told the desk person I could not wait that long she said that she could have me out in 30 minutes. I reluctantly agreed though I was confused as to if why that was possible in the first place was I served a longer wait time. 20 minutes passes and my car had not moved from where I parked it. Its very disappointing they cant handle something as simple as scheduling a basic oil change as I was looking forward to using their services.
Impressive service! We had our 45,000 mile maintenance done. Received pictures of filters that needed to be replaced as well as everything else that looked good and did not need maintenance. Very professional.
This is a really nice place and the people are super-friendly. I was amazed at what a great job they did when they first built it, and then the customer service exceeded my expectations as well. Had to go back and ask to get a standard oil change sticker placed in my daughters car. They failed to do the same 6 months ago (same car) - I called them at that time and told them this is something they should be sure and do and why it should be done.
Will never go back! Went in for a tire rotate and oil change, it took over an hour and a half and not one car in any bays. I counted 6 guys not doing a thing except for saying its going to be awhile. The guy at the front desk told me WE can get you right in. When they finally completed the job I had to return due to a engin light that came on becouse they forgot to connect a wire, not sure why they were massing with the wireing to do an oil change. I think is pretty shady since I listened to 3 other customers come back with the same issue.Shady, Shady, Shady!!!

Took my truck there this morning for a state inspection. Everyone was nice and courteous starting with the lady I spoke with when I called acquiring about an inspection to the the employees who checked me in when I got there. They took my truck back right away. I waited there and everything was finished in the time they said. Really nice employees, great service, and super clean and nice establishment. I will be using them again if I need other services.
I got to Caliber auto care at 9 am. I tried to make an appointment the day before but the website wouldnt allow me to, so I was prepared to wait a while. I told Jerome that I needed an alignment, tires rotated and balanced, and an inspection. I took a seat to wait. 15 minutes later, Jerome told me it would take 2-3 hrs for the alignment and offered to shuttle me home. I accepted and I waited and waited and waited. 11 am, 2 hrs after he offered shuttle me home, he comes to me and admits he forgot I was sitting there waiting to be taken home. My car is still in the parking lot and havent even been taken back yet.After he takes me home he tells me instead of the 2-3 hrs, hell call me instead when it was ready for pickup. I wait and wait and wait, it was then 2:30pm, 5 and 1/2 hrs after I dropped off my car and still no phone call. I had to call there to ask about my car. Jerome answers and tells me that he called me earlier. I have no missed calls or anything in my call history from Caliber, and no pending voicemails. The only correspondence I got was a test about me car AFTER I called. He tells me that they didnt do any of the things I requested to be done in my car. He tells me I have bent axels and a rack and pinons leak so they cant do alignment or the state inspection. I know I dont have either of those issues, because I had those checked the same time I replaced my power steering hose. I then received a text message AFTER I just got off the phone with them staring my car was ready. Caliber effectively wasted my entire day.I went to Midway Auto Center and got my inspection and they checked again for the rack and pinion leak (Still found ZERO issues). This only took 30 minutes to get done and Ill find somewhere else to get my alignment. I will never go to Caliber again.
Came in for just a simple oil change. They use to be very good and fast. Told me it would be 45 minutes. It took 2 hours just to do an oil change. Stay away of that is what you are looking for, go to Jiffy lube or another place that can get it done quicker.
I had a great few experiences, but this last time I was able to have my boyfriend take my car some where to fix something after their quote to me of almost 1300. Same repair costing 370. Sad to say, but would not recommend them...or go back. Bummer it was great the first couple times.
Incredulous level of service where the word transparency is spoken but not used. Recent mailer for service had printed on bottom would be honored if appt was made. When I arrived for said appt 1st words was “this coupon is expired”. When I returned to pickup coupon had not been applied even after doing so I remarked it seemed high. She replied “your vehicle requires synthetic oil” that’s when I had to inform them of my 18 years auto service experience and that was not true. So she removed the charge and I drove off. 4 days later still smelled coolants, and returned. No leaks which confirmed to me the poor level of service provided. Even when I left after a re-check the tech had the nerve to change my radio station. Will never return.

Made an appointment for a drive-thru quick oil change, and when I arrived, I was told there would be at least a 2-hour wait. When I informed them that I had an appointment, I was told so does everyone else.
This was a very nice experience. I dropped off my car for a state inspection. The process was seamless. I left my vehicle for a few hours as I was in no hurry. After about 4 hours I went up to the location, just 25 mins prior to their closing and was able to pick up my vehicle. The manager stated the inspection was on him. I thought this was pretty awesome. I really cannot complain but would like to point, out no one contacted me to say the inspection was complete. No issues. No cost factor surely made up for this.
One of the best car service places Ive been too. I have taken my car in several times after moving back to Texas last year. They have worked on everything from the brakes, oil, wipers, air compressor, electric window issues, tires and ran general diagnostics when I requested. Weird noises freak me out, but they have never treated me like I dont know my car. If I told them my concern they did everything they could to identify what was going on. Then, explained things to help me understand what was normal and what was not. They also gave me their recommendations and options in regards to repairs from the cheapest to the most expensive, never once putting any pressure on me to make a specific decision. Great staff, emailed pictures of all their work, explained the technical stuff and really help calm my anxieties. Im always one to look out for being taken advantage of, and so far I have had no red flags with this location. Im a fan. Fingers crossed I never have to turn in my pom-poms. :)
Amazing service when it comes to hospitality and speed of service. Facilities are top notch (better than most dealerships). I was in and out in less than 30mins for my oil change. Rating is 4 instead of a 5 due to dirty handprints on my glove compartment. I did not notice this until after I left the service center. The plus to this was they checked the cabin filter as part of their free multi-point inspection. Overall positive experience, just be mindful of dirty hands/gloves when working in the vehicle.

My BMW routine maintain window came up last year and this place was newly opened so I figured to give it a try. Brought my BMW there for oil change, fluid change, brake rotor and pads change, spark plug change. Price is cheaper than dealership but not by much. Staff was very friendly but overall vehicle service was not ideal. I had to bring the car back next day because I keep receiving warning messages turned out the brake pad censor was not installed correctly. I would not recommend bring your European car here for service. Go to dealer or find a reliable Indy shop instead.

We receive honest answers and good work. They fixed steering problems and suggested they needed to check on an existing oil leak. They steam-cleaned the engine, and we brought it back a few days later. They didnt find a leak, but they didnt charge anything and said bring it back again later.
Just made my first visit to Service First after getting strong recommendations from my daughter and son-in-law and I was definitely impressed. I could not have asked for better service, the staff is very customer focused from the time I entered the shop to the time I picked up my car. They kept me apprised of every detail of the work that needed to be done. When the need arises, Ill definitely go back.

Today I went in to have my oil changed at Caliber today for the first time since moving to Carrollton. They did a good and fast job noticed another problem and fixed it, and even replaced my windshield wipers.

I went in Service First for the first time. Boy was I impressed. The waiting room had beautiful lounge chairs and a big T.V. Told them I needed an oil change and new windshield wipers. Me and my husband just love this place. We been using Service First for a while now. During such an incredible hard time of this epidemic my car AC went out. Not sure what to do I went ahead and called Service First and they went over and beyond to help us fix this car. During this crisis they even came and picked up my car keep very safe distance and afterwards even Dropped it off keeping the distance of safety as well. I cant recommend this location enough! I took my car in on a Tuesday. In less than an hour, I had an answer on what was going on with my car and what I needed to do to fix it. My car was okay to drive, so I brought it back first thing Wednesday morning. I dropped my car off, they used their shuttle to take me to work and within just a couple of hours, my car was ready. They picked me up at work and drove me back to their location to pick up my car. Every single person I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the facility was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
Feels like you are in more of a hotel lobby than an auto repair shop. Makes the wait much more manageable. Great beverage area and customer service. I also enjoyed that they email details from your visit so that you have documented proof of what they are seeing each time.
This location has it all! From the friendly service that greets you the moment you drive on to the property to the great atmosphere inside. There is a coffee bar as well as well as a large screen tv and cozy seating in the waiting area. Gabe Arias took care of all of our needs with quick detailed quotes which included pictures of what needed to be done. He answered all of our questions promptly and was super respectful. We were beyond impressed and will defiantly return to this location for future services!
Went in today for an alignment and oil change after hearing good things about this place. The first thing that I noticed was the excellent customer service, simply from making me feel welcomed and important by greeting me almost immediately walking in the door. I know it may seem like a small detail, but Jerry Maxey came from behind the counter to take my information. This little detail, while subtle, goes a long way. To me this is an unspoken we are in this together versus standing behind the counter. Just something I noticed :) I enjoyed the coffee provided, HUGE TV in the waiting area, but the chairs...good thing I had work to do, otherwise I would been caught sleeping. Super Comfortable. Updates were provided while waiting, and overall the experience was pleasant and I did not feel pressured to spend more on unimportant items. Will go returning for future items, and highly recommend the team at Service First.

This place has a really nice waiting area, but overall, Im not a fan and no longer take my car there.Theyll do the work you need them to do--and theyll do it fine, as far as I can tell--but I always got the feeling that I was being upsold. Theyve told me twice that I needed a new battery. Both times, I said not right now and then immediately drove over to AutoZone--the guys there checked the battery, and both times, they said that the battery was just fine (and the battery is still running strong 9 months later).This is just one example of what feels like a trend whenever Ive visited. I go in for 1 thing, and they tell me that I need to do 2, 3, 4, or 5 things. I wonder if theres pressure from the corporate office for branches to sell customers on as many service items as possible. Whether or not thats true, thats what it felt like to me.I now get my car repaired up the street at a place called Drivers Edge. I dont feel like Im constantly getting upsold there.

Quality shop- I came in for an inspection- it was performed quickly, they have a nice waiting area with TVs, water, tea/coffee. It looked like they also have a kids area as well (may have been closed due to COVID). Staff was friendly and overall it looks like they have their ducks in a row!

Got an oil change and tire rotation. The place is nice, employees seemed friendly enough. I would give 5 stars but no one checked the air in the tires when they did the rotation, so all 4 TPS warnings are still on. I would think this would be a given without having to specifically request it. That wont prevent me from being back though. Prices are fair and waiting area is clean and comfortable.
Wow - I could go on and on about this place. The employees care - are helpful and took the time to explain my options. They have great coffee - a play area for the kids and they were quick and at a fair price. They even vacuumed my car and I was just there for a quick issue.Look no father than this place - we are blessed - finally - with a great place to take ours cars to for service!!!
First time to use Service First Automotive and it went well. I had 45k maintenance done on my truck. I had pricing already from two Chevrolet dealers... and yes, we know that will establish upper end of price points, and Service First saved me a considerable amount of expense. Second... I had requested about 5 items to be done. One was Air Filter... when they were done with my vehicle the told me “Air Filter” did not need replacement; not serviced, no charge. When they told me I instantly recalled it had been replaced months back during a oils change at a different mechanic. Clean facility, play area for children, reasonable pricing and a very good first experience.
Car there for 7 hours for state inspection and wheel alignment. No work was done. Counter guy mumbled something, inaudible, but sounded like my business was low priority. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. While I was there, they tried to upsell someone on car inspection failure that had already need repaired.
I am super disappointed that the marque says “drive-thru oil changes” and they said they don’t have drive-thru oil changes. I would love if the company would do what their advertising and marketing said. They asked me to get out and go inside to get the oil change. I would normally be fine to go in but not during a pandemic with them having no masks and having to bring in my whole family to expose. I live so close and would have loved to use them for other services, but not going to work with a company who is dishonest about their offerings. Advising the company to change marque or offer what they say they are offering.
I have gotten my oil change in different places before and I must say this has been the BEST service all around!! The staff was great especially Kristian Luzon! This place is definitely worth my drive from Heath all the way to Carrollton with all THREE of my toddlers!! They made it such an easy time for us to hang out and keep the babies busy while we wait for our car to get serviced! I recommend this place to anyone looking for awesome service all around! I loved this place! I scheduled an appointment online and was in and out in about 45 minutes for an oil change and state inspection. Nick thoroughly went over my vehicle with me and actually showed me my 2010 Mazda was in perfect condition, other than the license plate lights which I had changed. I highly recommend this place, the staff if quick, friendly, efficient and professional. Being a Saturday they were quite busy but still went above and beyond for all customer needs! I will definitely go back! Thank you, I have finally found a place that is honest.

Attentive service. There was an issue with the first sourced part but, SFA was able to source another part from the dealer to replace it. If I had any issue with the service I received, its the communication. I wish SFA had communicated any issues or status updates more frequently. We needed a new battery, so I made another stop here. The service was exemplary, as usual, and the got me right in and out. Sitting in the excellent waiting area was pleasant too.
How great Service First has been to me. This is my third trip for various services and have been extremely satisfied with each visit. The staff is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the transparency with pictures of my vehicles issues (its soo good to be on the same page when trying to understand my car issues!). Its clean, well lit, have a Starbucks coffee kiosk with teas, WIFI, a great variety of music lightly playing in the background, a childrens playground and I love the living room waiting area set up (its not dark and cold). Its comfortable and very inviting. I also asked for a shuttle service today to pick up my laptop charger since Im getting some extensive work done thats been long overdue. Its so good to finally have found an all in one shop. I will continue to promote and tell my friends about Service First Automotive.

I just had an OUT OF THIS WORLD first experience with Service First. I went in yesterday to get an oil change and needed my tires rotated, but I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to wait for them to do it. While, they offered to shuttle me back to work and pick me up later, I chose to come back today instead. I have to say, this is by far the best experience I have ever had getting my oil change or anything car related! Not only were they quick and efficient, but when they came to tell me my car was ready, they also told me the tire rotation was on the house!!! I would never ever expect this, but I was completely surprised and thankful! Thank you guys for making my day and making this such a positive experience. Great Service!!! Daniel Ipes is always kind. He is always available when I need him and always returns my calls promptly. He is very dependable and trustworthy. Have and will follow him anywhere he goes.!!! I travel 15 miles to get my car worked on because of him even though there are many places closer to home.
Great service and reasonable prices. I was greeted with a smile and was made to feel comfortable. The space is very nice with great wifi and comfortable furniture. The lobby was spacious and usable. I was able to log in and work while I waited. There were thoughtful small tables in the lobby that you can put your laptop on and a great coffee service for customers. I will be going back for my service needs.
