Had a rattle noise I dropped off for inspection. Wayne replaced a sway arm but it did not remedy the rattle. When I reported the rattle still existed, he dug out the old one from the trash and reinstalled it then refunded my money. I asked why he would do that and refuse to fix. He said he was not a good enough mechanic to find someone else.... They were closing the shop the next week for vacation. If only he would had just admitted he didnt want to take on a job because of vacation. It was a very troubling experience. I had used this shop in the past and was always impressed. Not this time. To be fair, he did shake my hand and said no hard feelings. Nevertheless, my car still rattles and I have to take another day off work to get fixed elsewhere.

Went in to get my rotors replaced. All the guys I encountered there were super helpful and finished the job in no time. I especially appreciated that they called me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call myself after it was well past the stated time the job would be finished at the last few service centers Ive been to. Id definitely recommend this shop for any needed repairs that they do.

Adrian Terrell worked all day to get his truck up and running so he could make it back to Norfolk VA. In time!!! Terrell Bros. Auto is the only place I will ever take my cars, and trucks too!!! The cleanest organized automotive shop I have ever seen. THAT speaks of the quality of their work. Always fair and honest.This is a place that I feel comfortable with my wife going to by herself without worrying they will take her to the bank on inflated services and costs.To the person that gave two stars, that is disappointing and I feel like you may not have made your need clear because they have been up front and honest even if it meant they could not fix something for me. Surely there is more to the story. If you did, then I apologize for my misunderstanding.

This has been my go to spot since moving to Carrollton. Always quick and always courteous. Car never comes back with a problem it didnt have before, and that is huge for me. I like and trust these guys which seems to be a difficult combination to find these days.
