I do highly recommend this company. From Linda who set up the appointment to the technician who came out, I have nothing but great things to say. They were flexible, accommodating, and respectful. The technician was honest, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem on the spot and fixed it. I wasn’t home, but it didn’t matter, he was still honest. I will definitely call that company if I ever need help again.

The process was easy to make a schedule for the repair, with the information I had to offer and the suggestions I had I felt that the work would be fairly efficient and it was. I had zero issues with the actual repair. The repairmen wore his mask and his shoe covers and he was pleasant to interact with. He confirmed his findings with me and gave me a cost of repair. It was a bit steep from what I thought it would be and while he did have to make multiple trips to the shop to get the right parts, the proximity made that pretty easy.Other then price I felt the service and personnel were great! Thank you!

Great service and very easy to work with at a fair price. Sean has been to our house 3 times in the past several years for various appliances and has always fixed our problem in a courteous and timely fashion. He will also tell you if an appliance just needs to replaced as a more cost effective measure

Looks like they get good reviews but unfortunately I had a bad experience and can not recommend them. My first mistake was not realizing they are a franchise. I should’ve done my homework. That was my fault. ( I prefer dealing with local and or family run businesses.)I was charged $235 for a repair that required no parts. The job was 1.5 hrs labor. When I asked the tech why it was so much he said since my repair didn’t have a specific job code he had to use “miscellaneous minor repair.” So that basically equals out to over $150 an hour!I then called the office to inquire if this was normal, because to me it seemed excessive. I for one was expecting $150-$175 total. That’s when I found out they were a franchise and don’t have hourly rates but basically have to go by the franchise codes and whatever the cost says. Just know this company will probably be on the higher side for repairs.

The personnel (the four we dealt with) were all very pleasant and behaved professionally; the problem was that the problem they were paid to solve, didn’t get solved.The ice maker in our refrigerator wasn’t working, and the first technician quickly said we needed a new unit ($400), so they ordered and installed. Ice maker still didn’t work, so second call, it was deemed a new solenoid was needed. Again, ordered and installed…still no ice. So we had yet another service call with lengthy diagnostics with the conclusion of “it can’t be fixed.”Sadly, had the diagnostics been performed originally, it should have been determined that it was not repairable, and we wouldn’t have spent $400 for nothing. We would gladly have paid for a service call but are not happy to have paid for an expensive part that didn’t do a thing. And, it was also frustrating that emails would be sent about service time, but then changed at the last minute with either showing up early (when we were not home yet) or having to reschedule. We would therefore not recommend this company.

Jackson was an amazing technician. He was very knowledgeable in his trade, and he was able to fix my dryer in less than an hour. He was able to explain what was wrong and what was being done to fix it in a way I could understand, and then completed the repair quickly and completely. I had a dryer that was squeaking/squealing when I started it up, and when he was finished it was whisper quiet again. Super happy with the service, I will definitely use this service if I need it again.

I was fortunate they had a cancellation, so I was able to get a same day response. They arrived on time. Sean and Armando were awesome! Sean pegged my washer problem immediately. He was training Armando; he patiently explained the problem and what needed to be done, then stepped aside and let Armando do the work. They made and excellent team. AND, they both cleaned up after themselves! Five gold stars for that alone! Both were friendly and professional. I will definitely call Mr Appliance of Carrollton again.

Was sent a confirmation email on Friday for Monday. Waited around for the time period they provided, no one came and I did not receive a call. When I called the office to check if someone is coming, an answering service asked me many questions but stated they are unable to help me that they are just an answering service. No one called me back, would not recommend. Not professional and lack respect for peoples lives that are sitting around waiting for them!!!

I called to have repair done on my garbage disposer which was still under warranty. I was told they would have to see if parts are available and would call me back. 24 hours later, I called again asking if they could at least schedule an appointment. I was told they would call me back. The customer service could have been friendlier and more accommodating rather than sounding like I was bothering them. I waited 4 days, then ordered a new disposer, which was then installed within 2 days. 2 weeks after my initial call, I received a call to schedule service. I responded to let them know that I had to order a new disposer because they were non-responsive. They hung up on me. I will not be recommending this business because of how they treat potential customers. How unfortunate.

Joneh came out to diagnose our LG Dryer that wouldnt start. He gave us a thorough diagnosis and estimate. He didnt have the part in stock, but was able to order it and fix the dryer within a few days. Total cost was around $230, which I feel is a competitive and fair price. Joneh was professional and his work was accurate. I highly recommend Mr Appliance for your LG appliances. I actually hired another company before Mr Appliance came out that told me that the dryer was not repairable! Being that the dryer is only 4-years old and cost $750, Im glad that I got a second opinion.

I never received this message and never confirmed the new appointment. I was then told the best they could do is schedule me for an appointment several days later between 8 am and 5 pm. Efficient expert service. Kind and courteous technician.I especially appreciated that the company sends a photo of the technician scheduled prior to the service date. This way the customer knows who to expect instead of just letting someone unknown into their home.-------------Before even receiving expert service I was already impressed with this company: When I initially spoke with Linda, CSR, to schedule repair service for my washing machine she had a good Custer service persona over the phone and she was able to schedule me promptly and efficiently.I was again impressed when the night before my scheduled service I received a confirmation text that included the name and a photo of the technician, Jose who would be coming the following day. The fact that I even received a photo of Jose with his service van in the background was beyond helpful to me before I just let any random stranger guy into my apartment. The day of my repairs I knew exactly who to expect.Before my service technician arrived I received an ETA update via fromphone call from Linda at the office, then another text when Jose was a few minutes away.Once Jose arrived he was very courteous and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washing machine and even had the necessary part (s) with him. Jose provided me with a cost estimate, which I accepted, and then he was immediately able to make the necessary fixes.

They charged me $99 and $219 on two visits and they found the issue with my duct heater only on second visit and still charged me for first visit. They should have avoided second visit. Also they recommended its a electrical problem and it was not. I will not recommend them. Very bad experience. Also wanted to note that these guys charged me way too high for the heating element that was replaced. I looked up in the internet and samsung is selling this for $113-$150 where as these guys charged me $219. So what ever they say that $99 has been credited is not real since they are charging me way too high. I will never go back to this company. Very much disappointed.

Very disappointed with their service. Had work done on a dishwasher that was leaving stains so they recommended a product which we started to use. They said give it some time which we did but it did not improve so I emailed them and did not get a response. After calling them to see what could be done they told me they would come back out but said they would be charging me for another call. I am calling someone else as being charged again when they didnt fix the problem the first time is not right.

My experience started with a phone call to Linda, who seemed genuinely interested in helping me as soon as possible. She then followed up with a night-before notification via e-mail of when the service person, Jose, would be arriving and included his picture.The next day, there he was on time and with the part that I told him I thought I needed. Mr. Appliance guys are great, my LG refrigerator gave up cooling couple of weeks back, I called many guys but no one gave me a same/next day appointment when I called these guys, Ms. Marry (owner) could able to schedule the next day early morning appointment. The tech showed up and found that the Compressor had bad needed to replace. The LG compressor is under 10 Years warranty and the Mr. Appliance had a new compressor available with them they came and replaced it the same day (I just had to pay the labor charge) and would have dealt with LG to get a replacement. To me that was the best part that I never had to deal with LG directly for the warranty claim, all was handled by Marry and her team. Thank you Mr. Appliance for wonderful service in a timely manner. The service person came to my house and misdiagnosed my freezer issue (ice maker not working) claiming that he could not obtain the malfunctioning valve as it was no longer manufactured. He somehow diagnosed this without ever looking at the valve or pulling the fridge away from the wall. I paid the diagnostics fee, located the valve online and purchased after a five minute internet search. Once the valve arrived I pulled the fridge away from the wall to find the issue was not the valve and instead the water just needed to be turned on. I would have been more than happy to pay the diagnostics fee had the service person even made the slightest attempt to repair. Unfortunately I am now out $90 for the diagnostics and $100 for a valve I never needed. Thanks a lot for ripping me off.

These people are thieves. Do not go to them for anything or any reason. We had a warranty call today and the guy literally opened the door and saw the vent cover was missing and said there was electrical damage. He did not perform and troubleshooting or provide us a quote to repair. I have him on camera literally there for maybe 10 minutes. Then the office lady called Lowes and told them, so now my whole warranty is void. They wont give me a price to repair until i pay the $100 service charge for the guy coming out and telling us the cap was missing. The worst part is Lowes isnt doing anything to make it right, so now were out $1000 for a dishwasher leak. Avoid Mr. Appliance and Lowes all together if possible.

The person was not prepared with the tools and did not even know the model or brand he was coming to look at, which I had supplied when I placed the service call.
