Can’t wait until I get out of my lease. The furniture in the living room is peeling and old it’s dust and spider webs In the corners of the ceiling. It took them a month to come fix our broken door knob after calling them twice a week! The dishwasher had mold in it and I’ve been getting sick because of the air filter which hasn’t been changed out in I don’t know how long, it’s broken and full of dust and once again I’ve called about coming to fix that and they told me the guy would leave the filter at my door and I never heard anything. Seems to me like they hate residents that care about there living conditions will not be renewing lease

The staff is always diligent and get their jobs done while being nice and efficient. I have been living here for the past year and I have never experienced any problems with anyone. They always complete my maintenance requests within 48 hours. The pool and gym is always clean and neat!! I would 100% recommend anyone to live here!! Thank you West Woods for the best college living home.

West woods student living has an amazing staff that is so dedicated to adhering to the needs of their tenants! In the past year of me living in this establishment I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Along with their staff, the amenities are also amazing! The indoor gym and luxurious pool are gorgeous. I utilize the gym on a daily basis and it remains so sanitary and organized. Overall, I recommend this establishment to any upcoming college student looking for more than just an apartment, but a place to call their home away from home.

I really miss the old management. I have stayed here for three years now and it has been a tolerable experience up until Alice left. For two and a half years, I never saw a roach but as soon as she leaves, roaches galore. The overages are always outrageous and random. The third party company they get to handle the utilities literally told my friend who also stays in the complex that they were GUESSING on her charges. She had to pay almost $80 for sewage one month. They also charged her twice for rent which she paid, giving him a credit balance, and now they are saying she owes them when the ledger on her account clearly says she doesn’t. It’s stuff like this that makes living here not worth it. Also the amenities are not up to par. Nothing in the gym works, and I’m sure the tanning beds don’t either. The pool is the only thing this place has going for it and they are stingy about letting the students enjoy that. You’re better off trying the Bellamy or even Timbercrest.

I personally have had nothing but a great expiernce since I moved her. The staff are very nice and the manager helped me with signing before i even moved down here. She gave me real options and what to expect.

West woods has been my home for the past two years and has been amazing! The staff is so nice and Justin is always happy to help with any issue me and my roommates may have. The gym, pool, and tanning are just some of the amenities that contribute to the advantages of living here at west woods!!

I truly wish i could leave 0 stars. the management is filled with college students so you can imagine what kind of customer service you will get.OVERAGES ARE EXTORTION. One month it’s 12 dollars extra another month it could be 120! they never have an explanation either and it’s not just specific to me but it’s a known issue at this apartment.if you desperate for somewhere to stay i guess this will do but i would go anywhere before moving in here unless you are okay with being scammed.

I personally love it here . I’ve been here for 3 months so far and the staff treat me with so much respect . Bri and Ziada are such a huge help whenever I need them. They answer all of my questions in a timely manner . Even the issue and concerns I have, they get it done quickly . They currently switched to new management, so things are taking a turn for the better . Just like anything in life you have to be patient . I love it here so far by the grace of God . Don’t hesitate to move here.

It’s almost fake nice. The gated community made me choose this apartment complex over others. In the past the gate would be left open for whoever to drive in when you’re supposed to have a code or key fob. One side of the property is quiet and the other is loud and always having problems. Cops are here usually once a month for whatever reason. Would be nice for the staff to let us know about what goes on where we live. The gym isn’t that nice and last time I was there some of the equipment was broken. I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s had its positives and negatives. That being said I will not be renewing my lease here.

Ashley has great customer service skills. She is really nice and does a really good job explaining the rates of the room and the leasing options and process. She gave a great tour of the room model. Absolutely loved it!

Not impressed with management on site and overall property management in their response to handling our sons move in. He was told he would received a Gift Card which was then not received, until we had to argue & dispute the denial of the gift card which in the end was not the full amount, he never received proper move in instructions from leasing office, his lease said 1 day, the management verbally said another. His apartment was not as it was indicated it would be. He had to wait an additional 4 days and live out of his car with all of his belongs. No empathy was shown at all. Overall, this place doesn’t make parents feel comfortable with your children being away from home.The property is beautiful but that’s the bandaid to cover the faults behind the scenes.The most helpful was Jarelli when all said and done.

This is one of the absolute worst properties to live at in Carrollton. Management is basically useless and pretend to have no real power over their unruly residents. The property as a whole is very unkept and full of garbage. Do not sign a lease here it was h3ll.

I really enjoy the pool

Walls are super thin, had an package delivered Monday and it’s nowhere to be found. Even talked to UPS confirming it was delivered and at what time and how it was delivered, where it was put. Somehow my package is still missing and it’s now Thursday. You can hear almost every movement, hear water in between the walls at 2-4AM! Hear when people upstairs are showering. Things could be way better.

My sister lives there and let me tell you the office doesn’t care about the safety of it tenants. Doesn’t in force the no long term guest rule. No help when long time guest is told by a email to leave from the office. They didn’t in force it until the police where called after another incident involving the guest and tenant in the same apartment.Doesn’t care about dogs not on leashes. Doesn’t care if you complain about the same dog repeatedly for no leash and acting aggressive. AND when the dog ATTACK another dog the office manager can’t bother to call people back about the matter.Think twice about living here.

I have had 2 packages sent back within 24 hours due to the office closing basically an hour before the time stated with the new updated hours due to COVID-19. This is simply ridiculous!! If you say you are going to close at 5 PM, why is the office continually closing not even up to 10 minutes after 4 PM?! If you state that your hours are until 5 PM, please actually mean it.

The WiFi there is terrible...I couldn’t even do my class work online and constantly used my hotspot. They really have a bug problem around the summer time. They really put you with anyone as far as roommates and as of my experience, CLEANLINESS was the problem. Overall, it was not the best experience as it being my first apartment and wouldn’t recommend it.

My roommates and I been experiencing a lot of problems with our AC unit probably about 3 times this month and right now we currently don’t have any air at all and it’s 82 degrees in our apartment! We each contacted the maintenance people after hours and a guy literally said “ac wasn’t around 72 years ago” and he was very rude about the situation because I’m pretty sure he’s sitting in front of the AC or a fan rn. So yeah, I won’t be signing my lease over again & this was the worst decision ever.

Parents dont be fooled by this community being right across the street from the campus. This is not a student only apartment. My child has been in these apartments for two years and it has been a revolving door. Right now, a new 30 year (non-student) roommate and his/her mate has been placed in her apartment. The mate stays in the apartment all day while my child is in school/work and the roommate is at work, AWKWARD to say the least. This issue has created an uncomfortable living environment for my child and it has been reported and they told me that anyone can move in, so in other words deal with it. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Nothing works here! They claim to provide 24/7 all access gym, but only one treadmill and one elliptical works. They also claim to have a computer lab, but only one computer works. The key system never works. Ive been here going on three months and my gate code still doesnt work. The walls are super thin. Do not be mislead by the marble counters and hardwood floors. West woods is a scam!

I have been experiencing problems with the air conditioning ATLEAST 3x in the past 3 months. The issue never fully gets resolved obviously. I called maintenance after hours for them to resolve the issue and kept getting the run around. After the 3rd call I was told “AC wasn’t around 72 years ago and we should survive” that was HIGHLY unprofessional. It is currently 82 degrees in my apartment right now. Corporate will be getting a call from me! I pay too much in rent to experience the air constantly going out, I could take my money elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. The office is not very helpful with any situation, they give you the run around. The WiFi is terrible and so are the stair walk ways. Wish I didn’t sign my lease honestly

I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!!!!!!!!. I am beyond pissed. My son was late by 3 days on rent two months ago. I understand the late fee, but why can we not pay over the phone or online via credit card??? We live over an hour away and we had to have a certified check delivered in person!!! Now this month, I give my son a check for rent. He calls me and says since he has an overage, they cant take the check for the normal amount and my son offered to pay in cash the difference. They tell him no, that we would have to write another check for the full amount. We now have to write another check and drive over an hour to deliver to them. I cant wait for him to be done with this place. Looking at other reviews, Im shocked in the way this place is run and still in business. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!! Gary Shea

West Woods is an amazing place to live. The staff is amazing, the maintenance is amazing, and this is really a very nice community to be apart of.

This is the worst managed property ever! If you want a busted car window, be shot at, never have maintenance issues resolved, have management lie to you, see trash all over the property, hear gun shots outside your apartment and have marijuana openly smoked on the property then this is your place. Check with your local authorities before leasing. They present a pretty picture but thats the only thing they provide.

Every one is giving this apartment 1 Star because of WiFi outages which is actually ridiculous. Yes the WiFi is out a lot but this apartment is really great. It’s the cheapest place that I could find to live at and it comes fully furnished and the furniture is really nice! My room is huge! And I get my own bathroom and shower attached to my room. The pool is absolutely stunning and the fitness room is great! I never have a problem finding somewhere to park and I always feel safe here. I think it’s silly to have to pay half a thousand dollars to be able to keep a pet but other than that I love it here. Very happy to call this place home for now.

If I could rate zero stars I would. The wifi is in and out all the time. What am I paying for if I can’t get consistent wifi in my own apartment. The security and maintenance is a complete joke. I have called about noise complaints about the people underneath me for over a year and nothing is being done. I don’t understand how you can blast music all day and night all the time and still not be kicked out. Some nights I can’t even sleep because its so loud. I deserve to get some sleep in my own apartment where I pay rent! I have even called emergency maintenance about my toilet overflowing one time and flooding my floor and no one even called me back! My issue was not fixed until the NEXT day. Whats the point of even having an emergency maintenance line if they’re not going to answer and actually come fix my problem. I called twice and was told that I would get a call within 30 minutes and never did. I cannot wait until my lease is over here so I can move out. I would definitely choose somewhere else to live, it’s not worth it at all.

Well, the WiFi is out as we speak, 2nd time this week . The first time they took over a day to fix the WiFi ! Literally went to the library because my work was due today . (Sunday) Very inconvenient, it stopped raining hard 12 hours ago . Then I try to call the WiFi service and the number was unavailable... I find it upsetting that we pay the most for apartments and receive the worst service ! Overages are ok but one time it was around $60 with only 3 roommates and my roommates are always gone so idk how that Happened . Everything else is okay besides the $500 pet fee (doesn’t include damages) . I WILL NOT be renewing my lease .

Something is wrong with the WiFi every week. It will stop working in the middle of me doing a test ... which is timed !!! I am so fed up with this place. My car was towed and I wrote corporate about it due to it being no parking available and they never got back with me.I have had a few other incidents that took forever to get handled. I would not recommend anyone to live here and I cannot wait until my lease is up. They are overpriced and overages are ridiculous. I wish I could terminate my lease early.

Maintenance is horrible. this is the 3rd time my A/C had broken within this month and its only the 16th. Theyre in no rush to fix it so Ive had to sleep with the apartment at 90 degrees. Its absolutely miserable.And yes I see the comment theyve posted. It took them 3 days after calling twice every day for maintenance to finally come out and fix it. Guess what? It broke again!

The WORST apartment in Carrollton Georgia.The WiFi is consistently going in and out.Maintaineance is constantly coming to our apartment but nothing ever gets fixed.Also overpriced for such crappy service and the rent goes up every year and the overages are ridiculous.I would save my money and live at another apartment.

Not really the safest area as I opened my door one day to a group of police officers charging a car with assult rifles yelling for the man to exit the car, later learned that had to do with one of about 3 shootings in the area this semester

This place forced me to live with someone I didnt want to live with and the maintenance wont fix anything.

The wifi always goes out and I was forced to live with a bunch of random roommates I didn’t even know after finding out West Woods changed my room on move in day.

The wifi never seems to work anymore.

The apartment complex is infested with roaches !
