John arrived on time at 8:10am cheerful and professional. He and office staff were really nice with great follow-up through process. We have light beige carpet with heavy traffic and a pet and tall 15 step stairway. John did a great job and explained work in detail. We will use them again.

I have hired a few carpet cleaners before, but didnt always get the results I was looking for. I decided to give this company a try. Wow was I impressed! The carpets are cleaner than any other company Ive hired so far. I also noticed that they do it in less time than the others. They got so many stains out that have been in there for months. The carpet treatment removed stains EXTREMELY well, even ones that had been on there for years! The technician was great and conducted a test treatment on a couple of the stains to confirm they would lift before I had to commit to the cost of the extra treatment. The techs arrived much earlier than I expected but within their time frame. I called them back as we were not moved in and on site and they immediately came back and got to work. We like the fact that harmful chemicals aren’t left behind. And we really liked how fast the carpet dries. They got up some really tough stains. Our dog had been sick recently & had soiled almost every room in the house.I got the stains up the best I could, but it wasn’t enough! You know those products you can buy that say they eliminate pet stains & odors? Well they don’t work! We were extremely pleased with the service & would Highly Recommend this company!

Our technician noticed right away our sofa fabric was not designed for steam cleaning. He did the best job he could using the dry cleaning method. It was cleaner and smelled fresh but I really appreciate his knowledge of the potential negative results and his extra work using the alternate method. The two men that came out were very professional. They explained everything they were going to do upfront so I would know what to expect. They were very careful in avoiding marking up walls or door frames with their houses by places plastic guards to prevent hoses scraping the walls. They also exercised caution to make sure my wood floors would not get wet during the process. Overall I was pleased with the service and the quality of the cleaning. 10+ rating in my book. I was originally told a technician would be coming out between 10-12. A technician did not actually get to my house until 1:30, however, the company kept in touch with me throughout the morning and made me aware that the technician would be late, then provided another technician when they realized that the original technician would not make it within a reasonable time. Even though the original timeframe was not met, I was still pleased with their professionalism by keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process. The actual technician that came was very efficient and courteous and he did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Theres a reason why theyre number one in DFW!Ricardo came and cleaned our air ducts. He was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. At one point he cleaned the wheels off the air duct suction machine so our floors werent get muddy. He worked very diligently and even vacuumed after he was done! The pictures speak for themselves.

Courteous staff, great job on the carpets. Only complaint is the window of time I was given was 10-12pm. I was called and told the technician was running late, it would closer to 1230. He didn’t arrive until after 1pm. Dispatch should be more accurate.

There was a mishap with the scheduling and when I called they immediately called back and had someone here in less than an hour. The technician jumped right to work, was extremely detail oriented ensured our walls were protected from the hoses. Our floors look wonderful. I had my carpet and a small.sectional sofa cleaned. My tech, Texas did a great job. I would definitely request him again. My only issue is that there was an additional fee because of the material my sofa cushions are made of. I would have appreciated this being asked up front when I made the appointment. They only asked how big the room was, no questions about what material the sofa was made of. It was an additional $50ish dollars that I didnt expect to spend.

I hired Zerorez to clean one small pet stain on a two week old rug. Despite it being a minor spot they insisted it needed to be cleaned in their factory at a cost of $640. After weeks of delays, excuses and dishonesty, they finally returned my rug to me and it was completely ruined during the cleaning process. They removed all of the color and created traffic lines in the rug. Their own employee that dropped the rug off at my home even said it was ruined.Since, they’ve refused to refund me or start the claims process for a new rug. Instead, their manager tried to blame me for the rug’s condition and has been completely dishonest about what actually happened to the rug.Their manager even had the audacity to tell me I still owed the ridiculous $640 fee to clean one tiny spot if they replace my rug because I would be getting a new rug, despite the fact that they destroyed the one I already bought. My rug wasn’t cleaned, it was ruined and they did not provide the service I paid for.Don’t take my word for it, I put the before and after photos side by side. Left side is AFTER cleaning, right side is BEFORE cleaning. “Before” photo taken and provided by Zerorez.All I’ve asked is for them to do right by their customer and make me whole. They seem more interested in coming up with ridiculous explanations or blaming me than being accountable.Call someone else. They are unethical and clearly can’t even clean a simple spot.
