I’ve been very pleased with this facility over the years. It is secure, clean, and carts are readily available. Manager Caroline goes out of her way to be helpful and make things as easy as possible for the client. I also appreciate the COVID protocol in the office.

Antonio and Caroline provided THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Store your things HERE. You will be amazed at how wonderful everything goes. I wish every business transaction was at this level of professionalism. I cannot reiterate how absolutely impressed I was with my interaction with both these employees.

The manager was friendly and outstanding in her effort and worked hard to help me find the right-sized and conditioned unit. Although no units were available at the exact time I needed, the manager said she would call me when one opened up. She called me promptly when one opened up, and I was able to set up rental of the unit that day! Accessing your storage unit is always quick and easy here and the location is ideal. No traffic and right off 15-501.

Caroline was very helpful with all my concerns and questions. It is very nice to be able to speak to someone and see the space in person.

We had reserved a storage unit at another PS property in Chapel Hill, but being from out of state we had to make an appointment to meet with the manager and pay the needed costs to secure the unit. When we arrived there was nobody in the office, so finding the Jones Ferry property online we rushed over there to see if they could help us solve the problem and possibly arrange to transfer our reservation to their (much nicer) property. Caroline was extremely helpful and professional, but unfortunately they did not have a unit available that suited our particular needs. She put us on a wait list, but we discussed it and figured we could do without a storage unit for the time being. However, whenever we decide we DO need to store some items, Caroline will be the first person we call!HIGHLY Recommended!

The onsite staff and especially Caroline are superb at this facility. She handled my rental efficiently and was very professional. Great service and follow-up. The facility is clean, safe, and well-managed and maintained. My company has been a long-time customer and we will continue to rent here.

I actually just had the luckiest encounter ever. I was confused about being over charged etc... Not only did the project manager Caroline . Assured me that I have nothing to worry about. She explained every step . It was both enlightening and reassuring. And she did all this without putting me or her coworker down. That lady is special. She just earned a 5 star review for the storage on her behalf. OVERALL IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANYONE THERE. 👍

Im leaving a review for Caroline, she went above and beyond to try and help me when the other Public Storage didn’t even bother to show for my appointment when I told him I was coming from Wisconsin to sign the papers and rent the unit. This was my first time purchasing a storage unit rental. Chelsea was incredibly pleasant, and friendly. She had a smile on her face the entire experience. 10/10 would recommend others to come here if they are looking for storage options. The facilities were clean and well kept and the staff was awesome.

Courtney, the manager, was absolutely incredible helping me with a move from another unit. She stayed in touch about the availability of the unit I was interested in, followed up, helped with repairs in the new unit, and educated me on other services (like package delivery) that were available. I am so happy with the new unit and recommend this Public Storage location, and Courtney, completely!

Chelsea did a great job! She’s very personable, and very knowledgeable. She was patient in answering all my questions, which I always appreciate. She greeted incoming patrons quickly and courteously. The only drawback is that it’s the middle of August and there is no air conditioning in the office. Employees, and their customers, should not have to deal with such excess heat when it’s over 90 degrees outside! Public Storage, you need to correct that immediately.

We have had 2 or more units at this facility for over two years now. We run a charity and the security, cleanliness and friendly help of Courtney and the staff has been excellent since we have been there . The hours are convenient for us and controlled access is important as we have donated items stored here. The location is excellent with easy access from rt . 54..

I made a reservation online and received a confirmation call within minutes! We set an appointment to see the unit and set everything up. We were greeted with a smile and the process was quick and easy! Great customer service. It’s awesome that you can rent a unit on a month to month basis and we didn’t need to have a longer contract.

I initiated my reservation online and within minutes I got a call from Kendra to set up an appointment. She greeted me by name when I arrived and personally showed me the unit I would be renting. She explained how to sign in and out as well as some precautions to observe when using the lock for the unit. The whole rental process was handled quickly and all my questions were answered. If you are lucky enough to have Kendra take care of completing your rental agreement, you will indeed be in good hands.This storage site is very clean with plenty of room to drive around in the storage area and there is more office parking than I am used to seeing.

Great location - clean, well managed, and they even have hand carts! Shelby helped me with renting a unit, and she was above and beyond what I expected. She answered all my questions and helped me figure out what size unit I would need. She was really nice, patient, knowledgeable, and didnt ever pressure me with up-selling etc. She anticipated my needs (having the right kind of lock, insurance etc.) and was really friendly to boot!The unit I rented was clean, in a well lit area. It is easy to access and I noticed a few fire extinguishers along the way (which made me feel safer about the place). Like I said, they had hand carts - so even in a climate controlled unit I could drive right to the doors of the building, off load on to a cart, and wheel the stuff to my unit with ease.They require insurance which surprised me but is definitely a plus. If it is worth storing, it is worth insuring too right? And as someone who will be traveling and not able to check on my unit if a storm came through... that was also reassuring.

Kim and Christine work well together. Kim was very helpful with finding me the correct unit. When we found it, a small strip of tape had fell from the ceiling (just a little bit). Kim made sure it was fixed in a very timely manner. I found what I needed and at a reasonable cost.

Rented a storage space today from Logan who was 100 % helpful. She explained everything to me about the facility, my storage space, and then took me to view the space, where she instructed on how to open and then secure the area. We returned to the office where I signed papers as she explained the requirements of the lease. Logan gave me a card with the access code to open the gates to access my storage space and before I left, we checked to be sure it worked. Yes, it did. Perfect ! Im ready to take my STUFF and leave it while I have an adventure. Thanks, Logan.

Excellent experience! We were relocating from Arizona to Chapel Hill and needed a large climate controlled unit with space to park a large ABF trailer while we split our possessions between the storage unit and an apartment. Logan and Jodi were extremely helpful on the phone as we made our journey across country, ad were even more helpful and friendly in person. Highly recommended!

Christina was very thorough with follow through and persistence in making sure my account information was complete and up to date. In addition, she reached out to make sure account payments were current in a very profession and polite manner. She made me comfortable in addressing my past due payments. I am sure I wont be past due again based on how effectively she handle me.

I had needed a storage unit last minute because a pipe burst in my home and flooded my floor. I found the customer service at this location was excellent. The property manager, Christina, was friendly, polite, helpful, quick, and honest. She always remembered me by name.As for the storage units, they were clean and secure. My only complaint is that the gate locks at 9PM. I would prefer 24h access.

Helpful Staff! Christina met me and walked me through the facility to my unit.She noted the motion activated lighting and showed me how to operate the lock.The parking area is open with good visibility. The rolling carts are very helpful when unloading your vehicle. The storage building was neat.

I went into this Public Storage about two weeks ago to get some boxes and packing paper and a few other items. The lady had great customer service she even offered to take all my items out to the car for me. Havent seen customer service like that in a while. I think her name was Tamera something like that. I will be back if we need more items.

Logan was incredible! The unit size I needed wasn’t available, but she went above and beyond helping me find a unit at another location and making sure I (a carless college student) got there safely. If you need storage this is absolutely the place to go!
