He spot cleans rough areas, cleans, re treats any spots and then cleans again. Fantastic Work!! My wife and I are expecting our first baby in the next few weeks and decided to get a good deep clean of the floors before our little man arrives. Our house is mostly hard wood and tile with area rugs throughout the house. We looked around and decided with Inspector Cleans because of the good reviews. We could not be happier with the result. Our floors all look amazing and are the cleanest they have been in years. Jeff was very professional and friendly, and did a great job with our floors. We will definitely be bringing Jeff back around in the future for our floor cleaning.

Made the appointment with the owner on Thursday afternoon for the next morning. I moved all my Friday morning appointments and business to the afternoon and stayed up most the night moving furniture to accommodate them. I waited the 2 hours but They didn’t show up so I called. It’s now noon. He claimed I was wrong. He Called back and apologized saying he was wrong and would be there in 30 minutes. Then called back and said he didn’t want to do the job because I wasn’t empathetic! That’s NOT how you do business. Thank god another carpet cleaning service came out that afternoon AND did it first $50 less!

Oh My Goodness!! Ive gotten my floors done before but nothing like this! If youre searching to get your carpet done, this is the one! He was professional, on time, did great quality work, and is has the most kind, friendly attitude/demeanor! He was honest with my expectations with what he could do, but it really blew me out of the water. The carpets werent even wet when he was done like most places that leave them soaking. The price was very good. He got all my stains out, and also did my mattress for my son wetting the bed. Thanks Jeff! My new friend, this experience was exceptional.

We have two pups, one senior who can hold it like she used to and one puppy who has finally gotten the hang of going outside ONLY as well as other visitor pups that confused my carpet with the puppy pad! My spot cleaning was not cutting it. I couldnt take it any longer, I needed the service done ASAP. Fortunately for me, he had a cancellation and came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and honest about some stains that, some former house guests left for me, will never come out but I appreciated him educating me on why. So I will be VERY adamant about no eating in bedrooms going forward (lesson learned).Couple things I noted (and HIGHLY appreciate), even though I always vacuum my carpet before I get it cleaned, this is the first carpet cleaning service I have used that also vacuums the carpet before putting moisture on the floor. In case you didnt know that is a BIG deal because if they dont vacuum and then wet the floor that is just creating mud in your carpet that can get trapped (can you say recurring stains). He also vacuumed again AFTER he was done and uses the best cleaning method for your carpet and level of stains. He even clean my oversized area rug. It looks almost new again.My whole house smells fresh and clean (the way I like it). Oh and the best part, his price was very reasonable! I am so so pleased! Thank you J (😉)!

Jeff was quick to pick up on this and took the initiative to call me and make things right. Jeff offered to come out anyway, dispite this miscommunication between us. I contacted them to clean my carpet and they were prompt at responding on messenger. We agreed on a time and day and everything was set. A few hours later the owner messaged me back asking to change the time as he already had an appointment at that time. I said no problem and changes the time.. The week went by and when the day arrived for them to come I cleaned everything and moved all my furniture off of my area rugs that were to be cleaned. My scheduled appointment was between 12noon and 2 pm. Two pm came and went. No sign of them, no message, no call. At 2:35 pm I messaged asking what they thought there eta would be. I did not get an answer to my message but about 10 minutes later the owners wife called me saying that unfortunately their one truck was broken down because the brakes werent working and they had taken the truck to the shop that morning to have the brakes fixed but it still wasnt fixed so she would have to reschedule my day. I was clearly dissapointed and frustrated that my one day off a week had been spent moving furniture unnecessarily and waiting for a company that never showed up. After me expressing my frustration that she hadnt let me know untill 45 minutes after my scheduled 2 hour window she said she was sorry they hadnt called sooner. I said that it was unfortunate I hadnt been told earlier and we left it at that. I asked a few clarifying questions about their service and we rescheduled me for the following Friday. Again, my only day off. I once again prepared everything and waited. My appointment this time was for between 10am and 12pm. At 9am I messaged making sure we were still set to go at 10-12 and the owner, jeff, messaged me back 30 minutes later stating that since I wasnt understanding enough about them missing the appointment last week they were refusing service to me and then he immediately blocked me on messenger. I am baffled and frustrated at this point and while I hate to give business owners bad reviews I really have no other recourse as he blocked me from responding. Bottom line, if you use this company make sure you dont mind if they decide not to show up and then gaslight you into sounding like the bad guy. I will be following up with the better business Bureau as I have screen shots of the messages and his blocking of me before I could respond. Unfortunately the whole thing felt sort of immature and unprofessional.

Truth be told, I see good reviews I don’t always trust them. But when he came by to clean my office carpet he did one hell of a job. The last guy couldn’t get half the stains out but inspector did three times the job my last carpet cleaner did. I will most definitely be calling inspector to clean my Carpets again.

Jeff showed up around the time he said would be able to come. He cleaned the carpet, deodorized our carpet to the best he could since our carpet is quite old. Recently got my carpets cleaned with inspector clean and Jeff but didn’t have the chance to leave a review. Wow what a surprise! Carpet was clean and dry in less then 1 hour. It has been almost 2 weeks since the cleaning was done and carpets still look great. Called the other guys last time carpets took forever to dry and once it did spots came right back up. Don’t use anyone but Jeff those other guys are a waste of time and money!!
