Very unprofessional behavior by this contractor. I was scheduled for carpet cleaning and at the time of my appointment nobody showed up. Received an email from him later saying that he didn’t feel comfortable parking as there’s a fire lane marking. Well, first of all, that’s the way all vendors and tenants park their vans and trucks when they need to be as close to the apartment as possible. It is allowed here by the management. ATT, landscapers, roofers, Comcast, you name it. When someone moves in or out they do the same thing as there’s no other way here. Road is wide enough to accommodate 2 cars with no issues. And if that was a concern from the beginning, he should have asked about the parking situation when scheduling the appointment. What really disappointing is that he just drove right by my apartment and left. Didn’t even bother to come in or even call me! I would have explained that we had the permission to park here given by the management. The job would have been done had he just made a simple call or knocked the door. Wasted a week of my time. Parking was not an issue here, the real issue is the lack of business ethics. Thank you for your “service”.

Nick is so professional and so kind! He was at our house at 730 AM, ready for service. Our carpets (kids loft, hallway, stairs) were gross. Yet Nick was hopeful, positive, and knowledgeable about what we could expect. We had our carpets professionally shampooed before (different company), andthe carpets still had grime residue after the service. After Nicks service, the carpets were a different color, so much lighter and brighter! And the entire house smelled fresh. Almost all stains were removed- the only ones remaining were faint traces of red ink from markers (which is very hard to completely remove). But the high traffic areas, coffee, wine, popsicles, kinetic sand, dried play doh, pet, and other various stains were gone! Price was great. We will hire him again! Thank you!

My wife and I were visiting her mother in her new place and brought our dogs as we usually do. We have a 60lb pit and a somewhat anxious 10lb toy Australian Shepherd. While we stepped out of her apartment for awhile without the dogs, the little one lost it. Usually when we visit they had access to the outside and to roam, but this time we had the dogs locked inside. Unfortunately the little guy was so nervous or angry he actually pulled up the carpet from the door edge and tore it to shreds for about 1 by 6. On top of that he pulled it back probably about 2 feet and absolutely destroyed the foam underlayment. This unfortunately also is an apartment my mother in law just moved into, so naturally I wanted to repair it asap.I found Gold Coast thanks to yelp and noticed a couple other reviews with almost identical damage. I reached out to Nick through Yelp and even though it wasnt during business hours he replied pretty quickly and reassured me that he specializes in these sort of repairs. I was able to send pictures, get a quote from him and coordinate with him and my mother in law to get the floor fixed. He made the experience very positive and worked with me every step of the way. He did the work quickly and left it looking as good as new. I really appreciated the way he was able to send me before and after pictures and send my the invoice via PayPal since I live several hundred miles away. If you have similar damage from a pet, contact him as he does great work and really goes the extra mile.
