He is very much attentive to details. Adam also has an advantage over all other flooring companies, he has an excellent professional interior designer, free of charge for the first couple of hours to help you choose what is the best for your home. My husband and I have been trying to find the right color for our floor, it is difficult especially that some areas of our home is wood paneled, so it was very difficult to decide which color will be best for our home. The interior designer Donna promptly responded with samples after seeing some pictures of our home. She helped us immensely to decide on the best color for our flooring. Thank you Adam and Donna very much. You are the only store that has this unique service that reflect an excellent caring customized service. I cant wait to work together in our future project.

Impeccable workmanship! I am beyond thrilled with Adams Flooring, from start to finish! I had luxury, vinyl, wood plank flooring installed. The installation team was friendly, courteous, on-time, and they cleaned up each time they left for the day (it was a 2 day job). Their attention to detail from prepping my slab to installing the shoe moulding is outstanding! Ive seen some horrible cuts when it comes to shoe moulding, but, honestly, these guys take pride and have integrity and it shows! They will be doing my master bath remodel in the future and I cannot wait!

We used Adams Flooring when replacing carpet in our home in February 2020 and were very happy with the experience. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the installation process but Adam was very responsive to our concerns and any issues were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Over the course of the last year, we realized a couple of the seams in the carpet were highly visible and did not meet our expectations (the seams did not deteriorate over time we just saw them everyday). I brought the issue to Adams attention in March 2021. Adam immediately responded stating he would send his team out to address the seams. Adam followed through on his promise, the seams were addressed, and we could not be happier with the outcome. My only regret was not bringing the seam issue to his attention sooner as I know he would have addressed the concern immediately. The overall experience was so good we are utilizing Adams Flooring for our tile needs in our master bath remodel and a contractor he works closely with to handle the demo and remodel.

I have had the opportunity to work with Adam on two separate occasions to install flooring in my home and the experience couldn’t have been better. He and his crew are professional, respectful, and deadline oriented. He not only met, but exceeded my expectations on both jobs. His flooring recommendations and installation of products were perfect. I recently had a basement remodel with another local company that flooring/carpet was included in the scope of work. Unfortunately there have been multiple issues with the flooring in particular from poor quality of product to sub par installation. We had carpet installed 2 months ago through Adam’s Flooring. Choosing this independent over a big box store was absolutely the right choice. We could not be more pleased with the service Adam gave us. He attended to every detail with patience and product knowledge.At his suggestion, we were even able to turn our left over carpet into the perfect runner. Adams flooring is a fantastic small business to handle your flooring. They did my downstairs bathroom floor & totally understood the problem we had regarding the floor & toilet. They came in did a fantastic job. Now I am going to have them do my upstairs bathroom soon. Plus their greeter Abby is such an awesome welcome to the store.
