Lee and the crew were fantastic. The crew was very professional and polite. In addition, they were neat and always left with the house looking clean. They did an outstanding job at taking my carpeted staircase and upstairs hall and turning them into hardwood that matched perfectly with the existing hardwood on my first floor. I had another contractor in at the same time working on a bathroom project and he actually stopped and commented on the superior craftsmanship as my stair project was underway. I purchased a 70s home. Took the 70s carpet off my stairs to find they only stained the wood that was exposed. They did not put hardwood on the landing or the top 4 treads. Floor craft came in and sanded it all, stained it perfectly and added hardwood to the landing to make it all match.Now my stair way looks incredible in stead of an eye sore. I love these guys!

My steps needed some repair work done, and I made many phone calls to various companies (in Indianapolis) to come and give me quotes for what the job would entail. The only company that called me back and actually came out that next day to check the job out was Floor Craft Sanding. They sent me a quote that afternoon and followed up promptly with me and were extremely polite throughout the entire process. The workers arrived right on time and were so nice and polite. Their work was beyond phenomonal, and they cleaned up so well that it did not even look like there had been sanding, repairs, etc done throughout the two days that it took.
