Dont trust them to read the mileage before you rent the truck. I got cheated either on purpose or because the old lady didnt read the mileage correctly. I should have read it myself, but I forgot. Plus it took forever to rent it even though I did most of the work online before I even got to the rental place.ALSO, the truck tank was definitely not full when we rented it because we only went a total of 23 miles and had to put more than 5 gallons of gas back in it.

I have used a different location several times previously. This was a last minute need and opted for this location due to location convenience at the time and wont go back to this one. The staff was absolutely unpleasant, not helpful and shouldnt be in customer service at all! I wanted a small truck for 2 hours and they had 5 sitting on their lot, but I was told they were already reserved. It was 10 minutes til closing and I questioned this to which she told me they can reserve online and pick up from an outside box so you dont have to interact with anyone. Im sure she prefers this method! She said a cargo van was available and with it being my only option I agreed. I was told I didnt have to have it back for 6 hours so I didnt rush. When I returned it 3 hours later ALL 5 small trucks were still sitting on the lot, which was annoying. Unsatisfied customer... I would recommend trying any other location before this one.

We made an appointment for a 15 foot truck and Mary messed up the reservation and we had a vsn. BIG DIFFERENCE MARY!!! We had to find another truck to rent at the last minute. And while Mary admitted she made a mistake she was annoyed with us. Dont rely on this company. Wish I could give zero stars.
